What went wrong? What didn’t go wrong? This company is quick to take your money but rubbish on customer service. It is extremely hard to get through to customer service and when you do get lucky, they are smug and unhelpful.

Having worst service experience, had to wait for over an hour to connect with an agent over call & then he was not able to assist due server error. Never booking again with @opodo

Please do not book any ticket through this website. This is totally fraud site. I booked ticket from Dubai to Georgia from this site. They do not have any customer service mail or contact no. The no given is very worst service. Nearly one hour keeping on hold they cut my no. Anyhow, I have to take this issue in social sites and in legal complains. I requested all who affected to file a legal complaint against the site.

Bought a package holiday to Spain. Airline cancelled the flight (Spain blocked all flights). Phoned Opodo, got through to refund department after 1.5 hours. A woman told me to contact the airline. When I said I do not have a contract with the airline and this is a package holiday, she started faking not hear me and cut me off.

I have been trying to get a refund on my flight given that Spain is on lockdown and my final destination Paraguay is also on lockdown. I have had no luck trying to sort out. Agent talked to, said he had to speak to supervisor and the call was cut out. I had been calli g for more than an hour before i could get hold and then it was cut off by opodo itself. I don’t know what to do. I spent a lot of money on my ticket. This company is a BIG FRAUD. Do not use them under any circumstances

Do not use this company. Got flight insurance. Had to change flight date. 8 phone calls. 2 hours being on hold and cut off. Told technical problems. Rebooked flights myself. Waiting for refund. This will not happen. Now seeking legal advice. Do not use this company.

I talked to Kris on chat. I need to change flight. He said he can't help, i need to contact airline .. but airline is not the one i paid to. Just like you rent a cr in rentalcars.com, do u ask the supplier for money? No. He lies to me. When i ask if 020xxxx is the cs no, he ignored me.. and said i wasn't with him. I spent ages with him. Now i am on phone with 0800xxxx no. 50 mins already... can anyone not wasting my time and money. Sort my flight out

I spent 2hrs on the phone yesterday trying to change the date of my flight from 20/3 to 17/3. It took forever for the main team to answer, then I was transferred to the change team where I listened to them chatting for 20 mins before they eventually realised I was on the line. There was lots of putting on hold while they checked if the change could be made. Eventually, they told me it could be made but had to be approved by their security team. As it was a Sunday and they’re based in Barcelona, they weren’t in the office so I’d need to call back today. As I work in the travel industry I questioned what security changes needed to be verified having never heard of this for a date change in 20 years of experience. They wouldn’t give me a clear answer and when I challenged them, they hung up! I then called the airline directly, ignored all the messages about them not being able to change travel agent bookings (it’s not true btw) and they answered the phone, made the change and sent me the email in under 20 mins. I will NEVER book via a 3rd party for flights again.

I booked a flight recently and during the booking process it was stated that I would receive a discount of £12.37 for using my debit card. This discount was not given and I feel cheated. I use my credit card for my purchases normally and only used the debit card to get the discount. I did not even get a confirmation email following the booking, they just took the payment (without giving me the discount of course). They don’t answer the phone to deal with the issue and so far I have been unable to find their complaints procedure.

I booked a trip to Dublin for a party of 4, the invoice showed me the total price but failed to mention the hidden fees which I later discovered on my credit card. I was changed over £30 in fees for using this site which in the end amounted to the same as booking straight from the airline! Amidst the Coronavirus pandemic I have been unable to contact anyone regarding my booking. I tried to change the dates initially. Then to cancel as I had cancel for any reason guarantee added to my package. However despite calling continuously over the weekend I could not get through to anyone...What’s worse is that they don’t keep you on hold until an agent is available; they just cut off! I used the help centre via the app and selected talk to an agent, but I was never contact and they kept returning me to the ‘bot’. In the end I just called the airline and paid extra to have my flight changed. After a lesson well learned, my advice is DO NOT USE OPODO!

I have trying to get hold of the Agent to help change my flights so that I can travel earlier. They keep on telling me they are servicing people who are travelling within 8 days. What about the rest of the customers? Are we not important, worse I cannot get through the Agent, this has been happening since Monday last week. I cannot believe i fell for this scam of the travel agent. I am fuming and cannot believe I am about to loose my circa £1500. What is wrong with this people???

use this company. SCAM!!! Unbelievable.. So Opodo canceled my trip and I was supposed to travel in two weeks. They said they will gave my money back minus there commission!!! WHY??? I haven't done anything wrong.! Why are they not giving all My money back? They are lies... Please be aware because you bought your flight doesn't mean you are safe to travel. Scam... Please never ever ever use this company!!

I had a very bad experience with Opodo. It made me not trusting other third party online booking service providers. Definitely i would not recommend Opodo to my friends and to whoever that can read this review, better avoid Opodo just go to the airline website and book directly. To cancel your booking with Opodo, you have to call them and it will take long to finally speak with their agent, and worst sometimes no one really is gonna answer the phone. I was outside of my home country and no choice i have to contact them using my roaming number. Apart from not able to cancel my booking and did not get a refund, i ended up paying more for my telephone bill. Their call center is terrible and horrible. I would rate them zero if there is 0 in the selections. They never got back to me after several attempts and long unsuccessful calls.

Booked via Opodo and called them as advised by Singapore airlines my flight cancelled. Got zero help the guy just keeps telling me my flight is confirmed. But I have a cancellation notice from the airline.

Absolutely horrendous. Jet 2 cancelled our flight and Opodo didn’t actually inform me. It was by luck that I found out. Very poor customer service. Still waiting for my money back. My advise would be to avoid this company.
