“After leaving several messages and sending emails was told my order of 25 cans of Lily's dog food had been picked/ despatched After 4 weeks gave up and claimed my money (£50.15) back via my bank”

“TERRIBLE! Avoid this at all costs! Company could not fulfil order. They lied about the order being dispatched when it wasn’t. After cancelling order and asking for a refund the company said a refund had been processed yet 3 weeks later after being lied to again I am yet to have my refund. This company has now withheld my money without providing ANY service or goods for over 3 months now. I will be contacting the bank to raise a dispute. AVOID THIS COMPANY!”

“Awful company - my advice would be to steer well clear of them. My elderly mother placed an online order for cat food to the value of over £60 and it didn't arrive. The customer services phone is NEVER answered so I e-mailed them. They promised a refund and we waited patiently but it never arrived. Almost TWENTY e-mails followed with promises of a refund which never materialized. A lady on a pension can't afford to lose that amount of money so in desperation I got the bank involved and finally, FOUR MONTHS later, we got mums money back. Please think twice before using them.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for over £40 way back in March 23. The goods never arrived despite many assurances that the order was at the warehouse or had been despatched. After a month, I asked for a refund, ditto the above. I have been sending emails, & messages through FB but they have now just stopped responding. I have referred the matter to Trading Standards.”

“I assume this review will be deleted. Don’t buy from this company. I’m still waiting over 8 weeks for a refund or delivery. The worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I’m waiting to see my solicitor”

“I've got to echo the sentiments of the majority of other customers of Not in the Dog House, they are appalling and should be avoided at all costs. I purchased some cans of dog food and they never arrived. Every time I chased I was told they were on their way and I would receive tracking shortly, but this was a lie. Ultimately I pursued this through my bank who had to reimburse my money and start an investigation into the purchase with Not in the Dog House. The bank found in my favour and I was fully reimbursed. The bottom line is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have posted this review on other review sites in the hope that it make buyers think before buying from this complete con-artist”

“Ordered dog food on 20th April and the company lied twice that it had been despatched. No confirmation email was received proving their lies. Requested a refund and am still awaiting 3 months after the order. I have written to Watchdog who have received a huge number of complaints about this company. DO NOT USE.”

“I ordered a harness at the beginning of June. Despite emails saying it was despatched, it never came. After chasing for a while, I have asked for a refund. More than 10 working days have passed. No refund. They have stopped replying to emails. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs.”

“Like all other reviews, places order in June 3rd and still not here with now no communication from the company. Have had to raise a dispute with my bank. I would strongly suggest not using this company!”

“6 weeks in and nothing, I got in touch after 3 weeks and got told it would be dispatch within 2 days, after 4th week I asked for a refund 6 weeks in no goods or refund, I certainly won't be reordering :(.”
