I bought a wax machine that supposedly original and it stopped working on the second use. I was shocked because I read the instructions and I read it again when it stoped working in case I made a mistake but nope. I was angry because there isn't a return policy since I bought it long time ago and didn't start using it till recently. Big waste of money on a low quality item. I don't think I will trust them again.

Very bad customer service, bad marketing gimmicks, instead of accepting their errors and owning up to the mistake, they give illogical reasons and waste your time by making you wait for weeks to come back with the same answers that was initially provided, basically no solution. Don't care about customers. Should be awarded the most terrible service award.

I'm surprised how could an e-commerce website of that size don't do the basic operation policy of things or returned items for examples! I've bought a S pen in Nov 19, returned it the next day and the same was reflecting in my account. accidentally today I found that they have not returned the money to my credit card. chat with customer service and what I heard was 'sorry for inconvenience, we will place a complaint' how could a website of such business nature does such mistakes?!

Noon’s customer service is great, they are responsive and want to help. The sellers however are terrible. The products are fake and not verified at ALL. The description does NOT match the product. I purchased a perfume and what I got is a box that says the actual name but the perfume bottle had a different name and different smell. Very dishonest and shameful to see such products sold on noon with the stamp “100% original”. Do not buy perfumes from noon.

I bought charger with 159SR, and then found the same charger in the same website for less than 90SR. Relay upset! and I got even more upset when I found the same charger in Souq.com in less than 70SR. you could have at least told me there are other options to buy before committing. I like your support but I don't like to pay more than what the item worth for no reason.

Deliveries on time. Would say that there is an abusive practice of using reviews from some database that are not user-made reviews, making products seem much better than they actually are.

Hi I bought Essie nail polish and Sally Hansen nail product. First the packaging of Sally Hansen wasn’t proper so it was sealed by someone else. Essie product was also more liquidy. I checked the companies and wanted to ask whether you are 100% sure that these products are not used???

I am a seller in noon. We have more than 1000 products and we are trying to list the products with noon.com from one year after coming directly to noon our 8 items are listed. We continued contacting the team several times but still our items are not listed. We are not facing this kind of experience from any other websites where we register our products. This is the worst back-end support a seller can ever get.

i given my mobile under warranty claim and after 21 days nothing done and mobile came with same condition having problem , so again i gave the phone and still i have not recieved any answer from noon warranty team and they are just troubling honest customers , never never purschase any items from noon , better services are provided by amazon , they are just cheating customer , when after sales service comes they are troubling you like anything and also not reverting faulty item money back , really warning you all customers again never purchase any items from noon.com

In the span of last 40 days, three of my orders were cancelled "due to product unavailability". This website seems to be full of fake listings and products show Available for next day or within a week delivery and then you are told some generic explanations, "It didn't pass our quality check" or "Sorry, it's no longer available". In the latest case, Order ID NAEC10029549881, they did the exact same. Didn't deliver the product for a week and later decided to not refund the 10.00 AED shipping fee as well. Assuming unsuspecting customer will not notice it and they can get away with it.

Noon is continuously dumping their customer by not placing the reviews section on their website. noon has more and more fake products. Never trust noon. Also if we apply for refund. your money will be send after 30 days. They are very terrible. Better move on to souq.com / jollychic.com

I ordered a Samsung Level U stereo Wireless Bluetooth In ear Headset and the product which noon delivered was damaged. I ordered that headphone for my sister who was their in Dubai was for few weeks and I trusted noon that they will deliver the quality product and what they delivered was the damaged product and this made my customer satisfaction 0 on the scale of 10, feels like I order something from the store which sells defective products with no warranty.

I ordered an ORIGINAL item and received a COPY instead. The delivery man refused to take the product, arguing he only deliveries. Paid cash and now they want to make the refund to a Noon wallet. I read reviews before my purchase and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Don't purchase from this website!!!!

Worst shopping site ever! I ordered 1st iphone, came next day charger not working. ordered the 2nd one came next day not working at all!, requested a return for both phones and went for a more expensive one, MY BAD!!! Since it is an express delivery, with extra cost, i supposed to receive it yesterday but didn't. contacted customer service support who confirmed at first that it is on the way, in the evening contacted them again to find out that they have no update and i should wait for update. this morning contacted them again to find out still no update. customer service agent was kind but has no clue or no authority to find out as she stated. Now, i am left with either keep waiting or request a return. On the top of all this, i was told that my refund will not be credited to my debit card but to my noon wallet after 96h and only then i can request the amount to be transferred to my bank which can take up to 30 days. What a horrible experience, cant wait to close this matter and never look back. will definitely stick with Amazon.
