“I just placed my first order with them and sadly I did not read these reviews first. I placed an order with the promotional code of 20% off your first order and free shipping on orders of $59 or more. I ordered $62.00 worth of items. At check out I was charged $9.99 is shipping fees. I contacted them and they got back to me quickly stating that the order needed to total $59.00 after the 20% discount was applied to qualify for the free shipping...WHAT???. No where on the site does it say that the total of the order needs to total $50.00 after the discount total. What is the point of offering free shipping if you need to add more items to your cart in order to receive free shipping. It just makes no sense. I will get the items I ordered and it will be my last time ordering.”

One thing you can count on when you order from nuts.com is that the delivery date that you are given will be followed up by an email with ‘’sorry your order has been delayed.’’ Of the last four orders I have placed, usually for birthdays or other occasions, I believe three have not shown up on time. Then, when you complain, you get the form email that says we are sorry, ‘’ please wait another three days and see if it shows up “ This company definitely used to be better and more reliable. I bought several bags of different types of chocolate - malted milk balls, chocolate covered cookie dough, chocolate covered rice crispies, chocolate covered s’mores - none of it tasted good and it all leaves a bad aftertaste. Just bought salted pumpkin seeds. They are addictive, however, I do have a question. In the ingredients it lists highly bleached refined peanut oil. Not sure if that is healthy. “Bought 3 bags of the usually delicious DOUBLE chocolate chip cookies. Not one cookie in all three bags had anything in or on them that even resembled a chocolate chip! In fact, as far as taste goes, the cookies, devoid of chocolate chips, is inert. No taste at all. Garbage, in other words. As a remedy, Nuts.com INSULTED ME by offering a refund in the approx. dollar amount equal to ONE of the three bags purchased; "generous of them", right? This is blatant, deliberate consumer fraud IMO and I'll seek my own remedy with my credit card company in the A.M. They seem to have forgotten the cardinal rule of internet sales: "If the intended victim pays with a credit card, we HAVE to give him what he paid for, or the ball is in HIS court".”
“I received 7 bags of nuts and figs for mother's day. Sadly the nuts were rancid and the figs were moldy. I just put them out for the birds. I hope they don't get sick.”
“Generally good products but bad web and service practices. You cannot cancel or delete your credit card info once put into their system. You cannot cancel an auto delivery even if it is created by accident. There is no button to cancel this auto process, you have to call direct. You cannot get a person on the phone only leave a message. Think twice about ordering online. I've already spent too much time trying to get this resolved. very unhappy about this.”
“This company will add an item to your cart without your permission. It is added and you have UNCHECK a box in order to get rid of it.
If you do notice after payment, they refuse to reverse it even if you ask them moments after completing payment. They claim it has been "picked and shipped" even if you ask them to ship later.
Beware of these scammers! I will never order from them again.”

“I ordered fudge and it arrived moldy and melted even though I paid for the heat resistant shipping. They wouldn't refund my whole order, I got some gummy bears as well, which means I still had to pay the tax and packaging costs for the fudge that was moldy. Never replied to my emails about it either. I know that the fudge had to be moldy before it shipped so the workers obviously don't care or check the product at all. Waste of money and will never order again.”
