“Received an OasisSpace shower chair sold and shipped by Amazon. On opening the box the EVA pad was severly damaged. OasisSpace refuses to replace the damaged part telling me that the seller takes care of warranties on this product. Everyone knows that it is a manufacturer's warranty, not a seller's warranty. I have politely asked via email numerous times how to exercise the warranty stated in their instruction information. They will not provide this info. I conclude that the OasisSpace warranty does not exist. I will return the item to Amazon and purchase a similar item from another company that has integrity and honors their warranty.”

“Do not order from this company. They sent us a knee scooter with a defective brake that was unsafe to ride. It’s been over a week since we contacted them with videographic evidence of the faulty product and there has been no acceptable resolution and they are attempting to violate their own return policy that the company will pay the return shipping fee for incorrect or defective/damaged products.”

“Immediately asked for return in unopened, original box. Contacted them 4 times, with no response. Doctor would not approve use. Even gave them bad reviews, with no response. Warning..do not buy from this company!”

“Danger Danger. This is overseas company. After you buy, and if you want to return they make it impossible. First, they will offer you money in exchange for keeping it..If that doesn't work, then they will ask you to pack it up into original box, which is impossible for the customer to do because the method is very specific. So it is another way to deter you from returning. So this company business model is to sell it to you but make it impossible to return if you don't like the product. I am going to report them to BBB.”

“This is an off-shore company with no phone number and a customer service that interacts only thru email. Poor english. Trying to return the product and they gave a Dallas address to return it to, with a phone number that is not in service. They are doing everything they can to get me to keep the item, offering me money back. This company might have a good product, but the way they do business is scammy.”

“Was not at all happy with my purchase. It came damaged. I purchased it because I broke my foot and needed it also to be able to attend a wedding. Could not use crutches because chest was also injured. When I went to return it they tried to get me to keep it with a measly offer of a $20 credit. They kept going back and forth and by then I was stuck keeping it because the return and shipping of a new one would have been around a 20 day if not longer turn around. Would never buy or recommend this company again! Bad customer service!!”

“Do not buy an OasisSpace product on Amazon.com! OasisSpace does not honor the warranty and sends you back to Amazon, which may or may not offer you a complete return of the product! We bought a brand new OasisSpace rollator from Amazon.com. The backrest was broken. OasisSpace sent me back to Amazon who only offered a complete return. Then I could reorder. Problem: the price went up $35 on Amazon! So I spent $15 for a new backrest for a brand new rollator that should have been free!! Be forewarned. See broken backrest attachment below!”

“I need a replacement arm pad for my stand up rolater Oasis space Walker. I can get nobody to help me other than sending me to a site that wants my d*** money. I will not pay to for that. I will put such bad reviews up over your company. Are not standing by, or at least providing cart numbers. That someone can order and buy. For free without charging me to order something to buy”

“They delivered a bed, shower chair. The delivery people broke my ceiling fan unpacking the mattress. No customer service call back about my damage. No phone number to contact them. If in need of medical equipment, CALL SOMEONE ELSE.”

“I like the design of the unit. it is roomy and comfortable. it worked well on different surfaces until today. when I rolled off of my paved driveway into the grass my "LA" wheel broke completely off of the mounting peg. I fell to the ground. This was supposed to be a heavy duty unit that supports up to 500#???”
