My order no. NAEC40096848758. I had ordered a pair of headphones from noon on 11th April. The estimated delivery date was 16th of April, Thursday. I didn’t receive it on Thursday. So I contacted the customer service in whatsapp on Friday, 10am. They told it will take 48hrs to give an update. I kept following up. On Saturday I called the customer they told I should be getting my item delivered in 48hrs. On Sunday like at 11:00 am I asked them in whatsapp about the updates on delivery. They were speechless. I kept asking them. They then called me and didn’t give any info. Then I called them again after something. The person at the customer service told it is going through quality check and will be handed to the delivery people after the quality check and it will be delivered soon. Then on Monday I was waiting for my delivery as the customer service person promised. Nothing came. Then kept following up with them. Then today morning I got a call from the customer service telling they will give an update in 48 hours again. Then I argued with them and they told me I will get my delivery in 2-3 days. Today is 21st of April Tuesday. It has been 10 days after ordering the item, and 5 days after estimated delivery date

NAEC40083044193 was my order. i have order the items at 14th April and still waiting for the item it was supposed to be delivered yesterday but i still haven't received the item.i paid with my debit card i am scared on loosing my money on this pandemic please noon if you read this i would like you to help me from this.

NSAC40046092037 was my order. Was supposed to get item on April 14th. With current scenario i know items can be delayed. But the miscommunication and robotic customer service has finally convinced me to cancel the item. Reading the reviews and other stories have me wondering about my money. They have told me 14 days to refund money, provided the delivery guy calls, and i reject delivery. It was a frustrating experience. Also had ordered a few masks, hope they reach me before covid 20.

Its time to take serious Action against Noon Scamster. Take screen shots of the Noon defraud activities, and other evidences, money not refunded, money being kept at their account... Etc Go to DED website, under consumer protection act, lodge a complaint against them under commercial fraud section and upload all the evidences. Also, If you have a lawyer/legal associate, then file a lawsuit against them (under the section of fraud) as per commercial transaction law which supercedes all the unilateral terms and conditions (T&C's) in their website. Other actions: After you get your money refunded (if you are lucky!!) remove the app from your mobile at once and make a pledge never to use this fraud company. Also spread the message to your social circle and media about this. This is the only way to DEFUNCT such fraud companies under disguise. It is certain that NOON will bite the dust in no time, even if they have influence of any order, at the end they are at the mercy of the consumers. LET'S TAKE SERIOUS ACTION ON THIS.

I would be embarrassed to admit to working for this company. They provide the worst customer service experience in uae. After ordering an item on 26bmarch with delivery date of 2nd April, on 5th April the web site still said delivery would be on 2nd! After talking to 2 reps on the phone I was told best thing was cancel the order and reorder. Promised to expedite to beat the stated delivery of 9 April. After multiple emails and calls to them I am still with out product on 19th April. But the web site says I will receive on 9 April. I demanded to speak to supervise on multiple occasions but was always promised a call back which never happened. However I have been.bombarded with emails either saying - we tried to call but you weren't available, or else asking was I satisfied with the experience. Honestly I don't think there is a sentient being reading the emails. There are just robotic responses. I have sent multiple emails with I creasing levels of frustration - always get the same robotic response. Noone is looking at me case. I don't want the typical anodyne response on this blog saying 'sorry this is not the experience we want you to have, please contact us- it's meaningless platitudes. I don't want to speak to anyone, I just want my money refunded ( I acquired the product from Amazon - a professional organisation that doesn't mislead it's customers). My order number ends with 794387. I do NOT want a noon credit - I have no intention of buying from you again. Refund my money to my card then I will delete the app and my details from your website

Legal action should be taken against Noon and should be banned at once, they are continuously and blatantly cheating customers and defrauding money. I doubt if the local Authority are supportive of them, else they cannot do such fraud scams red handed since so many years now. 50% of the ordered items got cancelled by Noon without any reason, with no information or record of the refund or money. They are doing continuing to do scams during the current circumstances in the region. Request all to remove the Noon app and spread the info. to all in the region. Boycott this fraudster company. There are genuine e-commerce companies like Amazon you can rely on.

Worst experience ever with noon shopping experience. It is indeed number 1 fraud ecommerce company infamous for its unfair and fraud business practices. They post wrong descriptions about their items and finally send items that do not correspond to your order. When you call them, they we'll do our best to solve this issue, then they continue as nothing happened. They call you from invalid numbers, where you cannot hear, neither you can call them back. This is a total fraud, they should be sued by any means and put to jails from the highest hierarchy. Ashamed of having such a company in the MEA.

Noon is the no. 1 fraud ecommerce company infamous for its unfair and fraud business practices. For instance, they will cancel your items and keep the money with them as noon credits and earn interest on it. They are a world class scamster under the disguise of a renowned group. Don't fall for this companya brand... Etc. Do not order from Noon, spread this message across UAE and boycott this scamster company. I hope they bite the dust soon and go defunct. Amazon is far better worth risking.

Really very bad service and gehy don't keep their words waiting for my omfull order since long time made many complaints MAny calls many emails no care and not answer and no one even give u a clear solution jut big Liars just caring about taking clients money and not delivering the service I will open a case to police about noon because this is a stealing.

Pathetic...! Is not the word... ordered for generic shower head 🚿 and received a fake with no name and brand logo on it ... secondly it was dismantled and does not match the pic on their site.. when I called the customer service they said they will refund me money after 8 days after verification.... I mean seriously I don’t want my money back... all I asked was for a replacement! To which I was told that I have to order it myself....(wow... that too for their mistake)

I order my mi note 8 pro from noon the first mistake now they forget my order didn't send me any msg that when it will be delivered their call center instead if helping me they are just giving excuses my order number is NSAC40042571293 please never order from noon go for souq or jarir. And now they will onky apologize nothing else.

Amazon and Bangood was two weeks waiting for this printer so I chose Noon because they said they could deliver in 5 days. Shipment order was of 3d printer and 3d printer filament. I got delivery of the filament first and was a different colour and I paid Express for the delivery very of the 3D printer to arrive. I cancelled 3d printer 5 days after the expected delivery date. I know the delays can happen especially in covid 19 but the teams reassurance was terrible and say the next 24/48 hours and convinced me they had no clue where it was so I cancelled everything. They also cancelled my 50 AED voucher I used 😂 I was promised a managers call and never got it. Moral of the storey is noon is full of false promises and say they are quicker than amazon. Poor support team who tell you anything to keep your order. No value for money paying express. They don't deserve business. Bad experience with two items as the first noon customer

Waiting for 8 days for updates about an item. Each time I contact customer support they say I will get an update in 24 hours but it never comes. 8 days past shipping date. NAEC40048464858-S1. I understand delays happen but I am frustrated by the lack of promised communication and information.

I ordered Dunhill London Icon sold by almalikaperfumestrading llc and it was fake! We always order the same perfume in Souq.com before and we never received fake Dunhill. Order ID NAEC40095256809, it was ordered on 3rd of April and we received yesterday. Very disappointed.

After my complaint here about my order one of tbe customer service contacted me and he was so. Polite and helpful and received my Missing 2 items from 1 order just today and still waiting for my second order to be solved. And I will write the updates here again thx

Worst service ever. Poor response, continuous wrong promises to call back and no one calls back. Failing to deliver orders on time and admitting that the item is out of stock after 15 days of placing the orders and multiple follow ups. I will never order any item through this platform in the future
