“Open Door made the selling process easy and efficient. The offer was very competitive without the inconvenience of dealing with Realtors and showings. They responded to my needs immediately and adjusted the closing date without question. Also, the late checkout option worked precisely for our family and the movers schedule. Thank You, Open Door and all the experts that made my sale and closing easy.”

“Our neighbor used open door to sell and I had asked them what they thought about the experience. After a raving review I thought I would check it out for myself. I went online and asked for an offer on our house. They came back with a preliminary offer in 10 min. It was actually very competitive. They asked a few more questions beyond the handful from the original offer about upgrades to the house. I listed the few major upgrades and our offer went up 20 thousand dollars. In the end of that part of the process the offer was more than my traditional realtor was was going to list the house for. The next step was the phone walk through. Our experience team member was really nice and I walked her through the house by her direction and in 2 days I had a contract in hand to sign if I wanted to except. We had no inspection or showings. I picked my closing date out 60 days because our new house was not ready and closing was a breeze. They sent the title company to us and we funded the next day. I cant tell you how nice and easy this experience of selling a home was. I only talked to 2 people through this whole process. Simply AMAZING.”

“Selling a house without involving realtors was a first for me. Opendoor made the process so easy to navigate and with minimal steps that it was a breeze. Their offer was all cash and transparent with no hidden fees and allowed flexibility of closing date. I made the transition from getting a hand off from my renter to the final virtual hand off to open door within a day and was done. No hassles, negotiations, or unexpected delays. I was remote and it saved me a lot of time and anxiety dealing with them. Kudos to the team at Opendoor for making this a great experience.”

“We research and read reviews about Opendoor from other customers. But Dan at Opendoor, I can't remember what his title was, was wonderful. Dan was there from the beginning to the end, explaining and answering any questions we might have. We decided to go with the cash offer. What was quoted to us, was what happened. No mis-understanding. We closed on the date we picked. So easy. We would definitely recommend Opendoor to others to use.”

“This was the easiest process I have ever done! Hats off to the pioneer who thought of this idea. Its absolutely seamless! Its almost too good to be true, but it is. They take the stress out of saleing and closing on your home. I would highly recommend anyone to Open Door. Tim was very patient and answered all my questions without hesitation! Awesome job Tim and thank you for everything! Terri from Fidelity was friendly and kept me updated frequently, and I was able to sign my papers at home! Now that’s WoW service! I can’t say enough Good things about this service except “Its exceptional and the best way to go to way to go to sale your home! Thanks again to everyone who assisted me in this process, I will utilize in the future when I purchase another home! Excellent service all around!”

“Opendoor made the entire home selling experience easy and as stress free as possible. With two kids ages 3 and under I did not want to keep my house clean for showings, or have people traipsing through our space during nap time/lunch time/bed time, etc. Opendoor offered us a fair price and remained true to their offer throughout. It honestly felt a little too good to be true! If you are looking to sell your home I highly recommend Opendoor. Their customer service was excellent, available and responsive throughout the whole process. Helpful, kind, and respectful. Would sell to them again!”
