“I used this economy model 6 weeks for upstairs mobility after ankle surgery, plus a larger model for downstairs (borrowed from friend.) This lighter model was easier to maneuver but sometimes lacked sturdiness, balance. Still, for temporary mobility, it was big improvement on a wheeled chair. Would recommend.”

“Wheelchair seems to be well built easy to set up. Joy stick may be a little light or flimsy so have to protect it. Instruction manual written by someone not fluent in English but was able to figure it out. So far well pleased! Have an American edit the manual.”

“I wrote a review on Amazon but I will do one here also. I purchased a rolator awhile back and the handle were wearing out. The rubber is cracked, split to where it hurts my hands when I put weight on them. They looked up the parts, told me the handle covers are part of the handle bar, brakes, and rear wheels assembly. They told me the rubber portion is attached. Yes, they glue them in place but it does not take long for the glue to fail and they slip on and off. They ordered me the entire assembly at $60. I have received it but have yet to replace it as my back is not doing well right now. I’m hoping it doesn’t sit in the box too much longer though. I appreciated that they could help me and I wasn’t on my own to contact the manufacturer. That alone earns 4 stars. They were quick too. I would much rather go through them than the manufacturer.”

“My oasis space knee scooter is a life saver. I’ve been using it for over a year. I’ve needed a replacement cushion but customer service has been good.”

“I reached out to oasis because I purchased a standing up walker I recently travel, and on my transition from the airport there were some parts missing from my standing up walker. They were very helpful in getting me those replacement parts, which I only had to pay a $30 fee, I finally got my standing up walker parts not realizing that they were submitting me a new one. I thought it was just the parts in the transition of the FedEx. The box was damaged in the look like it was open and unfortunately the screws were missing to set up the new walker , they’ve been very helpful and helping me out figuring out the situation”

“I had a lot of trouble, still not resolved, putting the off road knee wheeler together. The directions were not clear and the factory assembly of one part was misaligned. The tires were flat and required the purchase of a pump before I could use this piece of equipment. It is possible to use tires that do not need yo be inflated.”

“So far no luck with getting a replacement part. Communication has been great though. But I don’t understand why a replacement part is so hard to get. Wanting the tubing for the ice machine therapy system”

“I love my OasisSpace upright rollator. I now have the ability, without back pain, to walk upright and good distances. I can go to many events and participate with ease. My friends little grandchildren like to come with me to large community events where they can sit on the seat as I walk along. People are regularly asking me about its functionality and of course price. The only thing I wish is that there was a sturdy bag that would be good for air travel. A light bag does not keep airport baggage handlers from wrecking it and it does not fold well for airlines. Otherwise it is one of the best items I have that has improved my life.”
