“The rolator arrived the same week I ordered it. My son put it together for me, although he could not figure out the back support. The next day I looked at the instructions. It is mostly a safety manual, with few instructions. But after reading the safety instructions, I finally found the info I was looking for and easily added the back support. I took it for a test drive. It seems nice and sturdy. It did not like going over a one inch driveway curb, so I lifted it over it. Otherwise it seems to work well. The seat is pretty comfortable and plenty large enough for this very hippy individual. It does not fit in my car (VW Jetta) very well, but will fit in the trunk when the trunk is empty.”

“It is better than a lower walker on the lower back. You are standing up straight and turns around in a very short space. Helps you to walk as fast as you want to go. Only problem is the size which makes it harder to get into the car. Don't know how you get it into a trunk, better in a hatchback.”

“After having used a knee scooter with the small hard tires outside this all terrain scooter is so much better and safer. The smaller tires would just stop rolling when hitting a small pebble or a crack in the sidewalk while the all terrain rolls over small objects with no problems. The only worry I had was it came with 3 tires with no air and 1 with very little air. Inflated with air compressor and they have held pressure.”

“My balloon 🎈 tire walker arrived quickly. The package was in great condition. The equipment is very sturdy, but that comes at the price of being heavierbto lift. It is built for taller folks. The handles are of course, adjustable. However, the seat is higher than on most. Probably best for folks 5'7" (my guess). I am not that tall, (5'6"but) but then, I don't have to do a lot of sitting on it... So it is fine for a quick rest. This will be my off-loading walker and I think the tires will work great.”

“Great walker for price. Unable to fold walker with bag attached to front of walker. Walker is not a good chair for sitting, even for a short time. Web site needs to show all walker options avaliable in a clearer format, not just different walkers.”

“When I received this rollater the front wheels had to be turned by pressing the red button on the side. They were stuck and I could not move them After working with them for week to fix this I finally did it. BUT there arose another problem. The cord which locks the front wheel was installed incorrectly so I was unable to raise the height of the handles. It is a sturdy walker and a good product but it will have to go back if I can fit it in the box. I am 86 and it was a hassle. I do admit that they tried to help as much as possible. The service was very good. I had to return the item and the refund was immediate.”

“I love that this was an affordable, light weight, and compact option by comparison to American brands starting at much higher costs. There's a branch of the company in Georgia, and rather than the 2 weeks the site suggested for the wait I received mine within 3 days of ordering. I'm in eastern New York state, too! I've been using my OasisSpace upright walker since July. I receive a lot of compliments on it from folks of all younger adult to older ages. It's kept my back from spasming as much as lower standard walkers do, and I ultimately feel safer using this than my quad cane or the lower walker from Medline that made me feel I was chasing after it. The controls for the brakes are so much better and I love that the rods to the handles and brakes are fully adjustable. My carpal tunnel is not an issue while using my walker. My only wish is that it was heavier in the rear and the seat was further forward. My lower thighs are always hitting it which makes my steps smaller and from the knees-down. I got the wider model, due to concern of whether or not I would fit a standard when seated, but later wheelchair use proved I can use a 16-17 inch seat comfortably. As a 5'7" torso-tall pear shaped woman it's often assumed I need bigger everything, but I often find it's not the case with experience later down the line. When I can, I will get the taller option, and I hope it has the lower handles for when you're seated to help push yourself up to the arm rests. A majority of my weakness is from the lower-waist down when seated and standing. Better to be safe, than sorry. I have loved this experience, though. I would also like to hope the next model I purchase has knobs that pull out but lock in place with another mechanism. Unscrewing them to lower the armrests for some of my transports is time consuming and inconvenient with my hands. All is good with the walker aside from the seat being too close to my knees when walking, the unscrew method of the height adjustment on the armrests, and the walker needs more weight on the rear. Going down my driveway can sometimes have me pitch forward when hitting a dip or crack in the concrete. There are plenty. Thank you.”
