DO NOT but from this company Placed our order on the 11th November. Nothing received in 2weeks (just got emails apologising). Requested our money back instead and we are still waiting (9th Dec).. We just get vague emails saying it will be processed and then nothing happens... Still constantly chasing them for a refund, so having to resort to negative reviews now.

Don’t order from them! Take your money and don’t send you the items! Been waiting nearly 3 weeks now. Customer service is shocking and they just ignore you!

This company is taking peoples money for orders that don't turn up. Don't order we are trying to get a refund.

Very disappointed with the device, the cost was beautiful but didn’t fit, 3 months later I still have not been refunded and all of my emails ignored, not a good professional company

Ordered dog food on 9th November with 5 day delivery. Dog food not arrived by 15th November so asked for a refund. Told by email from Will on 18th November that my refund had been authorised and would be with me shortly. Now 5 th December, no refund. No response to further emails nor telephone calls. Now £105 out of pocket. Do not buy from this supplier.

I placed an order on 28th October and paid using Clearpay. Was advised delivery should be within a week. On 7th November I chased the order by emailing them as I hadn't even had an email to say it was getting ready for despatch. 8th November received email to say there were delays. Decided to cancel the order as I was running out of dog food so needed to purchase elsewhere. Received email from Tom saying order had been cancelled for me and I would receive refund to my payment method in 5-10 working days. 17th Nov received email stating part of my order had been shipped! Small part arrived 18 Nov, which I refused delivery with APC courier. Still no refund. Contacted Local APC who confirmed they had contacted the company courier logistics and eccomerce brands to confirm I had rejected the delivery, and they asked for the go ahead to return it to them. The courier has heard nothing, and their policy is to chase it and if nothing heard after a month, send it back automatically. I have tried calling Not in the Dog house 23 times, I have left 8 messages, I have sent 9 emails and sent 4 Facebook messenger messages. I have no response AT ALL. I opened a dispute with clearpay (as monies are still regularly being taken), and the only response from NITDH is "order sent 17/12/22, not yet received back" Well if your company do not check your own logistics portal, or contact your customers when they leaves messages or email, no wonder you suck at being a decent company. The owner Mr William Wright must be so proud. A man in his early 30s who clearly cannot run a business properly. Extorting money out of people by false pretences. I note they have removed the two days leadtime on replying to queries. So there is no leadtime on anyone responding to anything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NOT IN THE DOGHOUSE OR RAAW FOODS. You will never see your goods or money again.

I have used this company in the past and all was fine, but I placed an order on 3rd November for a new collar for my dog and have still not received it over a month later. I had one email apologising for the delay and then nothing. I've emailed multiple times with no response. The answer phone is always on if I try to call. Am concerned they have gone out of business or are in difficulties. Doubtful I'm going to see the collar or get my money back :-(

Appalling company, I order placed an on the 2nd November (ORDER #111569) that still HASN'T arrived, customer service is NON existent, I have both called and emailed on a number of occasions, the order was for around £70, which is a lot of money, I have no food and I am £68.79 down. I would NOT recommend this company!! stay away from @notinthedoghouse and save your money!!

Order placed on 30Oct for two dog beds, tracking number received but still not delivered as of today 28Nov. Despite sending emails/messages/calling I have had no response from anyone. I don't like leaving negative reviews but I feel I have no option.

Been waiting over 3 months now for the partially shipped goods order to be completed ..they dont reply to emails or their social media messages..I eventually got an email 3 weeks ago from managing director called " Will " saying replacement arranged..still waiting..DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM
