I placed an order over a month ago and am still waiting for delivery, despite sending several emails.Still waiting therefore cannot respond to the rest of the review.

I have contacted this company numerous times I placed an order 26 march and never received this I've always being told it's on its way I should have at least 5 bags now please do not buy from this firm I am £46.99 out of pocket which I just cannot afford

I ordered some dog food almost three weeks ago. It still hasn’t arrived. They said it was dispatched last week and then the same thing today. I think I’ll have to see if I can get the money back from the credit card company as I spent about £50 on dog food that I haven’t received.

Finally got my goods after 15 working days. Automated email responses to queries and no tracking information Impossible to get through on the phone.

Loads of nice emails, but after chasing delivery after over 2 weeks, email to say it's despatched, but still no delivery. Wouldn't recommend them based on current service.

I placed the order for 2 dog beds. Delivery timeframe was 3-5 days. After the 6th day I contacted the company to ask whether the items had been dispatched as I needed the beds urgently. The company confirmed they weren’t so I asked them to please cancel the order and refund me as i would need to purchase a replacement bed. They confirmed they would cancel but didn’t receive the refund. I contact them again, they said they had dispatched the items and the same happened again… still today I haven’t received the refund. I would definitely not recommend!!!

Terrible terrible service. We were completely ignored on the phone and via email several times. We will be returning all the products through Doodlebone now, as there is no info on your website about this. We won't use you again. You never replied .

Never received my order, was fobbed off with emails that it had been dispatched but never received any tracking information. Have asked for refund so let's wait and see if I get my money back ! This website is a con...donot order anything from it

I have been sent a link via email to review my order with Not In The Dog House. I ordered at the very beginning of April and now, on the 19th, I have still not received anything. I have tried contacting customer support twice on the phone, with no one answering, and have left 2 voicemail messages, both of which have no been replied to in any way. I have received no communication apart from 'automated' emails. I very rarely write reviews, but given that I gave this company a go to order my cat food, I feel the need to ward other people from ordering from here. So disappointed in the customer support/service.

I ordered a dog coat from yourselves three weeks ago and it has not arrived. I had an email after one week saying there had been a delay but it was on its way. I emailed a few days later and received a reply saying I would received delivery details and I have heard nothing since. I have telephoned three times and there is an immediate auto response saying everyone is too busy. I have emailed again and no response. This is an appalling lack service. To add insult to injury I am being inundated with review requests asking me how my order is which I HAVEN'T received!! It is now in the hands of MasterCard to cancel the order. Absolutely appalling.
