Service so bad BBC rogue traders would not believe it. The Service is so bad it is unbelieveable. In my opinion, do not let NGH anywhere near your property. Having contacted, NGH with reference to a replacement boiler, due to being disabled, this was done on the government scheme. Whilst in the process of getting the boiler, this was the most efficient the company was, contacting us and keeping us in the loop. A nice gent came around and did the survey. All relavent docs where produced and all was good. A date was given for the boiler to be fitted and Justin turned up to fit the boiler. And that is as far as the good service From Northern Heating goes. The boiler was fitted on the Thursday 30 Jan 20. The folliwing morning there was no heating or hot water. The boiler was reading error F1, boiler depressurised. After 3 phone calls to customer service and each time a promise of ringing me back in the next 30 mins, once they have contacted Justin. No one did call back. In the end i had to go on to the internet and learn how the system was pressurised. Still awaiting a call from NGH with relavent info. The system was repressurused to 1 bar. Thought it was all OK but on Monday morning the heating and water was cold again. Same synario Error F1. The system was presdurised to 1 bar. On several occadions i have contacted customer services to be in a que with 1 before me for several hours. In the end i gave up the system was repressureised on 4 occasions now. Trying to get hold of customer services, You will find it a lot easier to steel gold from the royal mint. I came home on Friday afternoon . To find the bedroom flooded. There is water leaking from the pipes of the new boiler. And the pipe leading to the magnetic filter has come away from the piping. This causing the flood water to be about 1 inch in the bedroom. So have now had to get rid of the carpet in the bedroom and the getting a carpenter in to access the wardrobes. I did manage to contact customer services yesterday, Fri 07 Feb 30. To be met with the response we will wting you back in 30 mins. Still no call. So no heating, no water and no care from NGH. I will give NGH till 6PM monday night. If it is not fixed, then legal proceedings will start.i will call another firm to come abd fix the inadequate work of Justin and NGH. I will also send them the bills for new carpets, the bill from the caroenter, and also the bill from the surveyor that i will be calling ti check fir ant structural damsge from the flood. The picture below show 2 shelf panels at the side of the wardrobe with water damage.

I have been waiting for Northern Gas Heating to get back to me with regards to fitting a boiler and radiators under the government scheme. It has now been nearly 15 weeks since they came to measure up and I still have no date. Not acceptable. All I have had from them is when I have contacted them that it is still going through the process.

I'm sad to say that things aren't going well since my Solar PV and Solar Thermal installations were done by Northern Gas Heating Ltd back in 2018. I've contacted them several times by phone and by email over the last 6 months to try and resolve issues with their poor workmanship in relation to 'upgrade works' they carried out last summer which was supposed to fix problems left over from the initial installation. However, their after sales service is shockingly poor and I'm still waiting for a plan of action.

Big bodge up workmanship by the subi how fitted our boiler rads. 2 rads fell off the wall only 3 months after fitting ( held up by pipework only ). System not flushed was part of the job, wiring to boiler appalling mess, thermostat and inline filters fitted in wrong places. Installation manual clearly states inline filters must be fitted and had to chase fitter to do so as he was ready to get away asap, had 2 days to do work but bodged it up in one and a half. Floor boards holes about 4 times the size they should have been, tons of rubbish including big sheets of plastic lumps of floorboard screws, lumps of copper pipe and fittings and cardboard boxes left under floor boards . Every time I phoned was told Nadine was in a meeting or out of the office or on holiday and apperantly there was no one else could help. Rads fitted were not the ones promised and after 10 + phone calls and at least 6 letters without a reply I gave up. Trading standards told me I was not alone with my complaints about the company.

Under no circumstances should you use Northern gas heating.Keep well away.Cowboys pure and simple.The after sales service at the Wolverhampton branch is simply appalling.We were left without heating for days.We had over 12 months of warranty left on the product so they didn’t want to know.The customer service department is run by the John Wayne of the cowboy troupe a man so devoid of responsibility it makes me sick.I was finally asked to solve the issue myself.Advice was being given by a phone operator who was reading the instructions from a book!!! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE.

I have used Northern Gas for a number of years for boiler services and previously didn't have a problem. This time was different. Trying to get them to attend for a small non return valve repair was impossible. I called their customer services 10 times over 5 days to try and get them to come with their false promises of engineer visits and the he's on his way fiction. The last straw was another falsehood of he's only half an hour away and 1 hour later he still didn't turn up was it. Top tip for this company - If you can't or don't want to do a job be honest with the customer and tell them. We can and will go elsewhere. I have lost all confidence with Northern gas and will no longer be using them in future and certainly would no longer them. Something has obviously seriously gone wrong with this company. A real let down by all those at the end of the phone. Shameful.

I would like to thank Mark for checking and fixing our boiler/heating today he was so helpful and polite please thank him from us we will never use any other firm as Northern gas are the very best

Absolutely terrible we had a boiler fitted, the engineer who did the after check tore big holes in my flooring, northern gas said they would cover the cost of new floor, after lots of emails and phone calls and 5 months later they stopped contact and now avoiding us, so no payment lady, trying to take it further often involved now, we are a venerable couple my partner is disabled, would never recommend northern gas

Avoid Northern Gas,what a terrible experience from beginning to end.Day one wrong boiler ordered,fitted December After short time half radiators not working,told to bleed radiators,did not work,did not come for weeks to sort it out,without heat over Christmas.Bad communication by staff including managers get phone call to say over run on previous job - car van broken down etc. They phone to make new appointment and then they phone to change it.I phoned the manager Mr Ali four days on the run,but no communication from him at all. :Do not do business with Northern Gas unless you want problems and stress.

We were referred for a new boiler to Northern Gas by EON. We were pleased with the boiler installed last year and then on an inspection it was found that further work needs doing. We were given one appointment for 1 April when we stayed in all day but must have missed a call and were told the engineer had gone to another job. We had only been outside once to the garage and to fetch washing in. Another date was fixed at great inconvenience to us as there was an important event in the morning we had to attend. We were promised an early call so that my husband could meet me. He was told they would be coming at 12pm when he rang and then when he complained they had not come told at 2pm they would be with us in half an hour. At 4pm nobody has come or called to let us know what is happening and my husband has wasted a whole day. Do they think we have nothing to do but wait in for them to decide when is suitable for them.

I enquired about solar panels and one of the companies recommended was Northern Gas Heating and I’m glad they were. I was contacted by Sunita who arranged for someone to give me an estimate. An estimator came and gave an estimate which was a good price (compared to the other estimates I’d had for equivalent equipment) he was called Kash. Kash is the sales manager and was very friendly, polite and reassuring as it was close to the deadline for the end of the Feed in Tarrif. Kash arranged for everything to happen and has kept me updated all the way through the install and after about the registration of the system for the FIT. On the day of the install, two installers arrived and introduced themselves as Mohammed and Jay, they were both very polite, professional and did an excellent job. I have had a 3.6 kwh system fitted with 2.4 kw batteries and have made about 75 KWh in the first week with not great weather. I would highly recommend Kash and Northern Gas without any hesitation. I said before I signed up that I would give a good recommendation if I got a good service and that’s what I got. Andy Stockport

WOW WOW WOW Brilliant solar panels from Northern Gas. It all started when i contacted Northern Gas, I spoke to a lovely girl called Sunita. She arranged an appointment with a guy called Kash and promised me he would look after me. Kash came around explained to me how solar panels all worked in simple terms that I could understand. I can honestly say he is the best sales person I've come across, full of passion about his solar panels very truthful and honest. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. I went ahead with his quote and boy am I glad that I did. The two engineers that came to install my job were Mohammed and Jay, and what outstanding engineers they were. Everything was neat and tidy and all rubbish removed. Kash and his team are a true asset to Northern Gas people like this you won't find everyday, believe me. I have had a 4 kwh system fitted and within 3 days i have generated 53 kwh which is better than Kash predicted. Now having this system I can understand why Kash was so enthusiastic and positive about his products, I would highly recommend Kash and Northern Gas without any hesitation. Mr Brown Birmingham.

It was a pleasure to have another service from Northern Gas..It was all down to Kash. Few years ago had a new boiler with them & after care service was excellent. That time, already had a solar from another installer which at the end gone out of business. Well, things happen for a reason, I got directed towards getting a new one. This time I went with Northern Gas again cause I know I will be in good hands & will be looked after as I had with the boiler. I had a few qoutes from other installer but Kash offer did stand out not to mention that my system capacity was upgraded at no extra cost. Special mention to Mohammed & Jay for a job well done, both were amazing & respectful. Looking forward to saving on my energy plus FIT pay. Thank you Kash for keeping in touch all the way. Highly recommended!!!!

absolutely brilliant from start to finish, saw an add on line, made and enquiry had a lovely chat with a lady called Sunita, she got us fitted in for and appointment with Kash that week, Kash was fab, spent hours going through absolutely everything, there was no pressure at all, we got a brilliant deal, so happy we started the ball rolling that day, 2 weeks later Mohammed and Jay came to fit our panels, once again they were amazing, was kept in the loop all day, all the wiring and boxes look so tidy in the loft, they both really did a fantastic job, clean tidy and so respectful, Kash has also been in touch all the way through as well as Sunita , absolutely fantastic company and staff, cant recommend enough, Mr & Mrs Ganderton

We had four quotes from different companies for solar panals but when Kash came out from Northern Gas he explained everything so well and gave us a very competitive quote, plus he sorted out getting the EPC redone with tips on how to improve the energy performance of the house. The installers came out on time, did a fab job and Kash made sure our application form was filled in and sent in on time for us to get the feed in tariff. He kept his word all the way through and it was pleasure to work with him. Fantastic service. Would definitely recommend.

Sad experience, we had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by Northern Gas 18 months ago after three failed appointments the Guys turned up to do the installation, the poor guys were given a day to do the job that was quoted as a two day job for two engineers they worked hard and finally left our property at 10pm after providing them a meal as they had 50mile journey for their overnight stay, we had problems with air in our system soon afterwards engineers revisited and made some adjustments, 18months later the boiler failed and had to be replaced due to heavy corrosion and leaking pipes within the boiler casing, this was rectified very well directly by Worcester Bosch who honoured their Warranty and sent 3 engineers and a foreman to over see the job 10 out of 10 unfortunatly the cause of the failure is the way the boiler was plumbed, we are still waiting for a visit, four phone calls in the last 10days with no reply, finally got an appointment for tomorrow 13th March was cancelled at 7.30pm as doubled booked, strange never heard this excuse before!! I am looking forward to giving a better review as I have never written a bad one before, but somebody at Northern Gas needs to Listen please.

Very poor service I paid them deposit 2years a go I replaced boiler with other company despite number of phone call they have not paid money back
