if there is negative star on this rating i will rate them as that. It is my first time buying from them and it is really bad. At first they deceive me for getting the item on time if i place an order on such particular date. And what is worst, they gave me a defective item. Really frustrating. This online shop is not recommendable at all. And customer service is just another delaying tactics.

The most awful experience I have ever had in UAE. I wish I came here to check people's reviews before placing my order..It was the worst and most annoying buying online experience starting from the miserable deliver system to the awful attitude of the customer service girl.. I will never do it again and hopefully everyone can check first the reviews about such bad companies before getting in that sh#t.

AIM2020 is the worst seller no responsibility towards customer in Noon I have never seen such a hopeless and a slow performing seller(AIM2020) in my life they are not concerned about the order they get they will deliver it when they feel to do it such a useless attitude they have towards the business in noon and moreover the noon guys don't even try to contact them and tell to ship the product at the earliest when I was a seller in noon(a2z4gifts1989) the noon team used to call and disturb us daily by calling and telling that the customer wants the product at the earliest so ship it soon so this means they are partial towards some sellers which is a very bad attitude to have in business.The seller AIM2020 is not at noon business its there for something else I think thats why such a hopeless response at the same time noon team also didn't take any initiative towards this case and remained silent as if nothing as happened.Please note never buy anything from the seller AIM2020 my order number is NAEC90098108050 no action taken by noon since 2 days.

Noon are totally selling fake items I have ordered Xiaomi scooter and the deliver me E scooter means different company scooter worth of 500 and what I paid is 1170 this completely cheating and ask for refund until now almost 2 weeks they are saying under process don’t waist ur money and time buy from amazon.ae much better and best customer service experience

Order# NSAC80003147522  This is really disappointing to learn that my order is cancelled after taking more than one week for processing. And this is the second time I have faced such cancellation. Understand if the item is out of stock it shouldn't be published which is misguiding after all. As a customer I am extremely dissatisfied with noon's service. Not recommending noon to anyone

I ordered a fridge on 26th August 2020. It was scheduled to be delivered on 2nd September 2020. I waited the whole day .No one bothered to call and explain why my order is late . I contacted customer support on WhatsApp they lied that I would receive it on 2nd .....today is 3rd.....perhaps they follow a different calendar ! . Today I contacted the customer care , I spoke to an agent called Muna , she is polite but advising me that I will receive a complaint resolution in 24hours added to a late order is ridiculous! When I tracked online , they asked me to get in touch with dropship 161! Completely unprofessional. How dare you refer me to a third party I didn’t deal with in the first place ! Kindly don’t waste your time with noon . I wish I had read other reviews before ordering. I will never order anything again !

NOON IS A BIG TIME FRAUD WORST COMPANY EVER IM REPORTING THE COMPANY TO DUBAI CONSUMER RIGHT THEY TOOK 26 DAYS TO FIX MY ITEM IN WARRANTY AND GUESS WHAT THEY SEND ME USED ON NEVER BUY FROM SUCH A WEBSITE NOON.COM IS THE WORST SITE IN THIS UNIVERSE

The worst delivery system I've ever seen in my life, first the order was 6 days late... Then I get the wrong item, the. They tell me it will take 2 to 4 days to collect the item, 2 to 4 days for quality check.. Then 2 to 4bdays to refund the money.. Horrible company. Removing the the app and blocking the emails and everything that has to do with noon

Beside have a very low quality of products, bad reverse logistic system, they are very rude in talking to customers. I do not mean the customer service people, rather than their managers, who speak to customers in extremely rude, pathetic and ridiculous way. Be careful to buy from this rubbish store, who sells products as new, while they are refurbished. No actual warranty is there. You need to wait for 5 or 6 weeks to get your refurbished item fixed again, or they send you another fixed refurbished item! You are losing your money, your time and your respect when trying to make any business with this rubbish unmature website, starting from its top to its low bottom.

Order No. NAEC80087071322 Very worst products and poor customer support from Noon. This is the second time I got cheated from Noon. Such horrible irresponsible online purchase portal I have ever experienced. I ordered iPhone 7 plus with 1 year Apple Warranty 3 weeks back and when I have checked warranty once shipment was arrived, it was expired. I complained and they took it back. That particular payment credited in my cart after couple of days days I have ordered new iPhone 8 with 1 year apple warranty mentioned while ordering unit (I have the full details or order with screens shot) today when the shipment arrived I chekched the warranty again it shows it is expired too. Then I have spoken to the customer representative he simply says that it not Apple warranty only noon warranty cover. We never saw in the online portal mentioned neither it was Apple warranty or Noon warranty. Customer representative told me that, all iPhones available in Noon, there is no Apple warranty onle Noon warranty they provides. I have experienced very worst support 2nd time from Noon. Don't buy anything from Noon as it is for cheating people and eating Haraam money.

They have the worst follow up system, unless you do they aint gonna come back with updates. They have a horrible complaints department, whose focus is to close the case once shipment is done regardless how long it takes. Very disappointed with the services rendered, their information is all over the place. My delivery date promised has now passed 10 days and no one had a courtesy to call and update unless I did. Noon has to be pushed to get things done at times, paralyzed performance in the market.

Never buy anything from noon. Bought a PS4 pro and wasted my money on the scam site Gave the PS4 for warranty and it’s been 21 days with no update All they say is they will call you They never call you Get me a refund quick

Would rate “NEGATIVE” or “ZERO” if available. It’s a very bad experience for a first time order with Noon. I ordered specifically “GLASS” and not “PLASTIC” blender as described in the item description and as shown in the pictures. I was too much upset and disappointed as it failed beyond my expectations. Though it was delivered on time but the item itself is not what it seems as expected. Plus the fact that there’s no option of exchanging with correct order immediately without undergoing this pickup and return quality check process. I will get my refund only after returning the item and their quality check, and I have doubt that they will really make full refund including shipping. Well, technically it’s not my fault and I did not order an incorrect item, rather, they have delivered an incorrect item. Not recommendable for future online purchases.

So I decided to buy a PS4 pro from this site Now I highly regret it Here’s my experience with Noon I bought my product and received it 2 days later.When I received it the box was damaged Another issue I noticed was the model number on the box did not match with the products model number,At this point I was certain tht my product was second hand I called there custom service and they said we don’t sell fake products.I trusted them which I highly regret A few months passed and my product stopped working My item was collected and it’s been 17 days Everytime I ask them the status they say it’s in service center!!! How long will it be there Another issue with this site is we can’t write reviews About the seller!!! Why is that a thing Not at all recommending this site to anyone
