“I would give a zero star review, but it will not let me. I had a card given to me for Long Service and due to the limited places you can actually spend it, held onto it. After checking my balance, I noticed after a period of time, they started charging £0.90 per month for the upkeep, which to me, makes little sense as it is an account that just exists on a computer, and should not incur a cost. Checking the balance this week, I spot 2 transaction I had not made for online gift cards; I immediately rang to report the issue, and was told to contact the police and get a crime number and then complete the online form they were sending me a secure link to. I duly complied and submitted the form, where a response within 1 working day was promised. After 2 working days passed, nothing, so I went online and completed another online form complaining; I then received another email saying they would contact me in the next 1-2 days. As This was unacceptable, I rang them again, but they were of little help and could do nothing. I then received an emailed response to the complaint and they had completely misread the situation and thought I would be happy with the refunding of some of the fees; I then replied again advising the situation, when they told me that to send a new card they would have to charge me a £35 fee; to me this is unacceptable for something that was not my fault. If you ever receive one of these cards, my advice, spend it immediately and do not ever think of buying one as a gift!”

“I was given £25 on a gift card on one of these, when I went to use it, it had no balance. Checking online there was a transaction made that definitely wasn’t me and I’ve had the card the whole time. Tesco should definitely stop selling these”

“Very poor service, purchased a digital card to send as a gift, payment taken, no card provided due to technical issues. order placed last week, only today did I receive an email to advise a refund would take up to 7 days. what a joke. Will not be ordering again. no customer care at all. AVOID!!!!!!!”

“The most useless company and very unhelpful bunch of customer service staff. Never will I use them again or ever recommend them. My £150 is still with them for over a year and they have promised to have posted a card to my home address when I requested for a swap from the virtual online voucher. Each time I cannot, they will ask me to wait for 7-10 days, they made me miss the item I wanted to use the card to purchase for my holiday. It not a nice experience and once I finally receive the card and I spend my money I never want to hear about them!!!! Worst company to have ever dealt with for nearly 60 years of my age!!!”

“Awful- absolute scam. Would give zero stars if I could. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop buying these cards! Just give money instead it will be a lot more appreciated because you can actually USE money instead of these Giftcards. They take money off monthly just overall a SCAM”

“DO NOT buy these gift cards! A disabled gentleman I know hot one for a present. He asked me to check his balance as he hadn’t used it for a while, it was ZERO! Why? Because they take 90p off your balance every single month you don’t use it - DISGUSTING!!!”

“Went to check balance, and it showed as ZERO. Checked transactions and it shows a transaction of £50 having been made today, the day I checked the balance. On further research, it shows this is not a one off over the last week, and a bit more digging throws up a review by McKendrick on this review site with a pretty much identical screenshot from over 6 months ago. This just adds more concern that card details and personal data used in the purchase of the card are not safe and are at risk.”

“These cards are all fake and the stores that sell them know that but when you try to return the cards after spending $600 on gift cards for Christmas they won't return your cards. Suddenly all of a sudden all cells are final and there is no way to get ahold of these people selling these fraudulent one for all gift cards. It's all over the internet these cards are fake and if you're reading this you probably got screwed like I did.”

“I would leave no stars if I was able to. My children were given a One4All gift card each by a friend. Both decided to hang on to them until they had enough money to buy something they wanted (rather than wasting the cards on something else). Anyway, when they came to use them we were told both cards were 'empty'. I looked at the transaction history on line and was shocked to find the company (One4All) had been deducting a monthly fee from each card of 90p. When we were given the cards it did not say anywhere that we had to spend the gift card total before a certain date. The only date noted was the one saying 'expiry date' on the front of the card (and this was approx. 4 years from the date of purchase). I have asked my friend to never purchase the cards again and just transfer the funds in to my children's bank accounts instead. Shocking scam.”

“We are a charity and spent over 7k on these cards in 2020 to run a crisis fund to help vulnerable people buy clothes and household goods , , not realising that, after 18 months the balance on the cards would begin to decrease, why would we know this ? We have lost 100's of pounds and people have come back over and over saying they don't work the retailers won't take them etc AVOID! it is a huge rip off to take 90p a month off , how can they justify this .. shocking , it's stealing basically, we paid £50 for each card and have 100's left that are now only worth £35 and going down each month, nice profit for the company. not so great for our charity....”

“Couldn't register the card. Customer service put barriers in sorting things out. Will issue a physical card to be able to use immediately it arrives. We will see but not confident. The trouble I've had and seeing the 2% satisfaction level in reviews I wish I had never heard of them! DEFINATELY AVOID THIS CARD and save yourself problems!”
