Ordered a "now" item which they market and promise to deliver the very next day. Not only did I not receive the item, there was zero communication from Noon in regards to the order. If you can't to deliver on time, don't give these estimates (it is essentially lying to your customers). And the lease you could do is to inform the customer that there is a delay and apologize. Unless and until the customer gets fed up and calls the customer service to get an update - the mindset at noon is such that "You'll get it when you get it".

Very poor service ..showed items which are not available also confirmed the order and after 20 days when order didnt move ahead after follow up they give this excuse that item not available suggest people not to shop from this site...worst experience ever

the delivery process is extremely HORRIBLE.. for couple of small items, they are willing to make you wait for 2 weeks to deliver. not to mention that it is available with more than 10 suppliers of their own!!! what makes it funny, is that the call Center will literally tell you "take it or leave it" and they will refund you the purchase done. the problem is that there are no efforts put for retention.

I ordered a power bank and I had to return it because the charging was very slow. The next day I requested a return thru the mobile app of noon. The next morning someone sent me a text message that he is working with noon and was asking my location and office timings. I replied and gave all the information needed. I even call him at 5:00 pm to ask him what time he will pick up the return item. He did not answer. Until now the item is still with me and nobody contacting me. Here is my conclusion. It is like a force selling that they do not care to the customers once you bought something from them as long as they have sales. Anyway goodluck to Noon.com. I will keep the item with me but this is my first and last order from you. Very bad customer service.

they delivered the wrong item. serial number sticker showing the wrong details on the cover to cheat customers. Ordered :Redmi Note 7 Dual SIM Space Black 4GB RAM 64GB 4G LTE Delivered: Redmi 7 (Eclipse Black, 3GB RAM, 32GB Storage)

I placed order for four items. They split the delivery to 3...only four items ok. They told me to wait for almost 2 weeks for the third item which was a rug. After two weeks they said they havent got the item and asked me 2 more days and i registered a complaint. On the 17th day they are saying you have to cancel the order because they arent able to get that rug.... You should have told its out of stock when i placed the order... Very very poor service.

Terrible service. Every time I have placed an order there is definite delay. Why do you display something which cannot be fulfilled. Pathetic customer service with no outcome to issues.

Its Pathetic. you never get your orders in time. I was suppose to get my order delivered on Thursday, 11th June & till Sunday, 14th June i didn't heard anything. Eventually i was the to call and an Customer service associate advised me that to cancel the previous order to place a new one as the item was not available with their distributor which i did and it was to be delivered by Monday, 15th June & again it's 16th June & no deliveries yet so far. It's Annoying.

Very bad customer service ! I ordered 2 items 10 days ago then i recieved a msg that the delivery will be delayed ! When i contacted noon they told me that they will solve the issue ! They did but for one item only , but the another one is still not shipped ! I want both items to be delivered together at the same day and time! I am afraid that for each of them i have to pay extra 10 dhs for each shipping !

Order ID NAEB70027449279 Placed on Jul 6, 2019 See Details Processing 1 item awaiting shipment ORDERED PROCESSING SHIPPED DELIVERED itemBoxImg_v1540498500/N18906947A_1 Geepas Automatic Washing Machine 7Kg GWMF7107STV White Estimated delivery by Sun, Jul 14 Sold by Western International AED 750.00 ordered a washing machine from Noon.com on 6th July 2019 and that time they told that it will get delivered on Sunday July 14th 2019 till now we don't recieved the shipment and yesterday I called the customer care and asked about the delivery then they told they will deliver it today, and their team is working for that. Yesterday night itself some other agent called and told today they will deliver. Today I recieved a call and customer care told that they don't have that items in stock and apologized and they told that they are cancelling the order and will give double 10%,discount...Dont trust noon. Com and their sellers. Till now I don't recievd any calls from them regarding my delivery... Very poor service and worst shopping I have ever made.. They are misguiding the customer with wrong offers and unverified sellers.. Please don't buy any items from souq.. Think thrice before you order any items.. Very poor..

I ordered 2 items last week ago , it is supposed to be delivered on Wednesday but today i received a msg from noon that my order has been delayed till unknown date !! Please Note:Noon-No need to come and write your excuses below bcz you have only same reply to all better stop this job .

Very bad experience. 1st and last time when I order from noon. I am now 10 days since I have placed the order and it has not been shipped yet; customer service is useless as the only thing they are doing is to apologize but not being able to solve the issue. As you also see in their replies, all they do is to apologize and that's it ... Do yourself a favor and do not buy from there (read the comments and you will very bad experiences)

Bad experience I buy a phone as a gift and chose the option fulfilled by noon to get a fast delivery I checked the status of the package using noon app and it sayid shipped and waiting for it but I didn’t get it in the end of the day when i talk to the customer care they said sorry but we didn’t ship the package!!

First order from noon couple of things called for a mirror gift not working something else I recieved after a long wait got it as xxl this is a very poor experience I have had with online services the customer support also was not help full no follow ups done to ask what went wrong don't know what's the status of my refund really dissatisfied
