Absolutely disappointing service- First i ordered an item which they said will be delayed for delivery on the date of delivery. Secondly they said this order is not in stock so please cancel the order to get the amount back in your account. Thirdly when i cancelled the purchased the amount has still not been refunded back and it is almost 1 month now. The good part is their customer agents calls you back after seeing the message and the same story 10 times to them and still it is not resolved. Dont waste your time and hard earned money on NOON, this is Fraud marketing and business from them

Purchased one JBL Headset. Its very poor quality and a waste of money. Next I'll go to any 5 Dirham Gift Shops so that i can purchase the same or better quality product in just 5 dirhams and its worthy

Very upset with the noon delivery service. The website mentioned express service and it's been 2 days I haven't got any update on my shipment. I guess the team doesnt understand what's an express order mean. I feel the team is less intrsted with this concern after informing that they will get me an update yet no response from anybody. I am very much losing interest to purchase any product from this platform. Very bad service. last time i purchase lens and send mail for regarding the product but still i am not getting the reply. Delivery should be the next day and its been 4 days and the answer what i am getting is team is still working on it!!! Worst service of all time !! Noon.com just donโ€™t care about customers thats as simple as that.

BE WARE I ORDERED LAST SEPTEMBER 29, 2019 - 2 ITEMS AND THE DELIVERY DATE IS ON OCTOBER 5, 2019. PRICE DOESNT MATTER. I CALLED THEM THURSDAY MORNING, ASKES THEM IF THEY CAN DELIVER IT EARLY AS I DONT HAVE WORK ON WEEKEND. THEY TOLD ME, THEY WILL CALL IF THEY CAN, UNFORTUNATELY NO ONE CALLED. ALREADY 17:34pm. STILL NO ONE INFORMED ME. AMAZON STILL THE BEST. I WILL NEVER RECOMMENT NOON EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 items,one of 1 piece and the other 3 pieces on September 30,it was expected to be delivered on October 1. I received only one item from my order on 3rd October. The same item other 2 pieces is pending. And the customer service is pathetic. I tried calling them for 3 days until someone answered. He promised to deliver by Friday. Its saturday and no update yet. Horrible!!!! Never recommend Noon to anyone

After ordering a perfume for women on Noon I have received a version for men. Obviously I have filed a return request. It was on the 1st of Oct. Till now nothing has happened. After emailing customer service again I was reassured that no return was requested. Just horrible! I would never order again. Their customer service is just a joke. Beware of fraud. Save your time, money and nerves by shopping somewhere else.

Probably the worst, most incompetent online store in Saudi Arabia. I haven't received my order in over 10 days. First they sent my order to a different city, even though I selected the address from the map on their website. So customer service makes me re-order the whole thing. Then after calling them for 3 days they tell me they sent the order to the wrong warehouse in my city. Meanwhile the driver asks me for my location in whatsapp and says he wont deliver because I gave him the wrong location apparently! They delivered 1 item from my whole order after shouting at a noon.com rep from the head office, now its been 10 days, hopefully they deliver the rest of my order in this lifetime. There are 2 explanations for this, either noon.com is a scam or the people running the company from the CEO to the delivery guy are extremely incompetent and have zero idea what they're doing.

Never buy anything from noon. Worst online support team including their supervisors. I have ordered ipad 2018 and it never came till 3 oct. Their support is only apologising without any action.Worst e commerce company

It's a shame. My previous review: "Item OUTAD Wireless ELM327 OBD2 Auto Car Scanner Adapter, advertised as Monitor your cars from PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, to do inspection by yourself. Not working with iOS or mac. Fake advertising. Placed order on 7-sep-2019. After received I complained is not working for iOS as advertised. Never replaced. What you'll do about this noon? Keep pretend you'll solved but never happen? When I should expect to receive item doing as advertising? Can you answer to this on line so people can see it instead post a general answer or nobody monitor your replay?" I have Never had a worse experience on online purchase. I ordered and was told it will be delivered by oct.01 but today is October 4 and even the chat or call center will not act. No response, no updates and when they come to deliver no known timing .....just ridiculous!!

Hi Noon Team, This is just to highlight you the Poor quality of Service / Goods been to delivered to me. I had ordered Pressure Cooker from the website, This is my very first order and you may consider it as the last. Already replaced once & and requested again for replacement. I wish I could remember the name of the person who suggested me to order from Noon.com. Had I seen the reviews before - I would have never placed an order.

Everything wrong with noon. Avoid in future. Product is not doing as advertised, contact customer support is terrible bed, no chance to have money back, no way to receive the item as described. Never seek customer satisfaction. They claim contact you but nobody answer. Seriously? In all answer they say sorry but don't believe them. Why is still coming 1 star? Should be none or negative

It's been 7days I haven't receive my items,as per them it should be deliver in 5 days.thatswhy I trust them and made a purchase through online on 27th of sep 2019 and must deliver on 2nd of oct 2019,and now its already 3rd of oct 2019 that item is for gift I need to take it while i go for vacation out of UAE on 4th of oct.They are playing with our emotion and time.when I call them only the answer is sorry.keep your sorry with you noon and stop cheating.

worst online apps. when the courier called me. she said its 143 . she said she dnt have any change ill jst bring 150. bt i bring 500 cos i dnt have smaller bill. then she call again she said quickly cos she hve too much stuff to be deliver. then when i reached shes annoyed cos i gave her 500. hey you !!!!! courier if u dnt want ur work as delivery girl. dnt work okay!!! and the blouse i bought not good quality.. u pay too much bt im nt satisfied wth my order๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

We ordered JBL speaker 2 days ago and they mentioned it as express delivery. We did not receive it till now and when we call the customer care they informed us its going to be delivered soon. Even they are not aware when they are going to deliver to us !! There are some IT issues in NOON. They are still resolving from past 1 week !! Please do not order anything from NOON.....Worst experience I faced
