I have bought 2 apple iPhone from noon… I have bought 2 apple iPhone from noon and it worked will till I formated it after 1 year, the sim locked from network and apple support was unable to help as these were contracted phone on which seller dint pay the installments, noon refused to serve or believe on this cheating and neither dubai consumer court. Please be aware on buying phones from noon.com

1st time I order and was cancelled due to insufficient stock. I checked your list and item was posted again for sale so I re-ordered. After several days of waiting, order was cancelled due to same reason. I used my credited amount to purchase another item. It's good that you have it in-stock and delivery was fast... but received the item in crushed carton. Item was not properly packed, just your NOON plastic bag but no bubble wrap or something to protect the item.

I ordered Apple Watch series 6 from Noon.com and the box was empty, there was no watch band or the charger. When I called the customer care they are just telling me that it’s been escalated to higher authority and it will be resolved within 24 hours but it’s been more than 3 days No response from them. Every time when I send a email I get a response stating that team is working on it and it will be resolved. This is really frustrating, they can’t even take a decision in these type of cases. I don’t whether I will get my money back or the watch

Very pathetic service for delivery . I was supposed to get my items three days back and until now no update . Whenever we call support they don't have idea what is happening on ground , seems to me two different companies working under noon. Through system they sent SMS that items are out for delivery and in actual no one comes to deliver the items.

I used to like Noon until I bought an iphone from them that had a speaker disfunction, they took almost 2 weeks just to get the phone and told me to wait 21 working days (almost a month) to hear from them. I am so disappointed with them, how do you sell a phone with issues and not take action quickly about it???

This absolutely unacceptable how noon operates. The delivery is promised and than there is no one to deliver it. You cannot speak to a manager and they cancel your order. HOW DO YOU GUYS DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS??? We cannot speak to a manager and the delivery company decides to cancel your order. This is pathetic and not ethical for Noon to do this to customers

Unacceptable- My order hasn't delivered yet.... My order (NSAD40061028613) had to be delivered to me on 19.04.21. But, i have been told that adress incorrect although i marked on the map correctly. Anyway, and then, delivery was re-scheduled for 21.04.21. But, again no delivery. I called customer service and they said apologies and order to be delivered on 22.04.21. But, once again no delivery. I called customer service, and again they said apologies. It had to be delivered on 23.04.21. Again, no delivery. I called again customer service (btw I called customer service many times for an update during the day) at around 21.30 on 23.04.21. I have been told that delivery department tried to call me but they couldn't reach me which is a big lie. I was waiting at home and wasting my time to recieve order. This will be my first and last order from noon. I ordered a few items from other online electronic markets and I recieved them on time. But, noon doesn't care their customer.

Terrible experience, you don't get what they show on the noon app, now they are not sending agent to collect the item that I requested for return. Stuck cheated Below pic is one such example of what item they post on noon app and what they deliver

product which i buy from NOON.COM stopped working within 2 week then i raised warranty claim and then filthy face and pathetic service of NOON exposed. they took 3days to pickup the product and then took 15 days at their service center and then they send me replacement piece which was also defective. again i raised the request again they said it will take 15 days. when i asked to make is fast or refund then they are saying this is our policy we cant make it fast. disgusting.. noon support clearly saying we are not responsible this, warehouse is responsible. if they send again faulty product you have to go through the same procedure...such a pathetic and filthy support system. their staff also uneducated. they are talking rubbish when you ask the reason

Off late the products delivered by noon are turning to be of pathetic quality , especially if the money is already paid they are delivering products which never were ordered in first place ,with cheap quality .size which is shown in the picture is different at times and what we receive is of different size, I ordered facial razor blades of silk schick company and what got delivered to me after 5 days was tinkle ,ordered wall stickers they cancelled the order stating the product isn't available and then when I check the website it still shows available

I bought iPhone 12 Pro Max international specification but I got Japanese model which is not international and not allowed to be sold as international. Anyways I returned the phone which will be taken back when I told them it’s not international. Kindly mention complete details of the product instead of bluffing or playing with words.

I bought a product from noon trust me people I'm saying with experience amazon is better they have better quality of products better service. I bought Xiaomi airdots and I got a fake product I had the product side by side with the original it was clearly a cheap copy They didn't answer my calls for three days then I kept on bugging them till they finally returned the money I had to fight with them to get my money back when they sent me a fake then they proceed to tell *This will never happen again* this was a mistake like a bro its happened three times already who are you playing today I bought an iPhone 11 case and got an 11 pro max one which wasn't even similar product trust me its a big hassle for them to return the money back they are basically a scam now trust me go for someone else its worth your money and time Note even if it's their mistake and you return your the one who will be paying for the return, not them they say we're sorry we can't do anything it pisses me off trust me people go anywhere but noon This COMPANY IS CHEATING ME NOW. I have been a noon customer for 2 years now its not worth it anymore they just are playing around customer service never replies products are fake or wrong ones and bare in mind I have been buying for a while I thought maybe a mistake but no same thing again and again and every time I have to pay for delivery. They will say the same This is not what we intend to provide Then why don't u change it can you see the reviews.

The product colour was wrong. Called the customer service, worst experience ever. The solution they gave me was, wait for 2 days for someone to pick it up, then days for them to check that the product is ok, then 4 days for funds to be transferred to Noon account and finally 2 weeks for funds to be transferred to my bank account.

I bought a baby blender that broke after 2.5 weeks of very light usage (blending banana!), and when I contacted their customer service they said the return policy is only 2 weeks and since I was outside of this, they couldn’t do anything. I explained I don’t want to return it but want a replacement as they sold me a faulty item, but they still didn’t offer me any help (after paying 300 for the item!). I wouldn’t recommend using them as I think they need to show some goodwill when things like these happen... 2.5 weeks of usage...
