Uninstalled Noon now, peace of mind. Good luck to all the existing Noon users for indefinitely waiting for deliveries, Noons cancellation of orders abrubtly and most of all awaiting to have the refund of the cancelled items....

Everything is bad about it. The search interface on their website. The way to order the items to repetitive items . Wont find certain exact same items that are cheaper only through links in the items page that magically didnt show up on the search page. Products are usually defective, not exact items, fakes, and HAVE NO WARRANTY. Because they let outside sellers sell stuff on their website. THis way the seller says no warranty, thought it is a brand new item paid in full as per the law. And this way NOON.com does not have to take responsibility for it. Then if you do exchange and get your money back (IF ) then they first put it into your NOON credit instead of directly onto your credit card. Then you have to call them again to get it done again. All in all process takes like 2-3 weeks! I can not warn you enough. Amazon is so much better ! More items, cheaper prices, better customer service , guaranteed money back, warranty etc.

25 days passed since I made my order till today I did not recieved the item I recieved a call after complaining here promising that I will get in 2 days this was since 10 days after also complaining again one Indian lady called me just to tell me that my order will take more time and i have option to cancel this so unprofessional this lady she is not professional at all and just telling lies noon you are a very and company I will never order from you again and I will complain you you are just taking people money and not providing proper service shame on you.

NAEC40001348598-S2, I ordered Bvlgari Aqua Amara for men 164 aed, I received different one and it is Fake fragrance not original , so disappointed, just like threw my money in the bin.

Late delivery, very dirty packing, the ordered item was delivered in a horrible condition! in such time as now when Corona is spreading, e-commerce is not making any efforts to protect customers and own staff, the poor delivery man was in dirty clothes, his mask color has turned yellow which shows how long it has been used!! Spend some money on your poor staff

NAEC40001836060 some items delivered, but my Ender 3 Pro printer was not, the ETA has passed and I emailed customer care. They came back with a excuse of no stuck from seller and they trying to get stock from another seller. I then immediately went back online and check the same seller selling the same item but at a higher price. So Noon lied because the seller didn't want to give the item and the original price??? No I paid in advance but I have to wait??? That's poor business. To think I have spend over AED2000 on 2 orders. I should probably just send everything back and start buying from someone else.

I ordered a product of a good price, then it didn't get delivered. Customer care told me no stock but the same seller is advertising still just at Aed200 more not. So 1st they lied to me which is pathetic from a business. I used to buy a lot from Noon, but now the lost me as a customer due to them lying about stock

I placed my order NAEC40017332522 14th April and the ETA is 20th. This is a noon express item so I was assuming that the shipment will be faster or as per the ETA. Until now I havent received the item and every agent I talked to told me that the concerned team will contact me after 48hrs but I havent received any call and the agent keeps telling me that they will escalate and whatsoever. They wont give me answer about my item and it is so frustrating that as a noon express item, I should have received it on or before the ETA.

My order no. NAEC40096848758. I had ordered a pair of headphones from noon on 11th April. The estimated delivery date was 16th of April, Thursday. I didn’t receive it on Thursday. So I contacted the customer service in whatsapp on Friday, 10am. They told it will take 48hrs to give an update. I kept following up. On Saturday I called the customer they told I should be getting my item delivered in 48hrs. On Sunday like at 11:00 am I asked them in whatsapp about the updates on delivery. They were speechless. I kept asking them. They then called me and didn’t give any info. Then I called them again after something. The person at the customer service told it is going through quality check and will be handed to the delivery people after the quality check and it will be delivered soon. Then on Monday I was waiting for my delivery as the customer service person promised. Nothing came. Then kept following up with them. Then today morning I got a call from the customer service telling they will give an update in 48 hours again. Then I argued with them and they told me I will get my delivery in 2-3 days. Today is 21st of April Tuesday. It has been 10 days after ordering the item, and 5 days after estimated delivery date

NSAC40046092037 was my order. Was supposed to get item on April 14th. With current scenario i know items can be delayed. But the miscommunication and robotic customer service has finally convinced me to cancel the item. Reading the reviews and other stories have me wondering about my money. They have told me 14 days to refund money, provided the delivery guy calls, and i reject delivery. It was a frustrating experience. Also had ordered a few masks, hope they reach me before covid 20.

Its time to take serious Action against Noon Scamster. Take screen shots of the Noon defraud activities, and other evidences, money not refunded, money being kept at their account... Etc Go to DED website, under consumer protection act, lodge a complaint against them under commercial fraud section and upload all the evidences. Also, If you have a lawyer/legal associate, then file a lawsuit against them (under the section of fraud) as per commercial transaction law which supercedes all the unilateral terms and conditions (T&C's) in their website. Other actions: After you get your money refunded (if you are lucky!!) remove the app from your mobile at once and make a pledge never to use this fraud company. Also spread the message to your social circle and media about this. This is the only way to DEFUNCT such fraud companies under disguise. It is certain that NOON will bite the dust in no time, even if they have influence of any order, at the end they are at the mercy of the consumers. LET'S TAKE SERIOUS ACTION ON THIS.

I would be embarrassed to admit to working for this company. They provide the worst customer service experience in uae. After ordering an item on 26bmarch with delivery date of 2nd April, on 5th April the web site still said delivery would be on 2nd! After talking to 2 reps on the phone I was told best thing was cancel the order and reorder. Promised to expedite to beat the stated delivery of 9 April. After multiple emails and calls to them I am still with out product on 19th April. But the web site says I will receive on 9 April. I demanded to speak to supervise on multiple occasions but was always promised a call back which never happened. However I have been.bombarded with emails either saying - we tried to call but you weren't available, or else asking was I satisfied with the experience. Honestly I don't think there is a sentient being reading the emails. There are just robotic responses. I have sent multiple emails with I creasing levels of frustration - always get the same robotic response. Noone is looking at me case. I don't want the typical anodyne response on this blog saying 'sorry this is not the experience we want you to have, please contact us- it's meaningless platitudes. I don't want to speak to anyone, I just want my money refunded ( I acquired the product from Amazon - a professional organisation that doesn't mislead it's customers). My order number ends with 794387. I do NOT want a noon credit - I have no intention of buying from you again. Refund my money to my card then I will delete the app and my details from your website

Legal action should be taken against Noon and should be banned at once, they are continuously and blatantly cheating customers and defrauding money. I doubt if the local Authority are supportive of them, else they cannot do such fraud scams red handed since so many years now. 50% of the ordered items got cancelled by Noon without any reason, with no information or record of the refund or money. They are doing continuing to do scams during the current circumstances in the region. Request all to remove the Noon app and spread the info. to all in the region. Boycott this fraudster company. There are genuine e-commerce companies like Amazon you can rely on.
