I have waited nearly four weeks for my order. I have sent emails and left ansaphone messages. I eventually received an email telling me they would cancel my order and give me a refund. I am still awaiting a refund .I will not use this company again!!

I ordered a dog bed on the 16th Jan 23 with the confirmation saying expect delivery in 5 business days. It is now the 4th Feb and still no dog bed.

Poor customer service, emails automated, delivery said 3-5 working days was actually a month late. Bed finally arrived and is now no good because the dogs already grown out of it. Never will I use this company again

I ordered a dog bed and 2 months later and lots of emails chasing my order, I received a completely different dog bed!!! I haven’t got the heart or inclination to send it back.

5 weeks and still no sign of my order. supposedly despatched twice. No idea when will be delivered. SHOP app tells me nothing. First and last time i will buy from Not in the dog house. You lot are in my doghouse.

The product never arrived. Numerous calls to the helpline were unanswered and no one ever got back to me. Don't use this company They are obviously in difficulty

Do not buy from them! The communication is horrendous and you will be waiting theee times as long as other companies with zero explanation

Have waited so very long for order of the dog food. Tried ringing them no reply. Only one reply from an email and advised food should be arriving soon, order placed in January. Think either the company in trouble or going to cease trading in which case there will be a way of getting money back in time. Not leaving it as money paid is either due to be refunded or receiving the order of the dog food. Suggest as others do not buy from this company.

My order was placed 16th January. It was sent to their warehouse on the 25th for courier collection. Today is Feb 3rd and I still have not received tracking info from their courier. I have not been able to speak to anyone by phone. I emailed and got a simple 'bot'-style response that I have to wait until I get a courier tracking number. I am unhappy with both the painfully slow processing of my order as well as the poor customer service interphase. I just want my dogfood or my money back. I won,t be shopping with them again any time soon!

Ordered over 6 weeks ago and still no delivery I'm a new customer attracted to their keen pricing of dog food. So I ordered 20 kilos of dry food on the 24th December 2022, I received no tracking number or the name of delivery company. I wrote and complained end of December and again early January to be told they will resend. However, no tracking number or name of delivery company given. I have written again this week, same (3 times) "copy and paste" written reply received saying refund has been issued. I googled this company to see independent review company rating 1.5 stars. Hundreds of complaints from buyers stating the same as i have, order not received and refund promised. I don't expect this company to publish my review but I just want my dog food or refund.

Unfortunately, I read the reviews too late and am having much the same experience as many others. Placed my order on 21st Jan and on the 25th received an email to say my order was on its way and that I'd soon receive a tracking number. It's now the 3rd Feb and I am still waiting - I've tried calling/emailing with no results, so I have done a bit of digging... The company does exist - I found it on Companies House (Company No. 10921147) - however per its most recent accounts filed in August 2021 it has a lot of debts. It wouldn't surprise me if it goes into liquidation at some point. You have been warned - else look for yourself.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Order placed 5th January but still hasn't arrived. I've received one reply from them saying that a tracking number would be sent out in the next couple of days but nothing materialised. I've repeatedly asked for them to send me my order or a refund and nothing. I went on their social media to complain but they have comments turned off! Now I know why!! Avoid.

My experience is like so many others. I placed an order on 12/12/22, the money was taken from my account immediately but the order has never arrived. I’ve chased endlessly by email and eventually said I wanted my money back. Various staff have told me they’ve given me a refund but 4 weeks later I’m still waiting for the money to appear in my account. Don’t order from them!!

After nearly a month not recieved my order, my emails have been ignored, no one has returned my phone calls and I have had to contact my bank to get a refund as the company has been that unhelpful!!

We placed an order with this company over 3wks ago and despite numerous messages to chase our order and been told a couple of times that our order has been dispatched but not been given a tracking number and advised who the items are being sent by...trying to find out how to get a full refund and go elsewhere, not happy with this company at all, shocking how they can do this to alot of other customers...please don't use this company

The order has not been received, I have emailed Not in the dog house and called an American automated voicemail service which no one responds to. Either the company has gone under or is just incompetent. Really poor customer service.
