They trap you with their “prime” prices. I got charged for the prime account within 24 hrs of booking and it’s not refundable. Big scammers!

They are scammers and Fraudsters. I book through them last year and one year later i am unable to remove my card details from their website. Further more the took 90 euro from my account today. I have reported the scam to the my bank and Mastercard. They are scammers big time DO NOT USE THEM

You can’t cancel the prime membership online. Even if they write it in their GTC. Fraud!

@opodo is a perfect example of a corrupt, crumbling company. Never again will I use or recommend their service. They charged my credit card 89€ without my consent… 15 days after I purchased a ticket. I had explicitly clicked “No Thank You, I don’t need a Free Prime VIP subscription.” But to my surprise, 15 days later, I got an email about an 89€ charge. I spent 46 minutes on the phone with customer service, transferred through 4 agents, each offering a different excuse for why they *couldn't* refund the money. Their policy? “When you book a flight, this service is included.” Finally, after a lengthy back-and-forth, a man referred as a manager jumped on the call. He said: “As a gesture of goodwill, I can refund you 45€… but I can't cancel your yearly subscription renewal.” Excuse me? I asked why, and he replied: “We do this to retain our customers.” I pushed further—“Can you refund half now, and I’ll cancel the auto-renewal later?” The answer was initially *yes, sir, we're always here to help!* But when I pushed for clarity, he finally admitted, “No, you can't cancel the auto-renewal if we refund half of your money for a service you never subscribed to.” Can’t find their argument logical 🤷‍♂️ What a failure. A company that doesn't know that business today grow on referrals from satisfied customers—not tricking people into paying for something they never signed up for. Lesson learned: Always, always buy direct and avoid the middlemen.

Horrible company!!! this will be the last time that I book something through them. I paid around 150€ for a flight that I missed because of them. The airline company changed the time of the flight from 10:30am to 9:00am. I went on time for my flight at 10:30 only to find out that the flight was gone. The opodo app did not show any changes and they do not want to refund me or to do any any efforts in helping me ! if you want your money to be safe, do not book with them !

I do not recommend this to anyone! I will never book anything through this portal again. Last year, they charged me for something I didn’t choose, like Opodo Prime. I even had to change my card because it was extremely difficult to cancel. This time, I booked a flight with Wizz from their page, after i recive the recipts from wizz i notice they charged me extra for services that were unable to justify it. When I got the invoice from Wizz, it was 118 euros cheaper than what Opodo charged me. I spent more than an hour with their chat support,but kept going around in circles trying to deceive me. Never use this service—it’s better to book directly with the airlines!

They took about 800€ for a booking, but never made the booking (also did not notify me about the non-booking) and never refunded the amount. careful, people! don't try to book with opodo.

I do not recommend. They force you to buy an "OPODO Prime" subscription in small print and then charge you money from your credit card "for the subscription" every year without any information. You can't cancel it on the website, you have to call the hotline. Of course, every consultant gives you false information just so you don't cancel your subscription. It gets to the point where you have to spend hours on the phone, they start offering vouchers and promise who knows what, just so you don't cancel your subscription. If someone doesn't want to use it, there's nothing you can do. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! I will never book anything through this portal again.

These took money out my bank today without my consent it's a scam I will write this terrible review everywhere until they contact to sort out. Absolutely disgusting. £60 membership I have never been interested in SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

Avoid. Hire car no show Antalya airport Uncontactable Desk closed (mid afternoon) Office telephone number closed Recieved a watsapp message once at the hotel about the hire car. Assuming internet connectivity on landing. Refunded and then refund taken back out of the bank 3 months later Do not use Left at airport travelling alone with a 9 year old.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Opodo. While purchasing a flight, their website misled me into signing up for a free trial of their Prime membership. After 10 days, they contacted me, claiming I had already used a free trial in the past and would be charged £89.99. I called their customer service four times, and each time I was passed around between different teams, wasting hours of my time. The first three times, they blamed a "system issue" and said they couldn't modify anything. On the fourth call, after yet another hour wasted, they finally informed me that to cancel the subscription, I wouldn't get a full refund. They claimed the difference in ticket prices would be deducted, which is absurd because those prices aren't even real. You can find the same flights on Skyscanner at the same rates without paying any membership fees. This is a total scam. They push their Prime membership under false pretenses and charge an outrageous amount. I intend to consult a lawyer or customer rights agency, and I encourage others to join forces and take collective action against them! www.citizensadvice.org.uk and dispute the payment with the bank, this is a fraud!

Forcefully made me buy a prime subscription over call without consent. Random sales blabber over calls.Sold a voucher worth 90 pounds which could never be used. Literally never!!! Customer service team is extremely inefficient. Nobody ever looks at complains. There's never been any call back. That's the l They keep asking for three days time to get back despite long hours of call and multiple transfers. Horrible experience! Nightmare

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE FREE TRIAL. I had no idea that I'd previously had a prime membership; they invited me to a free trial, then after a few days emailed from a "no reply" email to say they are charging £89.99 as I have already had a trial.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OPODO This is the first time we decided to try OPODO and certainly the last time. We were wrongly sold a hotel from opodo, being shown stunning pictures with a 4 star hotel. The hotel is disgusting, it is absolutely filthy with mould all around the room with a strong smell of damp. The food is beyond bad, you wouldn't send your dog here. The staff are rude and tell me they dont care. We reached out to OPODO the first day and were promised they will sort the matter asap as they have seen the evidence and agreed they were wrong, we have contacted them daily with still no help at all, we have now been forced to pay to go to another hotel out of our own money. To think we payed extra for a prime account with this company and to be treated like this is appalling. Update- we have been back from our holiday weeks now and OPODO still haven't done anything to resolve the matter, I have contacted them again and still nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
