It is a fraud online store , all items have photos for other items and you lose your shipping fees every time you return , this is the last time i will shop from noon.

Worst Online Service Provider in UAE. I requested for refund of the canceled order but almost two months already no Actions from Noon!!! The order was cancel on 28 September 2020 until date no amount received from Noon with many times follow up still useless.

Vera perla is a non trusted sealer only layers. 0,6 necklace 18k gold with false diamond at a very high price. 4 multiple if u buy it from jewelry stores.

My experience with vera perla jewelry on noon website, the delivery was on time. But the item was terrible 0.6 g necklace 18 k gold . The diamond was false. The price was too much for it. Please don't trust like this sealers (perla vera).

I just had a terrible experience with Noon. I am very disappointed because it was the first time ever to use it. I decided to purchase a sneaker which I liked. I ordered it and waited about 5 days (I ordered a phone accessory from China, literately, a million miles away at the other side of the world and I got it in 25 days, but when I ordered from Noon which is same country but different city , it took 5 DAYS!) When I received the package finally, I asked if I can check the size, the delivery man refused, he said, "It is NOT allowed to open the package in front of me!" I told him why not! I am used to check the product with so many online retailers, he said, this is Noon's policy, if you have any inquiry or complaint contact the site. Once i opened it, it was completely different than the sneaker I saw and ordered online. The texture was very very low quality, looked like polyvinyl not even has leather feeling and the lace was of very low materials, the shoe insole was plastic like and it looked terrible made, and there was an extra hole at one shoe near the lace holes which wasn't there in the other shoe, just another proof of the low quality. And above all the size wasnt right. All my shoes from different brands is 42 so I ordered it same size but it was so tight that it could hardly fit in my feet. In my entire life this was the first and the fastest return request I have ever made, after less than 20 minutes of receiving the product I made a return request and I cant take the price back because I paid cash not with credit (which I am grateful because such site is not to be trusted with credit info) I had only one option "Refund to Wallet" which I don't prefer because I don't know if I should trust to purchase any product from Noon ever again. I placed my return request on Nov 17, 2020, so far I didnt get any feedback and none contacted me and my request is not even approved or they arranged a pick up for their product! I am really disappointed in Noon and I highly don't recommend it!

If the product sold by noon is trustworthy but i received two mobile accessories from decent store, Dsfue both are cheaters, what they have shown images and specifications are totally different from what i received as well as one damaged. I am still scaring on that i have two costly delivery pendings from Maz & dubai link. I don't know how about them.. Will see after receiving the items

I ordered in NoonDaily and received a message it’s at my doorstep. Went out and nothing is there. They took a picture of the box only without even the door itself. Their customer service agents are damn stupid! They’re no help!!!!!

Don’t order electronics item with noon ever , I want to share with everyone my worst experience with noon which is happened 2 times 🙁 First I order mobile one of the birthday gift they delivered to me after 12 days which is I choose express option after 100 mail & call conversation again I order on of another mobile they send me different color they will not admit there mistakes very poor service providers

I thought noon is trusted online seller. Ihad a bad experience in noon also. I ordered nike white shoes , sold by namshi. After 24 hrs i received the item which the item i received has a damaged, in front area has a big yellow dots. I contacted noon via wats upp and email, their response is impressive , and I refund the money but one thing i sure, they pack it intentionally with already a damage, they thought that i will not complain as it was the first time that i ordered in noon.

I was never thinking, that I can ever complain about any service, but in that case want to say. Noon people are really throwing money into garbage by paying salaries to their " customer service " team ,as it is helpless. Instead of solving the problem ,they are treating you as you are dumb and using replacing words to tell you " we cant do anything ,just wait" I place my order 4 days in advance of my friends bday ,it should have arrived on the 2 november ,it didnt ,although I received an SMS that it's with the delivery guy...,who called me at 9pm saying it's too late today,I will.do it tomorrow ...well noone delivered ,I called the guy ,he informed me he is off....,called customer service, they didn't have any idea of where my item is and which agent they should call,but promised to put an "urgent delivery " and bring it to me asap ..... the next day I'm calling them again,as you understand ,my bday present failed as I didnt receive anything , and customer service says that she doesn't know where myvorder is which agent has it ,i might receive it soon inshallah tomorrow or this month ,she transferred my complaint to logistic team...,seriously ??? Even Alibaba from China does it better... And after ALL these I receive a message " rate our service " ,guess what I put . So no service , no delivery, no customer support ...

Except my last experience i had a very good experience with noon.i like their customer service,delivery and return back time is very fast.they should work on quality and their quality control team need alot of improvement.

I orderd 5 items as they advertaise on site. After four day I got parcels, but they canot allow to check before pay. After pay total amount I opened packs I shocked. They send all items very cheap and fake. Totaly defrent what I requested. Then I called customer service, they send corrier guys again to take back items. But my money still pending. I dont understand why they cheating people like this.first time I got truble with online site. It is noon uae. Fake site. They will not send actual items they advetised. Check all revews below saying all. Authorities need to control this kind of cheating.

Terrible service from you guys. Its going to be 2 months now i have been following up with you guys regarding the damaged delivery of a phone that I ordered from you.
