My First Order was placed on Dec 2nd and was supposed to be delivered on the 7th. I get a call the previous day saying they are short of stock and offered the same same product with a higher price compensating me with Noon credits. which was given only after a lot of phone calls. I placed my second order on the 9th and was supposed to be delivered on the 14th. which till date has not been done. All complaints are responded with meaning less sorry's and promises that their manager will call in an hour. None called even after 24 hours. I believe that these people are just collecting funds from customers and managing their expenses. I will urge all other customers to join together to raise complaints at the consumer court and also alert others from being trapped.

Extremely bad service. I ordered on December 3rd and they waited till today (which is the date product is to be delivered) to tell me the order is cancelled. First and last time. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN! @noon We regret to inform you that your order (NAEBC0072740468) has been cancelled. Kindly check your email for more details. And I got no email. I needed the product i ordered. What rubbish company waits 12 days to cancel the order on the date of delivery? Rubbish!

I had ordered 32 philips tv on 9th of december 2019 , on 14th december they are telling no stock, i ordered because moving out of station after 15th december 2019, now they are cancelling, poor service and not trusted

They don’t understand e-commerce business, they sold me a bicycle in A box with no manual or instruction sheet on how to assemble the product. moreover , the box was missing two main pieces. I called Customer services 4 times so far and every time they say give us 48 hours to fix it . It had been 2 week and no resolution.... It has been one of the worst ecom experience I’ve had, and what makes it worse is that I’ve escalated to their team leaders and still nothing resolved—- STAY AWAY FROM NOON, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

I made a order on 15 days before and the products are showing in the near warehouse from the last 10 days. From that day contacting the customer services team and they keep on saying that it will be delivered within 6 to 12 hours . The delivery team is updating a fake report that am not responding.

Very bad means veryyyy bad I ordered iPhone11 HK specs in noon 4 days back and they gave me a china spec with 5wat charger and it’s for sure it’s not orginal iPhone charger 100% Fake charger IMPORTANT Everyone plz check the also (customers) noon will say that the spec will be HK and in the invoice it will be China I didn’t accept this from noon and when I spoke with the customer care they told me that it will take nearly 3 days after that they willl call (maybe) and they will check after all when I am going to get ?and how can you guys say for three days we are giving u money and we should stand according to your plan and statergy? And you have cheated Sorry to say

I am having a terrible return experience with noon. I bought a tablet. Upon receiving, i ran basic tests on it and found out that the item was fake. I filed a return request immediately. Since then, it's about two weeks and I'm struggling for even someone to pick the item from me. I complained three times on WhatsApp and once through call center but all my complains are met with a deaf ear. Pathetic service, please avoid buying from noon

I bought a Siemens washing machine IQ300 on Noon, and received an old item, without any formal invoice issued by Siemens only a handwriting paper. I called the seller immediately, he said he doesn't care, ask me to call the police. The Noon service can't help anything. Can't believe they can selling old fake machine online. Very disappointing. Never buy anything from Noon.
