This is my first and last experience with noon!!! I had the worst experience ever. Never trust them with their products. I have purchased a mobile from their online store (that was supposed to be new) but wasn't and had alot of problems and errors, they asked me to return it and that they will find me a better one from a better seller and that it will be checked by their quality team and that they will bare any extra cost (if any) I waited for almost a week, while they were sending me that they are still trying to find a good one. Today, someone else talks to me and was like no we do not provide this kind of service!!!!!! here was when I lost it, coz I had to wait for a whole week for some lies!!!! I tried to transfer the amount back to my bank account (which shall take another 7-14 days)!!! and guess what! something is wrong with their system, I couldn't process the transaction due to some technical error!! Never

I have already posted a review about the very bad experience I had with Noon, but I need to add more. Their customer service actually hanged up on me , telling me that the free vouchers they have promoted are out of stock .. So again , Noon is lying to their customers by promoting something that you will never have .. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM NOON .. BIG SCAMMERS.

After 1 week of phone calls and emails. There customer service keeps promising to solve the issue and never get back to you. I don't recommend Noon to anyone if your excited to actually get your order in time

I want to place an order for Galaxy S8 Plus Black 4GB RAM 64GB 4G LTE, sold by Mobo at AED 878.95 It looks too cheap compare to other vendors on the same platform. Is it a fake product?

The worst experience i have ever had with online shopping! They promote something as free vouchers you will get with your order, they send you an email that these vouchers were delivered but in fact they were not and when you try to call them to check , they tell you it doesn’t show that it was not delivered!! Not to mention that i am receiving my order partially (one item or 2 a day for an order of 22 items) ! I have nothing but to wait for the noon guy to knock on my door without prior notice!! And the product received specially the boxes are like they have been eaten and thrown up!! Never again.. Sorry amazon for betraying you!!

There customer service is absolutely horrible!!! After around 15 phone calls, back and forth emails with the same response (we will solve this asap) absolutely no help at all and no solution

Not recamened atoll. I bought galaxy fold with one year global warranty. After 1 months i contact to noon for regarding issue im facing in new phone but they refuse to fix. They said phone is without warranty

I ordered Note Ultra 20 and other products with total bill of AED 4386 and my credit card was charged. i was delived hair oil!!!! they told me return the items i received and I did and next day i got refund of AED 107. since then I am compaining but they keep saying we will call within 48 hours. this is totally a fraud story. i wonder why they spend so much on advertising when they have to do this to customers. whats the point of marketing.

i bought iphone 8 suppose new and it was fake and used, i bought PS4 controller and it is fake, i think all the materials there are not ORIGINAL and should make a case againts them in court. bad customer service as well. no one answer since call center working from Thursday to Sunday. i think it is FROAT orginisation.

Thanks for this.. Im about to order now to the Noon site but because of this I cancelled it all.. The buy one take one/B1G1 offer is a low quality product and not even legit if im not mistaken base from the people who have been commented in this site..

It is a fraud online store , all items have photos for other items and you lose your shipping fees every time you return , this is the last time i will shop from noon.

Worst Online Service Provider in UAE. I requested for refund of the canceled order but almost two months already no Actions from Noon!!! The order was cancel on 28 September 2020 until date no amount received from Noon with many times follow up still useless.

Vera perla is a non trusted sealer only layers. 0,6 necklace 18k gold with false diamond at a very high price. 4 multiple if u buy it from jewelry stores.

My experience with vera perla jewelry on noon website, the delivery was on time. But the item was terrible 0.6 g necklace 18 k gold . The diamond was false. The price was too much for it. Please don't trust like this sealers (perla vera).

I just had a terrible experience with Noon. I am very disappointed because it was the first time ever to use it. I decided to purchase a sneaker which I liked. I ordered it and waited about 5 days (I ordered a phone accessory from China, literately, a million miles away at the other side of the world and I got it in 25 days, but when I ordered from Noon which is same country but different city , it took 5 DAYS!) When I received the package finally, I asked if I can check the size, the delivery man refused, he said, "It is NOT allowed to open the package in front of me!" I told him why not! I am used to check the product with so many online retailers, he said, this is Noon's policy, if you have any inquiry or complaint contact the site. Once i opened it, it was completely different than the sneaker I saw and ordered online. The texture was very very low quality, looked like polyvinyl not even has leather feeling and the lace was of very low materials, the shoe insole was plastic like and it looked terrible made, and there was an extra hole at one shoe near the lace holes which wasn't there in the other shoe, just another proof of the low quality. And above all the size wasnt right. All my shoes from different brands is 42 so I ordered it same size but it was so tight that it could hardly fit in my feet. In my entire life this was the first and the fastest return request I have ever made, after less than 20 minutes of receiving the product I made a return request and I cant take the price back because I paid cash not with credit (which I am grateful because such site is not to be trusted with credit info) I had only one option "Refund to Wallet" which I don't prefer because I don't know if I should trust to purchase any product from Noon ever again. I placed my return request on Nov 17, 2020, so far I didnt get any feedback and none contacted me and my request is not even approved or they arranged a pick up for their product! I am really disappointed in Noon and I highly don't recommend it!

If the product sold by noon is trustworthy but i received two mobile accessories from decent store, Dsfue both are cheaters, what they have shown images and specifications are totally different from what i received as well as one damaged. I am still scaring on that i have two costly delivery pendings from Maz & dubai link. I don't know how about them.. Will see after receiving the items
