DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I've been having problems with data on my phone for 2 months now. (Totally out for a week at a time, days at a time etc) I don't have WI-FI. So I rely on data and personal hotspot through my phone. I complained last month about the issue. They totally except the mast in my area is down. explained my situation. Told them that I've had to buy another SIM card on EE, top that up twice (£40) Plus topping up the 02 SIM twice (£40). So a total of £80 because they are not providing the service I'm paying for. Plus all the inconvenience on top of that. They gave me £10 credit to use to top my phone up. WHAT A JOKE!!! Total rip off 02. I've contacted the BBC about this, who seem to be very interested………. Been trying to change my 02 number for 3 months. I’ve ordered new pay as you go SIM cards which never arrived, I have contacted customer service who say they can’t do it over the phone & then try and force me into contracts I don’t want or they hang up. Terrible service. Leaving 02 & never using O2 again.

So, I’ve been with o2 for about three months and I have yet to experience a decent network connection at home and frequently when I am out I have no signal when my frying EE do. What makes it even worse is that twice o2 have told me mast problems affecting the network where I live have been resolved but I still suffer bad connections and dropped calls everyday. When will they do the decent thing and terminate my contract?

oh what a headeche with O2, came to shop oing ot the shop, calling, emails, mails, nobody cares !! come second bill now nothing changed !! im frustrated !! never ever come to this branch please people !!! worse of the worse ! come to shop today says i cant do nothing i did what i can, idc thats not my fault you have to do something, giving so much stress ! so much driving to the shop and time waste, cant cancel the phone as i dont want to keep paying they say ill have to pay the phones price whats left to pay if i want to cancel, makes no sense, im just waiting to go some time so i can go to onbudsmen, im tired of these companies fckn people over and over again and not caring when compaints are coming frommevery corner posible.

I can not wait to change providers! I’ve paid insurance for years and went in to a store because my phone would not charge, I was told to go to a local phone shop! WHY am I paying insurance! Customer service complaint has not even been replied to! Few more months and I’m off to EE!

I've been with O2 for three years now. I received a call from their sales team offering me an iPhone 13pro on a 24-month contract. I was told about my airtime bill and how I use 100+ gigabytes of internet a month, when in reality I just use 15 gigabyte as a maximum, so he kept trying to convince me until I got on 120 gigabytes for 40 pounds, but the explanation wasn't clear, I thought the 40 pounds were for both the phone and the airtime. Long story short, I was convinced, and a week later I was told I was only charged 40 pounds for airtime by O2. They said I couldn't change my airtime until I paid off all my contracts. BASICALLY, THIS MFING SALES GUY was trying to get me on the contract because I couldn't go back once I signed it. They train their staff to scam people nothing more.

I do not recommend this company since they are very liars and make an advertisement and they do not have a word and once you are inside it is difficult to get out that rear garbage

Monies are stolen!!! Because of the mistake done by O2 services my line was out of service for over two months. I am using this line to get orders and coping with my business. Another line is with Vodafone and it was good, so I was not by much bothered with O2. But one of my customers was in hurry to place an order for my product worth 46k, and he had only my o2 number. Once he couldn’t get in touch with me order was placed with my competitors, leading me loosing monies and time. All the time line was down o2 we’re taking monies from my account without any problem - stealing from me. After I called customer service (about ten times) I had my line repaired, I was asking for compensation for troubles caused, but my problem gone into history. No one was interested in sorting out this situation. After another half an hour talks I could of get compensation of 40 pounds 🤣🤣🤣 This made me laugh and I have told them that they can stick this monies … you know where!!! Avoid this company by any means!!! Lazy!!! No trust in there services!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!!

THIS REVIEW ISN'T FOR O2. This 5 stars is for Bongani. o2 and all the people I spoken to in the customer services doesn't reserve more than 0 stars BUT the 5 stars is for the very nice gentleman called Bongani. He is very polite and he has a logic when he discuss things. Other people which I spoken to, they were worse than a ROBOT without any sense of human.

Spent 1 hour trying to get through to O2 faults team. Flagged a fault 5 days ago! (we pay for a service levels package for faults to be resolve in 48 hours). Treated with an unhelpful attitude after having to call sales as customer service phone line doesn't seem to be working. This is for a Carehome where both the staffing team and services users are reliant on the phone lines for family contact and medical professionals.

Wouldn’t recommend, I have been with them for almost 10 years and they charged my phone bill when I didn’t use it. I cancelled with them a month prior and double checked if I wouldn’t get charged and they said I wouldn’t. Got a shock when I saw they took money out still. Poor communication!!

I’ve paid insurance for over 10 years! The premium also, the one time I needed help when my phone would not charge, I was told to go down the road to Asda where they have a phone shop!! Absolute joke! Cancelling insurance and changing provider! As soon as this contract is up! Not long now, I’ll also be changing for 4 other people in my household, you have lost our custom! I’m sure £350 a month from my household won’t bother you but I’ll feel better getting better custom elsewhere

After being with O2 for 9 years, since I was 19. They have marked a default payment on my credit score for a measly £7.50. I have had a perfect credit score until this date. The situation had arisen when my mums contract, which is paid for by me, had ended and was moved to EE. Usually I get prompted by the O2 app or by text however it seems once an account is closed, the number is no longer assocaited with the account. This leaves any outstanding amount to go unoticed and I have found this has happened to multiple customers from a quick google search. The outstanding balance sat there for 8 months until I rang O2 asking why I had two O2 accounts under my credit report. They were unable to explain why I would have 2 accounts until I suggested it could be associated with my mums previous accout. They never texted, emailed or sent a letter to any of the available contact options they had. When questioned why I had not been contacted the support rep was unable to provide an answer. I requested for the default payment to be removed from my credit score however the rep said it was not possible even though I had seen it was from looking online. I then asked for a manager to call me back and was told they would call within 4 hours but this obviously never happened. Their unwillingness to help after leaving my credit score tainted with a mark that lasts 6 years prompted me to reach out to TransUnion directly to resolve the issue. I am lucky I was approved for a mortgage just before this situation otherwise O2 would have ruined an opportunity for me over £7.50. My conclusion about O2 overall is no matter how much loyalty you show to a company they couldn't give two sh*ts about you and their reps would rather say they can't resolve an issue than to go that extra step for their customers.

o2 what can I say about them just that they are lies I ordered my Iphone 14 Max Pro 128GB I was told up two weeks when I called them I was told 3 to 4 weeks I kick off saying why did you tell me 2 weeks for then if its going to be longer I even asked for a manger to call me that never happened and its been over 72 hours that's how S*** they are they don't care about the Customer's at all and the Customer service omg its so poor its a joke I called up again trying to find out about my phone and I was told I will have to wait upto 6 weeks I just want my money back now and the credit Search on my name removed you can't do your jobs properly 2 week want to 3 to 4 weeks then to 6 weeks if everyone at o2 got covid I would have a party because they deserve it for lieing and wasting people time and money they network is all ways in problem in my area about 16 times this year and they can't even fix that what a joke please o2 say I'm lieing

Absolute pernicious company with sole intent on the extortion of customers .There is no difference in the way O2 behave and that of the Mafia. Threats and harassment to extort money one does not owe.When a contract of mine came to an end 02 continually took payment from my bank account regardless of the fact I had contacted them on several occasions stating I did not want to continue with the contract .After a few months of this theft by 02 ,I cancelled the direct debit with the full cooperation of my bank .I informed 02 that I had cancelled the direct debit to which 02 stated they wanted a cancellation fee despite stealing in excess of £300:00 from my bank account .Now the threats and harassment have begun ...sending letters demanding money and if not paid debt collectors will be sent to my home With libellous information put on my credit file....This behaviour is emotional and financial abuse Why are 02 able to send debt collectors to your home without first proving the debt is owed before the courts?...because if these cases were challenged by the alleged debtor the debtor would win ..The whole system of companies being able to behave in this way is appalling .

i just start a new contract whit my old number after one week my phone cut off and my old number is lost,I have been calling them every day for the last 10 days to give my number back but I'm still waiting, my number is important to me,I didn't see anybody care. advice get out stay out from 02....
