DO NOT TRUST NOON!!! After 18 days of waiting I still have no feedback when my phone will arrive, I’ve been lied to multiple times, I spent a lot of money on a phone that was supposed to arrive the next day and no one will tell me where it is, currently on their website they are still saying next day delivery for the same phone! The customer care service is terrible, it’s impossible to speak to anyone who can actually help, they don’t respond to my emails, I’ve put in over 10 complaints none of them have been solved then still today I make a decision to cancel and they still can’t do this. It is completely unacceptable. This is the worst service I have had in my entire life!

Noon eat my money and not refunded shipping charges I paid 20 aed and when I called to customer service they just said sorry that was mistake and we will send your 20 aed but now 4 days they not send my money, in the policy wrote when customer choice market items so should to pay 10 aed per item for shipping and when customer return this item so noon refund price of item and shipping charge but for me they didn't refunded shipping charges i paid for and 4 days past and it's disappointing.

Order no NAEDB0087418995 - TV not delivered more than two weeks later and they have not cancelled as requested. They have not given any explanation. Support staff are clueless and not acting on the cancellation. Worst possible online commerce site

I have purchased heavy bulk appliance on 19th Nov from noon which is fulfilled by noon. Issues a) item was not delivered as per expected dates I.e 25th nov hence I asked to cancel it. b) now every day I have to call them to refund my money which 1428 aed and customer team gives me reason that item not returned to their warehouse. Problem is, this item never left their warehouse and shipped to me however they holding up my money since 20 days with no resolution. As a customer, I feel cheated and their customer service is very poor in terms resolution. Zero customer centric company. Secondly their call backs never comes. Please do not purchase from such fraudulent party when their statements are fake and holding your money for no reason. Order # NAEDB0094711151-S1

The staff scammed, I ordered a 4 meter football trophy replica and it came for 4 millimetres, I emailed them and they didn’t even respond to my refund, I wasted all my money on this and they don’t even care about their customers. This company does not take care about their staff members and their orders.

I purchased a sugar gummybear which was delivered last night (Dec 8,2021) but the color is green looks already expired. I want to change it to a new one at least if you cannot refund my money

I have purchased Christian Dior Sauvage perfum at Noon received on 30th November, on opening realised this is a fake / counterfeit perfum as have an original one at home Am a Noon VIP customer called them 3 times they accepted to refund the product but has been over 8 days there is no revert besides receive a message on three days that your pickup has been rescheduled based on my request, which I never did. Horrible fake product and extremely poor customer service.

one of the worst company on this planet, I booked product on 18th Nov 2021 and I got promised to deliver product on 25th Nov 2021 and today it's 7th Dec 2021, I had called everyday since last 12 days but no feedback, one of the worst customer service they don't care what you speak and request, due to this I lost 2 million business annually from one of regular clients.

I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I paid for an order which was NOT delivered to me - the driver responsible marked on the system this order was delivered which is NOT the case. The customer service is SHOCKING! I've raised 5 official complaints to find out that someone in the logistics department has been closing ALL of my complaints and NOBODY is willing to help. I have called every day for the past 7 days and every time I have to re-explain myself to a new customer service rep who has all proven to be incapable of solving this matter.

I made an order of two Single Seater Recliner Sofa seller by Pan Emirates. I made the order by 27 Nov 2021 and delivery was set by noon from 30th Nov to Dec 04 2021. On the last day I received a message that your order is cancelled due to non availability of product. The order was booked during White Friday Sales Season and now I left stranded without delivery and sales are also over. Its bad that why NOON Dubai took more than a week to figure out that they don't have product. The Seller PAN EMIRATES must be penalized or an alternative solution must to offer me. But I received only " Sorry for inconvenience"

SCAMMERS ALERT!!! I ordered a phone for express delivery and I still have not received it. The keep lying that they are trying to reach but to no available when they haven't even bothered to contact me back after trying to contact them countless times let alone call me with update on my delivery. I think the mistake I made is letting them know in my email that I am travelling and it seems they are waiting for that to happen so they can keep you order. I paid for my order and now it is a hustle to just get a delivery. The delivery man's number I received from Noon, when it is answered the man claims NOT to be employed by Noon. Now I do not know what to think. Maybe I have been duped by this company and fallen prey to their sly ways. This is the worst online experience ever and would not recommend Noon to anyone. They are cheats!!!

Absolute cheats! I ordered some food, I was given a time for the delivery to arrive, I was out of office for 4 minutes more than the given. There were missed calls on my phone, i replied and the driver said maybe wrong number. I checked my app to follow up and noticed it was the same number I had missed calls from. I called the rider again and asked him if he worked for noon, he said yes, I followed up on my delivery, he said he will talk to the company and update. 1-2 mins after the call the order was posted as undelivered on my app. I had a chat with Lina Farghaly from Noon, she told me they cannot deliver the food since the delivery was missed, I said I don't like to waste the food, I will pay for the delivery, she said they cannot deliver. I said ok, since it is food, I will go and pick it up, can she tell me the location of the food, she said the customer service would contact me in few hours, I kept repeating to her, too much delay would make the food go bad, please tell me where can i collect the food. She kept repeating cusomter service would contact. It has been a few weeks now, no one contacted me. I paid for something that I never got delivery of. Total scam!! Pathetic customer service. I have stopped using the app ever since and I don't recommend anyone to use it either.

I have the most bad experience with noon food I ordered food waited about more than one hour for bahrouz bryani delivery after that the delivery man came to the wrong location order has not been delivered money has not been returned food has not been credited as balance in my account This is noon food delivery policy which has not been cleared if u don't want to die from hunger and some one stole your money and food please don't order from noon food please order from any other Zomato or tabalat !!

This is the worst online shopping platform if you badly need to return a product, especially electronics. I ordered a laptop and saw that it was pre-used because of dust particles, scratches on the charger (not even in a plastic), small chips on the monitor, and lack of manuals. I filed a return request and it has been 7 days but no guy was coming here in my house to pick it up. The customer service always tells me every day that that someone will come, but NO ONE DID! Worse, I keep getting an SMS saying 'your pickup request has been rescheduled for the requested date'. How will I reschedule it when I am soooo eager to return their trashy product? I've been stressed for days and still waiting for it until now! PLEASE, JUST ORDER FROM AMAZON IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE.
