Ordered new bed for puppy in March 2021, £119.99, never arrived. I chased, they said not in stock (despite website saying it was), would I like to choose something else. No thanks, I want my money back please. Now over 18 months later still no refund despite promises it is 'on its way, will be soon, issues with refunds', etc etc etc. I don't think there is an excuse I haven't heard. Do not use this company they are crooks and should be shutdown. Sadly I could not give no stars.

sent wrong order completley and not to the value i paid sent 2 packs of turkey and veg treats instead of 12 grain free james wellbeloved. now want me to send them back at my cost non refundable and then maybe if they are satisfied with the items returned will give me my money back but not the return postage cost am i really going to trust these people to get maybe some of my money back i do not think so. once bitten twice shy. please read all the reviews and make your wn minds up pitty i did not read reviews first.

Took £60 off me over a month ago and never supplied my item . Promised a refund over 12 times after email after email. Still not received that refund in layman’s terms they have stolen my money.

Made an order on first week of June Never arrived Asked for my refund Never got my refund And they send emails stating they will oay any day now Been 2 months and still no refund Terrible company! Dont use them

Ordered multiple dog and cat treats on 29th July and not received any items. Sent 3 chasers, first two I received a “sorry for the delay item will be with you shortly” but as it’s been basically a month and I’ve still not had anything I’m doubting this will ever be received. Disappointing as they were previously good, and have a good range of products at a good price. But only if you actually get your order. Hopefully they get back on track and this is a blip in their service.

I placed an order coming up to two weeks ago and have been chasing up but no consignment number for the order. Requested a refund and no reply. Do not use. Terrible service and awful communication

Not a great experience. Placed the order on 29th July. Said they would email as soon as it was on its way. By the 7th August I had heard nothing so messaged. On the 9th august they replied saying the order was in the warehouse and “on its way” and I would receive a tracking number when courier collected it. On the 15th (!) august I got the tracking link on the day it was delivered. So not much use! I would like to use small businesses but over 2 weeks for delivery when most companies can do within 48 hours is not good enough. I wonder if they are selling items they don’t actually have so then need to order it in.

I've ordered twice from them. The first time the product wasn't available (although it said that it was) and I had to wait. Fine. The second time the same happened. Then I asked them if they could send it to a different address (as I was going on holiday). They said "yes, sure", but then didn't. I complained, they didn't respond. So, altogether they really are in the dog house with me now.

Placed an order for frozzys. FROZEN yogurt for dogs. They came with one tiny melted ice pack to keep over 16 yogurts frozen. They had been stored at delivery company overnight. They were all melted. Disgusting service. Disgusting way to send frozen products. Would not recommend and will never buy from them again.

Item arrived over 2 weeks later, when asked to cancel before it was sent out I was told it was already sent out which was a lie as I didn’t get the delivery details until 4 days after that. Now I’m stuck with something I don’t want and there is nothing in the parcel that tells me how to return or where to return to

I ordered some frozen raw food on 7th August. I still haven’t received it and have been fobbed off by customer services. The first excuse was the heat, but I had to chase them to find this out. They didn’t tell me beforehand that the order would be delayed. Then they told me they’d missed that days dispatch. Then was told it had been dispatched. It’s now 20th August and it still hasn’t arrived. Steer clear pet owners!

I bought frozen goods from here, they were very delayed so a asked for a my order to be cancelled and refunded, which they promised to do. A few days later my item was dispatched and arrived but with no thermal packaging and they were melted, unusable and could not be re frozen. Having asked for another refund and promised it, it still hasn’t been issued. The staff have been quick to respond each time but have not followed through in what they have promised. Don’t sell frozen products online if you do not ship them with appropriate packaging.

I was delivered an incorrect product and despite multiple messages after their first reply they neglected to contact me again. So now I am stuck with a product I do not want with the only option for me to pay to return it for a refund, not that I'm confident that would actually happen.
