Worst company to deal with! Give you a date months down the line and still can't adhear to that date. Don't email you to tell you it won't be delivered and expect you to call up and arrange a date. I ordered a sofa and a dining table, the sofa got delivered in August and we are still waiting for the dining table 3 months later. Sales staff in the shop are happy to take your money telling packs of lies just to get a sale.

Ordered 3 piece suite May.due Oct.then delayed 6 more wks..arrived today 30thNov..minus 2 chairs..no reason.nearest due date for chairs 4th April 2022..Disgraceful.

Ordered dining table 10 aug21 delivery given as Nov 30 no contact from oak furniture land delivery now 30 Jan 22 had to find this myself no table for xmas dinner as disposed of mine diabolic company would not recommend cannot reach customer service

We brought 11 items of furniture from Oakfurnitureland under two years ago. We have had problems with the leather armchair, headrest paint coming off leather in several places. As we have 5 years insurance cover for leather, electrical mechanical faults, purchase from Oakfurnitureland. When the marks appeared over a year from purchase we went through the insurance policy, to get the marks repaired. The insurance company sent a Homeserve technician to inspect the damage to the armchair, his report sighted hair oils and perspiration staining which are not covered by the policy. Which I deputed this no staining only paint missing on leather in various places through normal use.( Headrest for heads). The insurance company sent out second technician from Homeserve to inspect the chair, he rubbed a damp cloth in the arm crease where we did not have a problem of course no paint came of no wear there. He said to me hair oil staining and not covered. I again disputed him saying where is the paint and no staining. I said it could be a scrape because there were straight lines. The technician went to his van for a piece of leather and tried to demonstrate what a scrape looked like but he cut it, he lost his temper and left, very professional ? He said with 21 year of experience. Both men here for less than five minute. We also reported loss of resilience in the armchair seat which is covered in the policy, the technician put it down to wear and tear and not covered by policy only One year six months really? That is why I wrote a review this policy sold by Oakfurnitureland is not worth the paper it’s written on CUSTOMER BEWARE. The leather must be of poor quality to mark up through normal use and a short period of time.

Worst customer services No promise kept. I have placed order 10 months ago and they have changed delivery date 4 times and now I have been told it will most probably mid next year.

Terrible!! Furniture was supposed to arrive within a 6 weeks obviously it didn't I received an email informing it will arrive within another 4 weeks! After cancelling the order money still not in the account a week later!! Absolutely non existence customer service!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 June for delivery Sept. Told a week before that delivery was delayed. Rescheduled 30 Nov. Tracked order has just removed that date, says I can reschedule for mid January but order has not even shipped! Meanwhile item is advertised in the sale for £25 more than I paid and with 6 week availability- joke!

After recently moving and deciding to buy mainly new furniture which I bought from Oak Furniture I ordered a bed in April delivery dates come and go still no bed next delivery date was December they can’t give me an explanation as to why I won’t be getting it so the bedside tables and chest of drawers have now been colllected and sent back.Not impressed with spending 30 mins to an hour on the phone trying to speak to an adviser either and the situation left unsolved.

Ordered in March for delivery in August. Was told in August would be December. Now being told in December will be the following April. No one knows a real date, they just keep putting off 20 weeks a ago in the hope it will be ready by then. Absolute joke. Blaming COVID. They don't have a clue whats going on.

Bought furniture 2/5/21 delivery date was given for 5 months later, cancelled twice finally told they had attempted to deliver a part order but we hadn't answered the door. Offered us 10% off if we would wait another month but wouldn't guarantee a full delivery. Cancelled the order. Rubbish company on every level

Ordered and paid for my furniture at the beginning of August due to be delivered beginning of December. Received am email today can only now deliver February! Telephoned their dedicated customer service number in queue for over 40 minutes then asked for refund put in another phone queue. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Appalling. Let's hope I do get my money back. Happy Christmas to you too Oak Furniture Land.

Ordered furniture in July and was due to be delivered on 22nd November. Less than a week before due date it was cancelled without any excuse. The next available date for delivery is 12th January, 6 moths after order. Would never use them again or refer to anyone else. Useless and can't be contacted. E-mails not answered and phone goes unanswered.

To all prospective customers of Oak Furniture Land….Shop elsewhere! Three months ago I spent £700 on a bed only for the company to then cost me a further £1200 in lost earnings (I am self employed) as they proceeded to screw up my initial delivery date, and then only delivered half of the bed when they did eventually come. Since then I have told my story of woe to three different customer relations people AND twice in emails to the CEO himself. I have been offered the risible amount of £100 in in-store vouchers, which I have politely refused. Never before have I been treated with such indifference. Once they have your money they quite literally couldn’t care less!

We took delivery of some bedroom furniture in August this year. When we examined it there was a split in the wardrobe door an oil stain on one of the drawers, they sent someone to look at both items the guy that they sent took the drawer to his van sprayed it and the drawer is a completely different colour now,he said it would darken but hasn't we are still waiting for a new wardrobe door and it's now November!!! We have emailed and had no reply! Shocking customer service will never buy from.them again.

Delivery was meant today delivery driver reportedly says it wasn’t safe to park and went away we have had numerous deliveries from other companies never had any problem .we are now without a sofa or armchairs for nearly a week while they arrange another delivery customer services are not very helpful at no time was we ever asked about difficulty parking so if you live in an apartment block beware

Hav to state first that partly my own fault anyway here goes I bought some expensive bedroom drawers august 2020 Frm oak furnitureland £350 due to my disabilities and recent accident I never opened the drawers until September 2021 so I contacted oak furnitureland wit no success not even a reply when contacting them absolutely no customer service I’m very disappointed

Ordered a sofa on 22nd August was due delivery 12th November got a email late on 5th November to say it will be delayed, available date end of January. Took 2 days off work to sort out the room and have my old sofa being taken away on 11th November. Terrible service surely they knew before a week before delivery that this wasn't going to happen. Blaming Covid and the manufacturers. How can some places offer delivery in 2 to 4 weeks. If they know that they cant deliver the goods why take orders!

Order placed in July. Delivery due 21/10. 6.30pm 20/10 received call to say delivery not happening. Re-arranged delivery for 2/11. Part delivery made - drivers stated other part had been delivered on 21/10. Not the case. After ages on hold (& website not recognising our details) re-arranged for 5/11. No delivery made. Finally got through to service desk for a second time. No idea where our furniture is, if/when it might arrive & no manager available to speak to.
