“Order still not arrived after 3 weeks, just keep getting the same message via email "I'm sorry your order has been delayed, I can see that it looks like it was despatched, if it's gone missing I'll get a replacement sent". No reply to email asking for a refund.”

“I put in an order for dog food on the 5th May and I have still not received it on the 31st May. I keep being promised it has been dispatched but still no delivery. Appalling service”

“Ordered dog food, as my dog needed to eat. Simple process. Sadly everything after that has been non existent. 3 weeks after ordering I get a notification that the order has been passed to the warehouse. 4 weeks later it's still not dispatched. Dog is now starving! This is despite chasing them up via email (phone calls just go to an automated answer service), a request to cancel the order going unanswered, etc etc. Easy to order. Impossible to get the goods. If your dog is hungry, don't order from this cowboy outfit.”

“**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** I have placed 2 separate orders with this company for a dog bed and dog food, I have not received either of my orders nor a notification of my tracking numbers and they were both placed towards the end of April. I have requested a full refund for both and have been told by the same customer service rep 'Tom' each time, they would be refunded within 5-10 working days, I have not received any refunds either, totalling £80. I have since googled this company and it appears they have been on WatchDog and have really bad reviews generally and do the same with most customers. It is really sad as they look like a reputable company looking at their website.”
