An excellent service. I use Ocado for myself and for my parents. They deliver on time and the drivers are always polite, friendly and efficient.

Have used since the service launched. Substitutions are rare. Hour deliver slots available and adhered to. Really friendly and professional delivery drivers. Receipt is emailed in good time prior to delivery so plenty of notice if an item isn't available.

I am a regular loyal and very happy customer of Ocado. I am happy with the wide range of groceries and other household necessities you offer, but I am mostly impressed by your ability to plan and deliver in 1 hour timeslots. Having many bad experiences with delivery of much more expensive items (eg furniture), this is very appreciated. Also very happy that other shops are joining your delivery, wish there were more of them! If there was any little area for improvement, it would be occasional packaging of heavy items (eg bottles of water) on top of things like yogurt, cakes etc, sometimes ending messily. All the best. I've been shopping with Ocado for 10 years and have rarely visited a supermarket during that time! Prior to then, my weekly shopping included a two hour supermarket visit, which I hated, and a few supplementary visits to other shops. I now receive my shopping direct to my kitchen twice a week, with no unloading the trolley or waiting in queues. I had tried other on-line supermarket deliveries prior to discovering Ocado and was always frustrated by the poor usage dates and high number of substitutions, none of which were ever what I wanted! Ocado rarely substitute anything and if you're unhappy with any of the items, they are easily refunded. Shopping now consists of looking through my usual purchases and simply adding them to my basket, and the apps mean I can do this using my phone or ipad while waiting for my children - fabulous! We holidayed in the UK this summer and I was really disappointed that Ocado didn't deliver there! I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Life is stressful enough without having to negotiate supermarkets! I love being able to order online, it enables me to budget. The delivery drivers are always pleasant & if an item is out of stock the replacement is generally a sensible option! The one hour slots are great & should there be a delay in delivering I have received a phone call to say why & advise of the anticipated delivery, although having said that my orders have only been delivered later than expected twice in over seven years! I love Ocado!

Have been using Ocado for many years now and wouldn't change. Rarely anything missing or substituted. Easy web site; lots of special offers; quality groceries or refund if unhappy with any goods. Also Tesco price match so you don't have to do the comparison yourself.

What did I do before Ocado? And why doesn't everyone use it? Ocado is efficient and reliable - it's a very rare event when my delivery doesn't arrive in the designated hour slot, and then I'm given warning. Delivery men (for they almost inevitably are - why??) are polite and helpful. Friends always ask if I don't mind having someone else choose my fruit and veg, but I find the quality excellent and I couldn't do better if I selected things myself. The range of products increases constantly, so it's unusual not to find what I'm looking for. I would recommend them highly.

I have been shopping with Ocado for a few years now, I'm always impressed with the service your drivers give. Slots are readily available and your 'on time' record is excellent. We are moving house and one question I always ask when house hunting is do Ocado deliver here? Even to the point that an estate agent emailed me that an area we were looking in had Ocado deliveries. Looking forward to continued good service in our new house.

Accurate, punctual, complaints dealt with easily and effectively, consideration and help given in emergencies, goods of a high standard, reasonably priced and a wide choice - what more can I say?

I am very dissappointed how diffuclt to get a refund after 24 hours. One does not open a whole order in the first day. This is particularly difficult over wine. To phone can take for to long as you are told you are 7th in the queque etc. I suggest when you book an order there should be a place on the web sight to specify is there anything you wish to return from recent orders. I am sure as with returns on current orders this would not be abused

Now that Ocado have got their act together they are a professionally run delivery service. The only complaint I have is that soft fruit is often under heavier items and invariably upside down on arrival. Keep up the excellent work

I am very impressed with thee whole service, from the website which is easy to use, to the drivers who all pay attention to my dog and have a moment to speak in their busy schedules, to the customer service staff who always listen and put customers first. A bonus I could not do without. Thank you to everyone.
