3rd class services. They lie on their website about warranty. Phones are not even UAE version. Worst services ever. Samsung refused to claim and they are fixing it for 3 months. Worst worst worst

Probably the most pathetic experience I have ever seen when buying online. Ordered Sneakers and was promised delivery next day as it was "noon express" item and "Noon exclusive". No one bothered to call me that the delivery will not be done next day and I had to repeatedly contact Noon via chat. Next day, I received a message early at 9:47am that the item is out for delivery. I requested the item to be delivered during my office time before 4pm which I was promised that it will be but no one bothered to call even post 4pm that there will be a delay. Cancelled the ordered and now waiting for a REFUND. DO NOT BUY from NOON ever. A fraud scam company with no abilities to deliver what they promise.

So, here's what happened to me.. 1st order - out of stock, still displayed in website 2nd order - wrong item delivered for the same item as my 1st order 3rd order - for the same item, still got a wrong item delivered to me wow! i could not believe this! this happened even after reminding them to check the item first.. aiming to be number one ecom yet providing a very poor quality service..

hi, I'm ordered a Xiaomi air dots and 3 Xiaomi band 4 through Noon.ae, both sellers sending the fake and cheap products.its didn't even meet the Street quality man.it is doesn't make me sense.because both are different sellers and both did the same job. its shows that noon didn't consider the quality check.

I would like to say that I had made a review on Noon where their performance was not at all good but now I would like to say from my recent positive experience that they have improved and are working hard towards customer satisfaction I had made a return of a product to noon and they refunded the money in my noon account within 1 working day which I didn't expect at all its just that now I need to apply online by filling my bank details in order to transfer noon credits to my personal bank account which I hope would be done at the earliest so the complete process was smooth and I am satisfied with it. Thank you noon

They have rude delivery guys, one time I made a complaint about the delivery guy was rude to me .... On the next delivery he come back asking me why I made a complaint and insulted me even more.... From that day I stopped ordering from them.

I bought iPhone 6s from noon and after I getting its delivery, phone was not turning on and then I plugged in to charger and there was no signal then I call to noon and they were blaming me that it's your fault that you plugged in charger and it creates fault in the board. After so many discussions over three weeks, they refund the money to noon wallet and then I have to utilize that money and I order iPhone X and after it's delivery, I checked it's warranty on Apple site and it was expired and then I chat with apple service representative and they told me that your phone is 2 years old. Then I again return the device and requested for refund.

I have been using Noon for more than 4 or 5 months now, but the do deliver my stuff's on time but the last order I made the deliver to me was fake and now I want to make another order from them but am scared is not ganna be original...

first, the item i ordered was out of stock and still displayed in their website and so they refunded the money as "noon credit". second, i bought the same item from a different seller, delivery was fast - it came the following day but - wrong item. it was not the item i ordered. returned it back, took them 1 day to pick it up, then 48 hours to do a refund for the "item". then asked me to wait for another 48 hours for the "shipping fee" refund - worst part is that i have to request for it. it was their fault for not checking the item before sending it out for delivery, then you have to file a special request to get a refund of the shipping fee. amazingly stupid.

really bad experience i had in my life . delivery coming late and not on time . customer care is lost on their promise . the product is not correct quantity as being advertised on the website.

This is a company where not just the people working in office but the worst are the delivery guys who never deliver on time above that they are arrogant and misbehaving as well. One customer service executive who was a lady assured me that the delivery will be done on time but that was a fake promise and the delivery guy always comes late to this area Al Rashidiya towers, Ajman. We can never depend on noon for delivery on time above that the delivery guys need to be trained well so that they can do delivery on time and behave well with customers otherwise they will have to face consequences for the same. I would never suggest noon if you want the product to be delivered on time.Noon delivery guys need to be punished severely for this late delivery activity and need to be terminated on spot from the job as if they are not intrested in doing their job honestly they should sit at home and do something else.

Order Id:NAEBC0086779744 This is the worst company ever After 52 days of asking them a refund they finally give it In noon credits!!! Did I pay with noon credits I requested them a transfer I'm my bank which they refused They said tht they have a policy tht after 180 days of purchase they cant give bank refund. Name me another company with this policy Is this my fault it's been 180 days Noon took 2 months to come to a conclusion to give me a refund after they gave me used products Also to even get this refund in noon credits I had to contact consumer rights !!!! This isn't my fault I don't want my money in credits I want it back in my bank acc They have the worst customer service ever and they hv thr worst follow up They lie to customers 24/7 Don't shop at noon

Hi S. S. . Kindly note as per the internel records the refund is in your wallet and You can request to transfer noon wallet credits back to the debit/credit card or bank account within 180 days/6 months of the order date.

ORDER ID : ASN: A00958604N we send item on 27th July 2020, After that received RTV item Delivery Email on 11th August 2020, in email they send deliver item within 14 days RTV Item (Shipment Number : PB70550677232A ) Not yet received almost 2 months over. live Chat support Don't have a knowledge about that. I send lot email to support i get back Reference Number Emails only, proper services not provided by noon. We are deiced to close account from noon for worst services

Update on my previous review Order id:NAEBC0086779744 After promising me a refund on Wednesday,They haven't provided me any update Msged them tday and I am going to be honest THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER They promised me a call back today and now its 9 PM So far recieved no call nor any update Don't shop from noon

I have purchased from noon.com. When this item stopped working I have placed a warranty claim in their website. After placing order, 2 days passed no update. Contacted customer care, they apologized., sent email requesting for photos. Next day I sent photos for the same. After 2 days they cancelled the claim stating they didn’t receive photos. Next day again contacted customer care, new claim was placed. Another request for photos came.. Photos was sent to them. Next day I contacted customer care, they said 21 days are there to collect the default item. After 2 days no update from noon. Contacted customer care again, they registered a complaint. After one day I received an email stating claim is closed since I was not reachable.. again next day I placed claim. Now waiting for what will happen.. thinking of how we can register a complaint in consumer rights. This is poor customer care from this company.. this will be my last order from this worst company.. please nobody use this application..

Noon is such a terrible online site who deceive customer .I had bad experience in returned item it's been a month they did not refund my returns items payment yet.their customer service sucks. Poor quality product and very poor service. Never shop with them.
