“Bought item, tracking never updated until Yodel claimed to have delivered BUT they didn't. I have proof from Yodel that they didn't and yet I cannot get a refund, WHY NOT?
If you act on behalf of sellers you too have a responsibility to ensure that the sellers you represent are ethical and provide an honourable service and provide a refund when goods don't arrive
THE SELLER STILL INSISTS I HAVE TO FIND A LOST PARCEL - WHY?
Yodel have told me it wasn't delivered, they don't know where it is, why can't I get a refund?

“Only Pay By PAY PALL or risk losing your Money bought 3 items without any problems from UK sellers, bought a solar light from a company called Chrysolite on 17 Feb when it came it did not work even after 3 days in the sun, opened case through OnBuy but they make it very clear its up to the buyer to sort it out as they are only a third party and all the seller would offer was a part refund so as it was paid for with Pay pall opened a case with them and on 7th March got a full refund but not from Chrysolite but from Chuhaitony Ltd in China who don't seem to abide by the UK distance selling Laws. So to sum it up unless OnBuy bring in buyers protection like the 2 big players I would not buy from them again and would advise anyone thinking of buying to Use PayPal or risk loosing your money.”
“I ordered a corner sofa bed from your website the seller was Hangyu I ordered it on the 8th of December. For my guest arriving at Xmas . However I Only received one part the corner part was delivered, but nothing apse . Which means I only have half of the sofa bed as it was a double sofa bed I ordered . This was a huge inconvenience to me and my guests .The cost was £320. I have been emailing Hangyu for 3 months now and they have constantly lied in every email they have sent .
First stating they refunded me which was a lie . Second they said they sent the sofa again which I have not received, they sent a hot air heater instead which I did not order nor do I need . So 3 months later they have still not resolved the issue I have half a sofa bed and £320 out of pocket . I am so disappointed in this service and have contacted trade and standards and I hope to expose the company in as many media outlets and newspapers as I can as I feel they stole my money and did not in any way try to resolve the issue I believe I have consumer rights and will somehow expose the ungenuineness of this rogue company . It was my first time purchasing from your website and I will not buy from

“Absolutely garbage. Sell you stuff that’s still in China then when you realise and try to cancel they will not do it. Forced to receive a parcel I tried to cancel 10 times. Avoid at all cost.”
