After having my last review removed i post this again.this company is appauling terrible after sales care cost me 6 grand to have a boiler and radiators fitted and also my house flooded by the fitters and was told to keep quiet about if they agreed to repair the outside water mains pipe they drilled through,trying to get them out to repair my boiler that was reported as leaking a week ago they are now ignoring my calls and emails if i do manage to get through by phone after a lengthy 53 minute wait on the phone which i have to keep ringing as when 53 minutes are up they automatically cut you off i wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.i hope this review doesnt get deleted like my last one...

From start to finish it was a disaster - wrong boiler installed (without informing us) - tried not to fit a new cylinder which was in the quote - damaged two bedroom ceilings due to leaks - fitters went missing for a week half way through the job without any explanation, which meant we had no heat or hot water - I could go on. I am still waiting for a call (two weeks later) from anyone to resolve the issues!

It took 3 months from first conct for the the boiler installation. The sales advisor talked me out of wanting power flush which is a standard practice. Quoting the filter and flush would cleance system enough. Still 2 radiators arent getting hot. Miss guided about the price after 12 montsh free. And now waiting for hive thermostat to be installed nearly 3 months after the boiler installed. I do not recomend them. im still waiting for a phone call 30mins late.

Excellent service from gas boiler fitters everything taken away on completion worked continuously all day without a break only complaint after ringing customer service several times was told someone would ring me back nobody ever contacted me. the latest being customer service rang last week concerning the engineer would ring to make an appointment to lag condensation pipe outside still waiting for phone call (customer communication non existent) R Gill

I had a new boiler installed in March this year. In August I noticed the pipe from the boiler to the waste was leaking on to my bathroom floor. Despite phone calls and emails from me to Northern Gas the pipe is still leaking. I consider this to be very poor customer service . Every communication from mr to the company has been ignored Laura Taylor

I'm sitting here with my new Gas boiler, which is great, but I also have a serious leak which I have been trying to get resolved for over a month now, unfortunately, it's leaking into the only room in the house that we'd fully redecorated and carpeted - my daughters bedroom, and she has been unable to visit and stay because of the damp. So far I've had one failed visit, and four 'we'll ring you back today to arrange to resolve the situation' - which never happens.

Great boiler,excellent fitters,very limited inconvenience.Experience made all the better by Adam & Mick, the 2 fitters who were courteous ,helpful & tidy taking every bit of scrap away & left the house clean.Congratulations to Mick whose brickwork on the flue was a work of art.I would recommend Northern Gas to anyone thinking of having heating work done.

Called me asking if they could service my boiler as they fitted it i agreed and a date was set. I stayed in all day and contacted them at 12 o clock to ask for an estimated time of arrival, I also explained that my boiler had stopped working the previous day but as the engineer was due to call I left it as we were only without hot water and heating for one night. I was told that the engineer would be with me between 3 and 4 pm. At 6.45 no engineer had arrived and when I contacted the company that evening I was told no engineer would be visiting and that they could rearrange for a date 8 days later. I had no hot water and no heating and a child under 5 in the property. The manager I spoke to offered no alternative other than over a week later and refused to send an engineer any earlier. Would never use this company again and they should have government work removed as they are unreliable. Debbie Coventry

If i could do 0 stars i would. This company is disgraceful. I had a boiler fitted and they flooded my kitchen ceiling which i let go and did not complain. Now had boiler setved and they have left me with no heating and it leaking. Im trying to get them to come repair with them pushing me aside saying they will call me back. Sick of this company

They dont pay there workers! If you want your money you have to take them court. Avoid!

An absolute nightmare . 3 surveys that were inaccurate and suggested plans that were impossible for engineers to follow. 1 cancelled installation and 2 failed and the engineers had to drive away as were unequipped for job....4th installation cancelled this morning 8.10.16 due to lack of organisation with scaffolding. Paid an odd job man to move large cupboard on advise then had to pay to have it moved back as turned out boiler would not fit there. 4days annual leave from work taken on two occasions only to have the job aborted on the day. i have paid this company deposit of £600 in may and 4 further instalments since. Going into the 6TH MONTH now and still no boiler or radiators fitted. Passed from person to person on phone and never called back when told..

I wrote a review a few days ago however its dissapeared. So no one else gets fooled like I was, ill write it again... Boiler installed, used the central heating maybe 3 times then the boiler no longer turned on. After numerous attempts to get the maintenance guy to come have a look, he came down, had a quick look at it and said it was the electrics, not the boiler so he wouldn't touch it. We have been told about 10 times now through the phone that their electrician will 'get back to us this evening/the morning after' That still hasnt happened so we're left in the cold. Avoid this company if you dont like the idea of chasing them down to sort out their own failures.

Salesman came really quick. Survey arranged and installation date agreed. I arranged time off work. 2 days beforehand they called to say boiler is not in stock but they would be able to install on the following day. Engineer eventually arrived after 11am having travelled for 3 hours only to find he had the wrong boiler! Apology call received but no further contact since and no new date. Impossible to phone and they don't respond to email. Rubbish.

Sales man came out really quickly, gave us a quote which we accepted, were told we would have the boiler fitted within the month. 1 month later we still hadn't heard when the survey was coming! Emailed, no reply, phoned 3 times promised we'd be called back, no one called, left an online request from the team to call us. No one has. Now we are in October and have no heating!

misqouting for work that was not necessary and failed to call back for reimbursment. arranged to schedule maintenance under contractual agreement, failed to turn up on, so called to ask where the engineer is only to fobbed off that someone will call me back. Again no one bothers to call back. Will not be taking any more time off from work, they will have to come on the weekend.

Poor service from start to finish and as soon as iI try to complain they go to ground and refuse to respond. Written and emailed both MD and Ops Director and even they don't get back to me. I feel very let down after spending nearly £4000 with this compnay
