“Generally I am very pleased with Ocado. In my Favouites it does annoy me that there are things there I haven't ordered and items are duplicated sometimes more than twice, also I thnk that some items I have ordered previously are not there and I forget to order them.”

“Very friendly drivers and lots of choice but products I buy weekly are out of stock which very, very rarely happens in store. Fruit, veg (particularly potatoes) and fresh meat are of particular poor quality and your organic products pretty disgraceful. I would say 90% of fresh food I get delivered, I wouldn't buy in store by the look of them. Organic 'Duchy' are not for me either as I'm not a Royalist and this supports them far more than people realise! The veg/potato's situation really needs a good look at and the countries they come from. Do England not have onions in September! Support local farmers, please!”

“Ease of website, prices and range of produce are very good. Customer Service is excellent, one of the best, if not the best, I'd say. Drivers and deliveries are generally very good, but unfortunately, as I've reported back so many times, your selection and particularly packing really isn't up to par. I do generally find Tesco's fruit and vegetables much fresher and their packing is far superior - never any damage, whereas I have claimed refunds many times from Ocado for out of condition or damaged goods. Never had a problem being refunded, but that really isn't the point. Please have a thorough overhaul of your packing procedure once and for all and finally get it right!”

“Very pleased with the service. Easy to shop online after a few sessions. Usually have the required delivary slot even on short notice. Polite and helpful delivary staff, who bring the shopping in for me. Rarely unavailable products or substitutions, more reliable than other grocery delivary companies tried, although beware at Christmas and Easter as there have been problems with delivary of essential items. Customer service staff very helpful on telephoning; don't bother emailing as the system is too slow to respond effectively. I will continue to use Ocado.”

“Very pleased with deliveries and delivery guys. Have had no substitutions so far, which is good news. Only niggle is fresh veg/fruit is sometimes on the cusp, e.g. last week's order included pack of 3 sweet white onions and one of them was already bad”

“I really can't fault Ocado. I have never had any missing items or substitutions (unlike other delivery services) and I love that you are notified at the point of order if anything is unavailable. Deliveries have always been within the delivery window requested and on one occasion they even called to see if they could deliver early. Delivery drivers are always friendly and willing to bring the bags into the house. I love the flash sales at checkout as well as new customer an loyalty bonuses. Like I say, I can't fault them and only have nice things to say!”

“We have been using Ocado for over three years and I very rarely use anyone else. Substitutions and missing items are very rare and when they do happen customer services are eager to help with any problems. The drivers are always courteous, helpful and friendly. I am always happy to recommend them to friends and family.”

“I've been ordering my groceries for many years and have tried and tested most of the supermarkets. Ocado is the best by far. They have thought of everything and it is so frustrating and annoying when on the odd occasion I have needed to used a competitors. The things that I love the best are: The App. I do my groceries shopping on my commute. The receipt that is sent prior to the delivery been made so if there are substitutes that I don't want and my husband is taking the delivery I can tell him what to return. And if there is something missing I have time to make other arrangements. Most of the time everything is available. One hour slots. Delivery staff are fabulous. Range of products means that I don't have to go to department store to get gifts.”
