“A 1* isn’t even worthy but couldn’t use a 0. I made a purchase over 2 weeks ago. The padlock displayed on toolbar before purchasing was there and used PayPal as assumed secure and money back guarantee. Seems not as these scammers change whom the payment goes to so when you raise concerns PayPal say it’s down as paying a friend. To date no email confirmation. I’ve sent 2 messages and no reply as yet. I’m not finished with this so will continue to pursue these villains”

1 week on, I have no goods yet they have my money. Ordered on the 3rd, delivery notice from dpd for the 7th, contacted on the 8th after nothing, no reply by the 9th, left a negative review on trust pilot ( they contacted straight away) couldn't resend my goods by express delivery as they said it was a bank holiday? God knows where that bank holiday is but never mind.... then after asking for a refund complete silence...
I've had to open a PayPal dispute its ridiculous (their customer service opens only mon-fri 9 till 5 yet last message going round in circles was at 13:15 on that friday) if their service was actually existent then I'm sure they wouldn't be using all their time with a massive demand of emails... every reply you make you need to wait 48 hours according to their fb messenger service! Yet they made me reply the same message twice!”
“I bought a bit of silver bedding for it to come without pillow cases, it then says gotta email as no phone number to call so waiting time 48 hours for a reply, 5 days later they finally reply to make out I havent looked properly for the pillow cases, and then said that I have to send it back meaning i have to spend money getting something to pack it in as packaging ripped while opening it and sed it back to then wait for assessment before refunding or replacing, and then offered £1.80 refund if I keep it without pillowcases when if I was to go shop and buy pillowcases they would cost more then that. This company is a disgrace and ill not be using these again and getting everyone to leave negative feedback”

“I Received my item and it had a hole in it, I contacted customer services straight away and they asked that I send photos of the item. They received the images and said that I need to return the item. I then Went on to explain that I’m clinically vulnerable in a tier 4 area and I’m currently shielding an unable to do so unless they collect themselves. They said can only offer me a partial refund of 2.00 or they can send me the new item once they receive the faulty item which they could clearly see it was faulty from the images and no I’m unable to leave my house to send back. I’m not happy with the way it was dealt with at all. I’m expected to run around when it is their mistake”
