I tried to contact them many times by email but the message came back as request failed security, so I've resorted to sending them a letter!!! Just wish they could be contacted by telephone. So frustrating and disappointing.”

Three days later I received only 20 rolls by Amazon.
I complained about it.
Then, I had an email from E commerce Enterprise’s Sophie.
She apologise it their error, however I haven’t received the missing 20 rolls yet. She didn’t give me any reference number.
How can I communicate it?”
“Impossible to contact On Buy following nil delivery of wire fencing product L8/15/50. Requested by On Buy to submit submit review despite previously making them aware of product delay and receiving wooly response about Hermes despatch from seller LMstarZ.They duly omitted my review. Not very professional. I intend to persist with this non delivery issue until On Buy formally responds to my query and product is delivered.”

“I placed an order with onbuy which never arrived. I went through their contacts process to try to track this down with the supplier who initially didn’t reply. After raising a complaint for no communication and non receipt of item, the supplier finally replied to say the item was with a local depot which wasn’t much use to me as I didn’t know where that was, or who the carrier was and my package was well overdue by then. I have still not received my money back or the item. This has been my first buying experience with onbuy and I won’t use them again. Buyer beware.”
