Purchased a cot in May have received 3 different delivery dates so far 2 that have been cancelled, the 3rd one is due 2 weeks after baby is due, I have emailed and asked for a refund or a different cot they can deliver on time, but no response!. Iv tried ringing but have so far been unable to speak to a human! Definitely would not recommend! Baby is due next week and have nothing for him to sleep in and they still have my money.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a car seat for next day deliver, I later got an email it would arrive weeks later, I therefore replied to the email saying please cancel as I need it sooner than that..No response at all!!! And you cant call them, the have taken £200 in payment and refusing to refund me, so I am now without car seat for my baby and "£200 short would never order from them again..Be careful!

I bought a pram cobi set in March 2020. It was due to be delivered on 01/06/2020. No items arrived. I have tried to contact the company, but they are not taking calls due to Covid-19, but are still taking orders. They have not responded to any on my email requests and clearly intend to steal the £399 I paid them. I posted on their Facebook page asking for them to get in contact, but they removed the post. I am so frustrated at being robbed by these gangsters. Off to contact my credit card company. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

They are the worst online website. I bought last year a pram and car seat was faulty , they didn't refund or replaced it . I tried to leave a review on their website but they accept just good reviews bad reviews they won't publish it Stupidly I bought a stroller few weeks ago and I request a cancellation before the order was delivered and no one cared at all they got back after it was deliverd. Now about the return they have just send the address of their store nothing else . No return label or any other information . Rubbish costumer services very unprofessional and rude I wouldn't use them again and definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone

Worst shopping experience Bloody hell I don’t get the point why they send faulty product out without instructions. If they can’t manage to sort out problem why are they even taking orders??? For me it just looks like as they do it on purpose...

Don’t order it’s a waste of time I ended up cancelling my order luckily I paid through PayPal so got refunded After raising a dispute with them and my credit card company. To add you don’t get responded to via email if you do it’s a one line vague answer that makes zero sense and phone lines are closed with the current situation which is understandable. We ordered over £600 worth of goods that should have been delivered in may to only get an email to say they will not be sending till 5th August which is crazy in my opinion especially when you order based on the delivery timeframe that is stated when you place your order.

We order a baby bed since last month they tell us we would get it on the 26th of May but we haven't go it we've been emailing them but no reply they don't pick there calls.

I am absolutely furious!!! Pre-ordered a five peice nursery set from you guys on 26th April for my baby girl who is due in the next couple of months. It’s my first child and I’ve had a lot of worries during my pregnancy so i was so excited when my order arrived. 3 peices came on Monday and the rest yesterday. My partner has just opened the cot bed and furious is an understatement!!!!!!!! It looks as though it’s been used, it’s severely damaged, all of the screws are loose flying around at the bottom of the box and the instructions look like they’ve been recycled! We haven’t even opened the dressing table yet so I dread to think what that’s going to look like! I’m so so upset!!!!! Someone needs to ring me ASAP!!! I want this collecting NOW, I want my money refunding and I want a brand new one (UNDAMAGED) sending out within the next few days!!!! I need this sorting now!!!! I have enough worries on my plate without having to wait another 4 bloody weeks to get a new one!!!!! ORD1395449

If I could give this business 0 stars I would! I have never written a review for a business before however in anger I want to make anyone aware of what a terrible business this is. I warn anybody not to place an order through this shambles of a ‘business’. Having received an item that looked nothing like their images I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to arrange a return with them. Firstly their returns charges are in excess of £10-£15. Secondly, actually getting a response from their customer service team is near impossible. When someone finally does respond they are no clearer on what needs to be done to arrange return. It’s as If they will do anything they can to not allow you to return goods to them. The service is totally appalling. Considering most people ordering from them will be pregnant and expecting I really wish I wouldn’t have put myself through the stress of dealing with them. Do NOT waste your time and money!

Customer service is terrible. After purchasing a car seat I was then emailed to say there was a price error and they wanted double the price. I opted for a refund, which originally they said would be immediate to now be told it could take up to 30 days!!! Customer service is absolutely shocking. Emails are very blunt. Would not recommend or use again.

I’ve ordered a stroller 2 weeks ago which arrived next day. I unpacked and realised that the packaging has been opened before which wasn’t a big deal, checked the stroller over and realised that it is too high for my height as well as the wheels were not the best quality so I made a decision to return it in 1 hours time from receding it. I’ve emailed company twice with no answer, I tried again, finally received a response and a phone call to charge me £15 for return, as it was mentioned in T’s&c’s I was happy to pay and get it sent back ASAP. Collection was arrange via DPD on a Monday,I was waiting for it all day, no collection arrived, so I emailed them again. Customer service responded with a message that I have missed the collection and driver has left a card. Because I apparently missed it I need to pay again for another collection. I was in shock and furious. I emailed again and again and company is still requesting another payment for collection. I will never ever use this company again and would not advise to use it as it is impossible to return items. I should of listened to red flags from other reviews. It is also impossible to call them.

My order was delayed twice. Considering it's supposed to be next day delivery. Then it didnt show up on the new delivery date 2 weeks later. Only after i contacted them did they reply 4 days later and tell me they wouldnt be able to fulfil the order and a refund would be issued which could take another week. Very poor service

I have only given 1 star because 0 was not a option. I placed an order 4 weeks ago for a wicker pod and stand, with the website saying 3–5 working days delivery. So the first time I had a email for delivery delay I thought........ok I understand. Then I went on to receive 3 more delays week after week. I have cancelled my order and asked for a full refund, they emailed to say my order has been cancelled and it will take up to 30 days to have my refund, so another 4 weeks......... yet they took the payment the same day I ordered, what a joke!!!. So now I have to find the money to order another Moses basket before my baby is due so My baby has a place to sleep. I wish I would of checked the reviews before ordering from Online4baby, as I would of avoided them 100%. I will never place an order with them again an will be sure to tell any mothers to be the same.

Ordered a nursery set which arrived and the cot is a completely different colour to the rest of the set, infact the cot is a whole different cot to which is advertised in the deal. Once I contacted customer services they were very rude and unhelpful and advised it is in the description advising the sets are two different shades of grey. After thoroughly reading the description numerous times I still can’t find where it states the product comes in 2 different shades of grey! The company have miss sold the product completely! Our first baby and wanted everything perfect have spent lots of money with Online4baby including over £800 pram on a buggy!

Ordered a nursery set from here, after already spending over £800 on my pram from the same place. To find out they have sent me a completely different cot as shown on the pictures in a completely different colour!

Ordered a cot and it turned up with multiple dents and cracks! Customer service dealing with this is poor to say the least! Still waiting for this to be resolved and my baby is due anytime! Avoid this company it is not worth the stress and hassle!!!

I ordered a cot. It was faulty with numerous scratches and dents. They told me it was paint work. Asked for a refund and they charged me £35 to return the items. The delivery for the items were missed twice. I called every day for the last 2 weeks to try and get it resolved but was mugged off every time. I made a formal complaint and and awaiting a response before I take it to the online sales ombudsman. This company is the worst I have ever come across. Products are rubbish. Staff are rude and have no customer service training whatsoever. Stay away from this company. Items you see online are not what you receive and then they will try and mug you off. Know your rights and do not allow them to take advantage. I will NEVER EVER be purchasing from them or allow anyone I know to do so.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Took payment for items that were obviously not in stock. Back and forth emails for a week. I agreed for them to send me replacement items for the products not in stock - for them to not have these products either. Promised delivery dates were never met and then finally got an email saying products would arrive on 14th May. Today is the 2nd April. If the items are NOT in stock in your warehouse, then do not allow people to take payments for those items on your website. Have now been told to wait possibly 30 days for my refund after cancelling the order. First and very last time I use this company.

Got a great deal on a Joie compact stroller - nearly half the regular price, and received my order within 24 hours of placing it. Stroller is perfect and cannot wait to try it. Will deffinitely consider this shop again in the future.
