Waiting 55 days for a refund which was promised after 30 days. Will never use opodo again

I had booked a flight from Prague to Manchester with Opodo. Flight was confirmed and informed that boarding passes would be sent 8 to 24 hrs before departure. A day before departure email to say that they are unable to send boarding pass and to go directly to airline. Unable to obtain this. Opodo had used a different email to mine to make this booking and a different reference number. We called Opodo. Opodo was unable to help us and said we would just have to go to the check in desk more than 2 hrs before the flight and pay for our boarding pass. This cost us 1650.00 CZK. £57.14 sterling. When I contacted Opodo again about this they said they don't do refunds and couldn't help us. First and last time wirh Opodo.

Booked through opodo prime, they showed a big saving , priced with airline direct, found same price !. kept with prime trial as free 30 days, but auto checking was not working through their system for some reason. Airline could not find booking, bounced between the two to get sorted, after 2 hours of chat box and logins and cache clearing, airline customer service on phone sorted eventually their end. Opodo Prime no help or benefit this time, just made it more complicated, so thought to cancel, using the app... it wouldn't cancel for me, had to use website and pass through all the sales pitches before cancelling trial. Phew ! didn't want auto direct debit to pay for more hassle.

Opodo is a big Scammer. I've paid for a £90 voucher and I've called customer support more than 30 times regarding my vourchar and now 25 days have passed but still I didn't receive it. They always told me you'll receive it within 24 hour but they're lying.

You have taken my money fraudulently without permission. Keeping my financial details without consent for a service I never requested for. Customer care make life difficult unnecessarily. After answering their questions, they begins to negotiate part of the fund illegally deducted due

Opodo is a fraudulent traveling agent. They keep data of cards without consent. Took money from my account without permission. Use customers data for personal gains and deduct money from my account without my consent. Opodo is operating in gross violation of GDPR.

They take money out of your account without telling you. We cancelled our account with them last year but they still took money from us this year. They said that they had sent me an email earlier this year to give me a chance to cancel even though we cancelled last year. I found the email in junk and the date had expired. The agent on the phone insists that we hadn't cancelled and that we couldn't have our money back. I am going to seek more advise because this company is a scam. If I could give no stars I would.

Be aware of this unprofessional app Beaware of this unprofessional app. They sell you a ticket and then on the day of the flight you get denied boarding because the airline didn’t get the correct instruction from this people and sold your ticket to someone else and your holiday will ruined as it did happened to me and you end up paying thousand of euros more. Don't recommend please think twice before paying them

Notre vol a été annulé et OPODO nous a remis sur un autre 2 jours plus tard sans demander notre avis. Ils ont validé d’eux mêmes ce voyage. La compagnie aérienne n’a donc pas pu gratuitement nous basculer sur un vol qui nous convenait. Passer par ce site de voyage nous aura fait perdre énormément d’argent. Impossible d’avoir un numéro de téléphone pour les joindre. Honteux.

Worst experience ever !!!!! I call Opodo and it says that it hasn't received any money, reimbursed by Vueling, I call Vueling and it says that they sent the money on March 30 (today, April 22). I call Opodo again and they finally confirm that they have the money but I have to wait another 10 working days but not all the money paid , they will keep so service used.

Save your money! It’s cheaper to book direct and the opodo app will book the wrong thing and if you don’t notice in time you’re not getting a refund!

Hi Opodo is a scam and we’re unable to handle a booking change and deliberately let me run into a non refundable booking situation with the airline. Never book Opodo again…

As everybody else has stated - Opodo are just scam artists masquerading as a legitimate so-called company. They are liars and never will I ever be entrapped into using them again. I really begrudged even giving them ‘one star’ because in effect they admitted liability for my booking but then rescinded and stole my money. I’m going to do everything to claim it back. Disgusting behaviour. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Do not use this intermediary ‘service’ if you can avoid.

Stay away!! Dreadful customer service, total scam. If you book with them a flight, the confirmation booking reference they give you won't be recognised by the airways company. Stay away at all costs !

NEVER AGAIN - WORST CUSTOMER CARE I have used opodo for the first and LAST time. Booked flex ticket which due to illness, had to change. And the nightmare begun. Kept on receiving messages 'oups something went wrong, please try again later and so on....'. My numerous attempts to contact customer service were met with such indifference in addition to been lied to: 'someone had been trying to get in touch with me....only I WASN'T PICKING!!!!' What a joke!!! My attempt to have the dates of the flight changed was never honoured....but the extra charge for the flex booking was!!! Absolutely absurd!!! Zero customer service - Zero care - and a lot of shame. Stay away from opodo at all costs!!!! Date of experience: April 03,
