If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order on the 25th of April of nearly 50 GBP value. This order consisted of various frozen raw food items (this part is important). By April 30th I had not received any shipping notification or further correspondence so I emailed the company to enquire when the order would likely be dispatched. On may 2nd, the company responded to say my order would be leaving the warehouse that day and would be with me within a couple of days. I then received a generic email saying my order had been delayed. On may 4th I finally received a shipping confirmation (two days after I was told the order would be leaving). On may 6th I had not yet received my order. Bare in mind this was a shipment or frozen food. I contacted the seller to find out what was going on— I received no reply. On may 8th I once more contacted the company as my order was still not delivered and I had no tracking information. At this point, I advised the seller that the food would not be fit for use when it arrived and that I’d like a refund. This, too, was ignored. On may 10th, my order was still not delivered and I once again contacted the company and requested a refund for failure to deliver the goods. This was finally acknowledged and I was told my order had been cancelled and a refund issued— which suggests to me it had never been shipped in the first place! Absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend, nor will I be using this company in the future.

Not received order from April 2023, not received refund of £80 that company confirmed they would give back cause there was no order. Now emails are being ignored. Currently having to take this dispute to the bank. No idea why the company are asking for a review because they are sh*t!

I have not received the product so I cannot comment on the quality. It took so long to arrive I had gone away and the delivery had been returned

I placed an order on 26/3/2023. I have contacted customer support on several occasions and been told the item had been dispatched. No tracking details nor order have been received, 6 weeks on. I have no choice but to rate this as a very poor service.

2 and a half weeks after ordering they still hadn't dispatched my order, despite someone telling me via email it had been dispatched. Currently waiting on a refund.. I do not recommend at all.!!

Very disappointed. Still not received the order I placed on 25th April, it is now 11th May, despite the tracking app telling me that it was delivered early this morning. Don't buy from this company.

The items took ages to arrive and only after I emailed the company. I have been inundated with emails offering discounts which I took up before I realised how poor their delivery time is. The products might as well have come from China they took so long and they use Evri as their courier. Disappointing

Our order still hasn’t arrived and yet I’m asked to provide a review! Customer Services have also been singularly unhelpful and refuse to provide an explanation as to why there has been a delay or even an apology! I still don’t know when or if the order will turn up.

I am shocked that a company can be this bad at customer service! A month has passed and I still don't have what I ordered. I have been in contact but their replies are few and far between, plus their phone number doesn't work. I am very frustrated and disappointed! Would not recommend.

No items received, asked to cancel my order, received confirmation of cancellation and informed a refund would be processed. No refund received, email to say the order had been dispatched, chased the company and no response.

Due to a disability which makes carrying dog difficult, I thought I’d found the perfect answer by having my dogs food delivered. The food is expensive hypoallergenic so I took advantage of the 10% off for first time customers. My bill was £170 , it has not arrived , I’ve had to buy food from elsewhere because of this which has had significant financial implications Absolutely no response to several emails , appalling customer service , it’s a shame I have had to award 1 star , as being treated so badly merits no stars

Unfortunately I have had terrible… Unfortunately I have had terrible service with this company. I ordered a dog coat two months ago and never received it. Initial contact told me there was a delay and then later it was leaving the warehouse, never received it. After several emails and messages on their automated phone service (you never get to speak to an actual person) and zero response I got a refund back from my credit card company. Even a threat of leaving a negative review didn’t stir them into action. Would never order from this company again
