Very bad experience i place the order as same default address which i always use but this time they have different mind set automatically change my address at delivery day driver call me from different location. After i change the address again they didn’t deliver on time still waiting.. so it’s very very bad experience

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a delivery app. I ordered food for suhoor because I was fasting the next day (first day of Ramadan), and after waiting for so long, I opened the app only to see that my order was marked as delivered — but no food ever arrived. The rider completely ignored my calls, and when I contacted Noon’s customer service, it was a total disaster. All I got were useless copy-paste replies telling me to “wait,” with no real help at all. I repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor or someone from management, and guess what? No one ever called me back. This is beyond unacceptable — not only did Noon waste my time, but they left me without suhoor on the night before my fast. It’s disgraceful, and the lack of accountability from both the rider and customer service is shocking. This is not just bad service — this is complete negligence. Fix your system, train your staff properly, and start respecting your customers.

I ordered a 100 USD PlayStation Network gift card, which was supposed to be delivered instantly via SMS/WhatsApp as advertised. After waiting over 1.5 days, Noon sent me the wrong product (100 AED iTunes gift card)! They lie about their delivery times and their customer service is absolutely terrible. No one actually helps, and they just copy-paste the same useless responses instead of solving the issue.

I am ordered from Noon food app.I am in Sharjah.But the restaurant in Al Ain.I am not aware that the restaurant location only aware when the noon driver call me and they cannot deliver in Sharjah.When I contact the noon person and cancel my order they said they can refund only 50% of the amount.The issue was due to their app allowing the order to be placed despite the restaurant's location being outside the delivery zone.

Today I’m going to share my experience with noon warranty for a renewed iPhone 13 Pro I had purchased on 30 Aug 2024. Then exactly on 18 Nov 2024 suddenly it’s LCD became black without any reason. As it’s under warranty I requested for warranty claim. After lots of emails, phone calls and discussion they pick it up and after 2 weeks finally I received an email including a file that It says this phone is out of warranty!! because it’s damaged by water or accident that’s not true, What a shame! What a shame! then hey have asked 1200 aed for repairing LCD that even it’s more than market price! The only reason I bought this phone from noon was about warranty otherwise I could buy pre owned iphone from shops and even Dubizzle very cheaper. For recent 2 days I was calling noon warranty team and noon customer service many many times but unfortunately and “shame” that they don’t care, don’t respect and even hesitate a small apology… they clearly said if I can’t pay 1200 aed for repairing they return the device by 7 working days!!! I’m sure u understand that how I have lost all my data on this phone beside a big waste of money and time! Based on a little search on Google I found out many people have the same problem with noon warranty, So I think it's the time to teach them how to deal accurately with customers, Please help me with this case and let’s stop shopping from noon specially those products need to come with warranty, pls take it serious and Stand up against oppression and injustice just for a better and happier society because “Anyone deserves to smile”

Very pathetic experience with noon service for the matter of services. I ordered food on 10.11. 24 and it was cancelled by them and from that time onwards am asking for the refund and it's been 20 days and nothing happened. Without my permission from the app they deducted 25 drhms without any reasons..When we are not using at midnight 2:00 am how it is possible to deduct.. Each one drhms is valuable and we are struggling to earn something you guys are doing and this is a big deal... Really important and if you are not resolving this I will go for the next step for sure... At least please respect the value of money...

The most worst experience I have experienced in my life with any online shopping website or app. Everything is terrible nothing is good, even your money when you buy something in low price then when it becomes higher price they directly cancel your order without returning back to you. And when you make a complaint they insult you in a very disgusting racist way.

If there is less than zero I will give them , the first time when I have make the order they just cancelled from their side after 15 days waiting without any excuse or even asking me I would like to refund the money or keep, the 2nd order after 15 days waiting I have received totally wrong item , really I don't know how those managing this company, they will just take the money and run away....

I had a terrible experience with Noon and their customer service. I ordered a "400W Powerful Portable Sofa Carpet Cleaning Machine" that worked for only 45 minutes before the suction stopped. I returned it within the 15-day return period, complete with the original box and manual, yet Noon refused to issue a refund. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise against purchasing from Noon—save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere! I lost 349.90 SAR with this order. They refused a refund and wanted to send the non-working product back to me. Why would I want a fake product that doesn't work? How does that make sense from a Customer Service perspective?

Dear noon team, I fed-up with online team ..i was waiting for long time for payment process which is already credited to my noon wallet..as per noon team i should wait 15 days for claim..and they opposing that their policy which is not send to me before..kindly requesting to noon process my payment request accordingly i will transfer to my account.

My package was supposed to be delivered on last wednesday but they delivered it to wrong address. Upon highlighting this to the noon team no immediate action was taken and got a call from them on friday saying that they are investigating. I provided the proof of wrong delivery as the package was not delivered to mu room and its not the same door where they usually delivered as well. On saturday asked them to deliver the package so i can send back home but they kept on telling they gonna raise the new complaint. I dnt get it why new complain everytime and i keep getting a call 2-3 times a day saying under investigation or we will raise a new complain. I had zero idea that the noon are this irresponsible. Now because they didnt delivered my package at all i bought a new one again and paid extra for the courier and once asking for the compensation for their mistake they r telling me they gonna refund me the same amount i paid. R u serious about it? And guess what i recently got an email saying tht i requested for the item return😂😂 M sorry but i didnt. I didnt requested for any item to be returned all i wanted was my items to be delivered to me on time which u delivered to wrong address. I need immediate solution on this whoever the admin who your employee keeps telling me its admin’s decision. Please be alert that this noon is irresponsible online site that i had ever deal with.

I ordered an item and noon ended up debiting 3 times the amount of the product and delivering three items at the same time… To make matters worse the staff threw away the items at the door and left… I tried reaching out to noon but was told couldn’t refund my money. This is so bad and disgusting from their side definitely not ordering anything from them again…
