“Disgraceful - Avoid at all costs!
I ordered a Super King Size Duvet from the company inc. a Super King size Duvet cover.
I put the cover on the duvet and it felt extremely baggy, so I thought maybe I need to buy a better quality cover, which I did (from a diff company).
Nevertheless, even with the new cover the "Super King" duvet was still too small and there was loads of empty space left in the duvet cover.
At that point, I realised that OHS had sent me a King size rather than a Super King size duvet. The label on the duvet itself doesn't state the size just the materials it's made from etc.
I contacted OHS, requested a refund and they declined to offer a full refund for the item as it's already been used and I need to refer back to their returns policy.
I reiterated that I want to return the item because OHS SENT the WRONG thing, not because I ordered the wrong thing or because I decided I don't like it.
But NO - it's not in their policy to refund used items.
Just a suggestion but it could be in OHS' policy to send the correct items?
Anyways, money down the drain - extremely unprofessional and scammers - avoid at all costs!”

placed another order more missing items, they don't a investigation 5days later they sent out my replacements after I found a contact number for them... they then started texting my phone telling me I was scamming them, telling me they have been on my Facebook page. very inappropriate behaviour.
I don't a dispute on clearpay with them as again was missing items from my daughters order, there response on clearpay was that I have multiple accounts I'm scamming them and I'm scamming other businesses!!

“I ordered three items on 10 Dec. On the 13 December the package was received by Evri. I have received nothing and had no response to several emails. Three people in my family did not receive their Christmas gifts and I have lost almost £46. I sent yet another email yesterday but all of them are being ignored. I purchased an electric heated fleece top and it was nothing like the description and they have refused to refund or replace with somethig else. “Placed order 9th November no goods received. Sent countless emails and I mean lots!!! Finally get a reply apologising saying that they can refund or reorder. I asked for refund they said 3-10 working days. I waited today is day 11 and still no money!! I took up with PayPal as dispute this morning and they sent it to online home shop. Amazingly !!!!!! I had a reply from them saying if I cancel dispute today they will be refund me today, as they can’t refund if there’s a dispute. And so, I cancelled the dispute informing them of this. Guess what, no reply to my email and have checked my PayPal and still no money in as of yet. I will wait until 12.00 tonight and check first thing in morning and if not received will set up another dispute case. It was my first time ordering from them, so it’s coming up for a month in 3 days that I originally placed the order. Appalling communication as I must have sent 13-15 emails. No direct contact number. People who wrote good reviews are lucky they received their goods. I certainly will never order from them again as money is tight and 86.00 is a lot of money for me. Just want my money back by tonight!!!”

“A 1* isn’t even worthy but couldn’t use a 0. I made a purchase over 2 weeks ago. The padlock displayed on toolbar before purchasing was there and used PayPal as assumed secure and money back guarantee. Seems not as these scammers change whom the payment goes to so when you raise concerns PayPal say it’s down as paying a friend. To date no email confirmation. I’ve sent 2 messages and no reply as yet. I’m not finished with this so will continue to pursue these villains”
“Do not buy from this company! They use a nearly 5 star review on their website but they are far far from!
1 week on, I have no goods yet they have my money. Ordered on the 3rd, delivery notice from dpd for the 7th, contacted on the 8th after nothing, no reply by the 9th, left a negative review on trust pilot ( they contacted straight away) couldn't resend my goods by express delivery as they said it was a bank holiday? God knows where that bank holiday is but never mind.... then after asking for a refund complete silence...
I've had to open a PayPal dispute its ridiculous (their customer service opens only mon-fri 9 till 5 yet last message going round in circles was at 13:15 on that friday) if their service was actually existent then I'm sure they wouldn't be using all their time with a massive demand of emails... every reply you make you need to wait 48 hours according to their fb messenger service! Yet they made me reply the same message twice!”
“I bought a bit of silver bedding for it to come without pillow cases, it then says gotta email as no phone number to call so waiting time 48 hours for a reply, 5 days later they finally reply to make out I havent looked properly for the pillow cases, and then said that I have to send it back meaning i have to spend money getting something to pack it in as packaging ripped while opening it and sed it back to then wait for assessment before refunding or replacing, and then offered £1.80 refund if I keep it without pillowcases when if I was to go shop and buy pillowcases they would cost more then that.
