“The drivers were very professional and personable. Everything was taken care of for us. With my husband being disabled they were exceptionally kind and understanding. I would definitely use Omni Limo again if the need arose and will recommend your service to friends and family.”

“This was a special occasion. the purpose of this pickup was to surprise daughter for her 21st birthday. (daughter has never been in a limo before) I was told the driver would be at the baggage claim with a sign that read "happy 21st birthday". The driver was not there when we landed nor was at baggage claim. I had to call twice and was told he was on his way. when he showed up, he came running in from outside. The sign did not say happy 21st birthday. It had my name...spelled wrong...the limo was warm and the music did not work in the back of the limo. Afterwards I called the service twice to lodge a report and was told the manager would call me back. Called two more times and am still waiting for a return call. it's been 6 days since I called the first time....very unhappy and will never use this service again.”

“I loved the service provided by Omni. Our drivers Stephanie & Troy were both amazing, informative & held great conversation. They let me know via text when they arrived & they were both on time. I will definitely use Omni every time I return to Vegas.”

“Our driver Mark, was extremely friendly, and very personable. He made the experience that much more fun. The limo was amazing, nice amenities, and smooth ride. Great way to start your Vegas vacation!”

“Driver at airport was prompt and friendly. Our hotel pick up however was a little frustrating as driver wasn't in right place but he kept consistent communication with me which was great.”

“Driver was late. Car was hot when we got in. A/C not working properly so we were uncomfortable the entire time. Route taken was using backstreets when I expected a better route. I rented a limo to treat my wife to a VIP departure from our Vegas birthday celebration. Instead, it felt worse than a taxi ride and was not worth paying more than double the cost of what a taxi would have charged.”

“I always get Omni Limo when I come to Vegas. I love them! They are always early and all the drivers I have had in the past 2 years have been very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.”

“I had to call and change my pick up time. The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. That's where the good experience ended. This was my wedding day. The limo picked us up on time which was great. However, what should have been a 20 minute drive from the ceremony to the reception turned out to be in excess of 30 because the driver took and inefficient route. On top of that, it was 115 degrees outside and there was absolutely no air conditioning the entire ride, not acceptable for a bride in her wedding dress and groom in his suit. The driver spoke little to no English making it impossible for my husband to communicate with him upon arrival at which time he tried to collect the fee for the ride which we had already paid for. Overall one of the worst experiences I've had with a Limo service.”

“The car was waiting for us when our plane landed. Our driver was amazing and made us feel comfortable immediately. We enjoyed light hearted conversation, some tourist comments, and at all times we were treated with care. We will do it again.”

“Appreciate the timeliness and nice greeting at the airport. Thanks also for the expedient drive to our hotel. Please consider the topics discussed in the car. Hearing the personal theories of our driver is not something - I believe - most visitors to Vegas are interested in hearing. Learning more about the area's current offerings, facts and demographic data of the city...that would be more objective. At the same time, Omni is a car service and not so much a tour bus company. The conversation from the driver did go to the extreme in length and conspiracy theory.”
