The worst experience ever in my life regarding warranties and dealing with problems ....all they can do is to apologise.. I have been calling them for twenty days regarding unsolved issue and the whole company of noon apologised without showing any serious action...they cant read emails though !!!!.... I have been sending the emails and suddenly I was told no one saw the email .... until now I am calling and they are blowing thier mouths with words only words no serious action ....

Very very bad site...I ordered 1 item 2 days back and the delivery time is supposed to today... I contacted the customer service they told that 21 nov will be deliver only....waste of money and time..

Why is Noon still selling counterfeit products when I have provided signed proof from the manufacturer that the item is a fake? Noon needs to take action when it receives proof that one of it's sellers is selling fake goods (although it seems that this is the case with many of your sellers). It is immoral, illegal and dangerous to sell fake electrical products that could cause damage to someone. Please do something

Worst customer service ever. Didnt deliver the item. Instead they just canceled right away without even calling customer before cancelling. They said product is out of stock but when u check the site it is still showing.. They just want to scsm customers!!!!

I made a purchase for iPhone 7plus 128 GB with facetime and I haven't received the product on time. When I enquire about the delay in shipment they said they need 5 more business days to complete my order. So I cancelled product and i request for refund as the mistake is from noon. Then they said firstly they need to receive the product to the origin of shipment. Since I didn't receive the product I don't why they told this to me. Once the product reaches the origin then it will take another 14 days to 30 day to refund into my account.

Noon delivers wrong item . Its a trouble for the customer to cancel and then re order the item. It happened to me twice . Not ordering ever from noon. Bad service .

Noon regularly deliver the wrong item. I ordered a Microsoft Surface Pen compatible with a Surface Book (at least that’s what the website showed) but received a non-compatible pen that was physically different from the one advertised. In another instance, Noon delivered a different Lego set than the one I ordered.

First experience was terrible but complaint was taken seriously and issue solved with in unexpected time. Even got call for apology. Appreciate 👏 Would suggest solve before customer gets dissatisfied.

the worst experience i have ever had they are absolutely no professional they take your money and then they do not deliver i ordered an electric cooker and after one week they say out of stock and the money they say i will get it after one month.....second experience i ordered vacuum cleaner they send another model lower in price....i complained and they keep saying the same excuse and they do not return your money as fast as they took it do not ever think of buying anything from them avoid avoid avoid avoid

Bad experience and something feels fishy about this marketplace. Their website posts pictures of genuine items and lure you with the low prices then deliver you used or knock off items. Or in other cases they cancel your orders, just pray to god that you didn't pay via credit card before hand or else they'll go their merry way with your money and only refund you with "noon credits". If you pay via COD, the delivery man won't hand you over the item unless you hand them the money first, they won't allow you to open the package to check your order. If you happen to get an inaccurate item and you manage to catch up with the driver then of course, they'll refuse to give your cash back. It makes no sense, I got the wrong item and the delivery man is already in front of me, just give me my cash back and return the item back yourself right? Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get my cash back because he strongly refused and I'll just get in a fight with the person in public. Since you'll feel bad about leaving those " refunded" noon credits in your account, of course you're force to order from them again just so it wouldn't go to waste, ordering stuff from them means more revenue for them. Classic scamming techniques. They even refuse to give you an option to delete your noon account which is strange so here's a trick to do it; deactivate the email address that's associated to the noon account. Not even sure why this place haven't been reported yet.

Have ordered from Noon 5 times now. Absolutely every single order has been terribly late, coupled with unhelpful and apathetic customer service upon enquiring (and that's if you call them. They do not call, text, or email updates when deliveries are late) Stick with Namshi.

ALERT ALERT ALERT RED FLAG PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING FROM NOON If you have never order from noon and you are thinking whether or not it is a good idea. It is not. Noon looks appealing because of its price which is relatively low compare to the mall however what you need to know is that noon’s products are fake(if I had the option to attach picture I would). After raising the issue to different managers, besides saying that they apologize for the inconvenience nothing is really done, there is no customer service. They are at fault that time they talk to you as if it is your mistake. For 3 days In a row I have been speaking to noon on the phone With different people every time I have to repeat myself they always put me on hold and in the end of course nothing is done. Basically what happened is that I ordered a Ray-Ban and a perfume Bulgari little did I know that they are both fake through the packaging and the quality of the product itself. Please be careful while ordering on noon. Don’t let you be fooled

They will cancel your order without any notification.. For which you have paid and will refund it back to noon wallet..I had three experiences.. I lodged a complaint after my first exp and again they did it twice to me..First class fraud.. Beware..!..They will smoothly fill their wallets with your money..No guarantee of delivery after successful order... !

Ordered an item with express delivery. Item didn’t came at all. Just a massage that the item is out of stock. When I asked to return back the money they said it will be credited to my noon account. What kind of service is this? They are taking my money, not delivering the item at all and not giving me MY money back. What kind of service is this???? I just say good luck noon with regards to surviving in this market in 2019 with this strategy....
