Six months ago, a year long problem connected with the relocation of an Openreach pole that's been on private land for 65 years without a wayleave agreement, was passed to the Openreach Executive Complaints Team. It was assumed they would help sort it out and get things moving. However, after five months their involvement has been completely ineffective and made no difference whatsoever. All they appear to be good at is making lengthy apologies. For this reason I would like to know how to make an official complaint about the The Openreach Executive Complaints Team.
