Placed 2 orders for raw dog food 1 on 5th july and 1 on 6th july,the 2nd order was delivered approximately a week later but I'm still waiting for the 1st order,i have emailed them numerous times got a response saying it was being despatched the next day but never came,i asked for a refund so i can get the food elsewhere as i need it but keep getting ignored or sent a "we will respond within the next 2 days "email,i will never shop here again as more concerned with the money than customer service,dog food is a necessity i can't wait 2-3weeks for it also says delivery usually within 5cdays on their site,very unhappy and want a refund immediately

I sent two emails, neither have been replied to. I actually cancelled my order in advance but had no reply and there is no phone number either. I only got an email saying my delivery would be late, on the same day I was expecting it. I had no choice but to accept the delivery which was delivered on the day that I was not at home! (I told them this). It was the hottest day of the year too. My neighbour had to take it in, luckily she was at home when I got the email that it was being delivered that day. Shocking service.

Paid the money and never received the item I ordered Hunter - Oss Rope Dog Collar - Brown 55cm . After purchasing it I wanted to exchange it for a smaller one 50cm. I send the old one back but never received a new one Nobody from the customer service responds to my emails for 6 months now Not even on Instagram I even tried to call but no answer. They basically just took my money and I have no product Very poor customer service I recommend you not to order from that company

Not happy at all with this company.. recently trying to change my cats to raw food diet.. I ordered my food at the beginning of June.. & we’re mid July & I still haven’t received my order! I’ve contacted the company twice & they've said they’ll send a replacement.. I’m STILL waiting!!

Ordered a dog bed but after waiting several weeks for it to arrive I cancelled my order and was told to expect a refund within 5-10 days. that was a couple of months ago and still waiting despite emailing a couple of times to chase it up. I'm now taking further action to recover my money.

Food took so long to arrive that I had to order elsewhere. I tried to cancel my order the day before it was dispatched but no luck. Was frozen food so unable to return. I now have a freezer full that I don’t need!!

Not in dog house are awful and I would not recommend them to anyone. My order was not sent until I'd contacted them multiple times but they don't respond to emails and have no phone number to call and discuss the issue. When my order arrived it wasn't complete and they still won't respond to any messages about the rest of my order. Don't waste your money as you won't get your order and you'll chase your tail (pun intended) to get any kind of response.

Have suffered similar to a lot of other reviewers here (wish I had seen them first). This company appears to not be sending orders out (still waiting for an order placed at beginning of June), they told me it had been dispatched but the original tracking never said it had left - have been promised multiple times since then that it was lost and a new order was on its way. Have given up now, requested a refund and not heard anything so waiting statutory time before contacting credit card company. Interestingly they have sent me multiple emails asking me to review the goods I still haven’t received. Avoid buying from them, if you bought in the past they used to be good but not anymore.

My order, made on June 10th failed to arrive. (It is now 14th July) I might have been more patient had I found a telephone number for the company or been given a specific date for the arrival of my order. After 2 weeks I began sending enquiry emails, they replied with assurances that a second (replacement) order was on its way... and so on. (repeated) Finally, today, I called the Consumer Helpline from Trading Standards who gave me a reference number for my complaint and a process to follow. I have emailed the company in the terms the Consumer Helpline suggested. I found this review site after searching for further information. I had not seen it before despite checking for reviews of the product I ordered. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY is my advice based on the rotten process which is still unresolved.

Still haven’t received half my order and there has been no hurry to explain or rectify the problem. Really shocking. I wrote that the delivery took over 7 days but it’s been much longer and I still haven’t received half of the order I think we’re pushing 3 weeks at this point.

Still waiting on 2 items not recieved that I ordered on the 22nd of June.. Replacement order still says unfulfilled on my account. I have emailed twice since the 28th of June and had the exact same reply 'I can see your order has been dispatched, if you haven't received your tracking information yet, this should be with you shortly. I'm really sorry about the delay.' Yet still had no shipment email or tracking number sent over. I have now opened a dispute, as can't see me getting a good outcome from the company.

Placed order Saturday 11 June on Standard Delivery (5 Business Days) - £4.99. Received email Monday 13th to say it had been despatched, but by Friday (5th business day), the order had still not arrived. Tried to make contact, but didn't receive any response. Had to find somewhere else to go and get food, as by this point, we were completely out. By Monday afternoon, our order still hadn't been delivered and we still hadn't received any response to our contact made on the Friday. Emailed again to say how disappointed we were with the company and their service, which we received a response back from within 5 minutes: 'Really sorry about this, I'll send a replacement today on a next day delivery and I'll include a few extras as an apology.' This was never sent to us! I contacted them again that evening to say the order had finally arrived, but again, didn't hear back. As I said to Not In The Dog House: 'I'm totally for independent, local businesses, but this has been a terrible experience.'

I am a first time customer I Ordered some frozen meat on the 27th June yeah you gessed it hasn't arrived.They are absolutely useless and I definitely will not be back.The only way to get in touch is Facebook,They recon they get intouch within 48 hours I am still waiting I got in touch again today and I am told they will be intouch in 48 hours I don't think so I will never ever order from here

Placed 2 orders nothing came … emailed them to ask what the hold up was. Was promised another delivery but nothing came. The next email said I would be fully refunded. Obviously this is yet to happen! Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering … gutted … I work hard for my money, shame this company doesn’t.

I ordered £159.13 worth of goods from this company in June 2021. Cooling mats etc. To date - over a year later!! NO REFUND and NO GOODS. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - THE COMPANY IS DISHONEST, YOU JUST GET AUTOMATED FALSE REPLIES!
