Never ever use these cowboys to book your flights or holidays anywhere! Absolute disgrace. Charged me THREE times for our holiday, called 2 weeks ago for refund and still not received. Called today and it’s not even been processed! Can’t even speak to a manager as they are ‘busy’! I bet they bloody are with complaints! Should have money in 10 days - thanks a bunch! Reviews going on every site I can find!

THE WORST AGENCY EVER. WHEN airline cancelled my flight, it took me a week to get this sorted out. THEN they charged me 'service charges'' that i never agreed to foor booking an alternative flight (I could have easily done it myself online). I never knew i'd have to pay the service charges and never agreed to my credit card being charged. THIEVES. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXiSTENT. you think things like that will never happen to you but they are the worst!

I had booked a flight with Opodo only to find that I had to pay extra £10 for boarding pass for them to send it to me. I had a contract with Opodo when I booked a flight. This should include all necessary flight details. I am very disappointed and will think twice to book with them again. Anyone booking should ask them before accepting contract as to Boarding pass etc are included

I won't be using Opodo again. I booked 2 tickets to South America departing from Glasgow but the next day the airline explained that they had cancelled the return to Glasgow and would be returning us to Heathrow. As we were due to fly this leg in a couple of months it seemed unlikely the airline had just cancelled the flight but Opodo still sold it to us. Opodo were useless initially denying the flight was rerouted but after a while accepting there was an issue. They didn't accept any responsibility so in the end we had to pay our own way back to Glasgow.

I bought 2 tickets from Tokyo to Kuala Lumpur via Opodo. I was told that I should be able to add luggage once I booked the reservation on their website. I have got their screenshot as well. After finishing the booking, I tried to add luggage but there is no way I can do it. I called Opodo customer service straightaway and explained the issue. The agent called Alok said he tried to add it but he is not able to do that either. I should have called him rather booking through online. I asked him the question that why did you then put it on your reservation screen online? There was no proper response. He then advised me to contact the Thai Lion Air directly so they will add it. I have emailed the airlines twice but there is no response. I have then reviewed the feedback from the people and I figured out that they are scam. They just ripp off customer's money. Opodo is also part of this. Another customer also did mention about Opodo's add on offer through the reservation process.As per their website, a luggage can be added but there is no option after you purchased the ticket. These people are not helpful either. They must have received a lot of complaints from customers but they still offer flights which are dodgy. People cant buy luggages and they rip off the customers. I will never recommend anyone to purchase through Opodo website as they do not give you the right information online in the first place, and cheat their customers. Avoid them at any costs!!

Terrible, absolutely terrible. I book flight (round-trip) from London to Riga last week. Received an e-mail that the booking is in process. After that received an e-mail that price has changed - seemed less so all good. Next day, that I can get my boarding passes. After couple more days - Booking unconfirmed! Ridiculous customer service - worst I have ever seen!!! When I asked to speak to someone from the management team, apparently they cant do that. The assistant advised -> I have sent you now our claim form which you can submit and after submitting our Complaint team will get in touch with you. Nothing came through!!!!!!!!! My advise to not book with them directly - research and book directly with the airline - this is what I got as an advise over the phone and I am missing my relatives funeral because of their FANTASTIC approach. Thank you Opodo and good luck in further disappointing people!!!

One advice: avoid these gangsters!!!! Big Scam!! On 12/02/2019 I made a mistake in the date while booking my flight tickets to Singapore through the Opodo website: I booked flight for 23/02/2019 instead of 23/03/2019, back on 08/04/2019) . Of course it's my mistake and I am not denying my liability. When I realized my mistake on 16/02/2019 (8 days before the flight date), I tried to call them like at least 25 times in one week, different timing ... nobody answers, getting this endless repeating music waiting tone ... until suddenly someone picked up my call (18/02/2019, very noisy call center in India) to tell me there was a technical issue with their server and could not help me out as they could not connect to their system and I should try to call later!!! I tried again every possible way to contact them before the flight date but could never reach them. When I tried several to change or cancel my booking I got a message that it was not possible to do online and I should call their help desk which was not answerring my calls until 2 days after the flight date (25/02/2019) I finally reached someone from their helpdesk stating me that they could not do anything as I informed them after the flight date and it has been considered as a 'no show'!!!!! No any possibility to negociate, to get a refund or even a commercial proposal: NOTHING AT ALL! Conclusion? As it was a 2 way ticket, my flight back was cancelled by them automatically and I had to purchase new 2 way tickets: I lost about 694,15€ because of their not professional behaviour. I made several claims with proves of my calls, emails sent, ... and always get the same answer: can not change anything, I have to pay. But of course meanwhile, they keep harassing me with at least every 2 days promotional emails. SHAME ON YOU

Friday 8th November, the person said it takes 24h. I called again on Saturday 9th this wasn't raised they said 72 hours and they will contact me. Needless to say no contact received. Called again 4 times today!! Saturday 16th. They said AGAIN there was no call listening raised and it was only raised today. Not mention being on hold for ever. I would not recommend their services to ANYONE.

Booked flights. They are completely unresponsive to any issues. Then they told me by email my flights were cancelled and later the same day emailed me that the schedule was changed. It’s hard to talk to them and even harder to get any sense out of them. I’ll never use them again

DON'T USE OPODO PLEASE: 1. DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE: ONLY WAY TO CONTACT THEM IS VIA MESSANGER AND YOU GET TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER PERSON AFTER A LONG WAIT: ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION I HAD TO WAIT LONGER THAN 40 MIN FOR A RESPONSE. 2. THEY ARE SHARKS: I WAS CHARGED £150 FOR A FLIGH CANCELLATION MADE BY THE AIRLINE! I WAS NOT TOLD AT ANY STAGE THAT ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT INITIATING THE CANCELLATION I WOULD STILL BE CHARGED A HEFTY £150 FOR THE PLEASURE OF THEIR SERIVCES!! I WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER OFF DEALING DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINES. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN QUICKER, LEANER AND A NO EXTRA COST PLEAE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!

Extremely bad experience. They have double charged the GST of 18% and now customer services not responding. Have been on the phone calls mor than 2 hours. Avoid booking with Opodo unless you want to be cheated.

Avoid avoid avoid. Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had with a company. We reserved a car for a few days and arrived in the evening at our destination only to be told that as we had not arrived at the time of the booking (just a few hours afterwards – the car was still reserved for during this time!!), we were classed as a ‘no show’ and that we had lost our booking. This was not made clear at all upon booking – in addition to being left stranded in another country late at night, we were told that there would be NO REFUND!! Unbelievable – you pay for a car for 4 days and suddenly they take your money without providing any service whatsoever… we were left worse off that if we had booked with them in the first place. I called to explain our situation and was greeted with an unsympathetic response mentioning that it was all hidden in the Ts and Cs. I was promised a call back from a supervisor, which we waited over an hour for until giving up and purchasing from another provider. We have still not received the promised call. I have tried multiple times to contact them on their messenger service… most of the time you get timed out after waiting for 20mins and sent back to their useless annoying bot. I finally managed to track down their email address and have not received a response (I emailed them over 2 weeks ago now). As someone who has worked in customer service previously I would only ever leave a negative review as a last resort but I have exhausted all means of trying to contact this company. All they have done is avoid contact and trying to help in any way to resolve the situation. If anyone from Opodo is reading this - PLEASE DO YOUR JOB AND CONTACT ME.

You should never book with Opodo. Best scenario you will waste your time and be stuck with a pre-authorization payment the time it gets cancelled. If the price is cheaper than booking directly then they will take a pre-authorization payment on your card then a few hours or days later they send you an email saying that your "booking is unsuccessful" the reason is that Opodo prices are not updated in real-time so they can't confirm the booking as the price went up and they don't want to make a loss. Then you check the airline price and you see that the flight is still available but at a higher cost. Final consequences for me is that I wasted my time since the price of the flight went up even further.

I searched on google and they came up £100 cheaper than booking directly with the airline so I clicked the google link to book with them - BIG MISTAKE! I received confirmation and itinerary and tickets. then the spam emails started. 3 to 5 emails a day. I changed the settings but got so fed up with an email every few hours on their services and additional things or vouchers or whatever. They also cancelled my booking AFTER SENDING ME CONFIRMATION!!!! They said "No money has been taken" but it had. They issued a refund after but by now the Airfare has gone up £300+!!! They have well and truly shafted me. I called them and they are next to useless. What if I didn't notice the cancellation email among the spam emails!? I would have turned up at the airport without a flight!

We bought tickets on the Opodo website. On the website it was stated that the cancellation is free within 5 hours. Immediately after the purchase, we realized, that the connection between the flights was too short and we wanted to cancel the booking. First we tried to cancel via the website, it's says that to cancel, please call by phone. It was not possible to cancel by phone, because our reservation was not in the system and there is no way to connect to an agent without a valid reservation number. We tried to use the company's chat on the website, and after a long wait we were just thrown out of it. We wrote an email that we wanted to cancel the reservation. We just got an auto-reply for our letter. There was no other answer. That is, the company deprives you of any opportunity to use their free cancellation condition. The next day I was able to reach the support over the phone, but all they can offer is to a change for 400 EUR or a non-refundable cancellation. They also offered to write a support case, but there's no answer since several days. They don't want to solve the problem and fulfill their own conditions. I have no choice but to assume a deliberate deception. If you don't want to be tricked for you own money, don't get in touch with Opodo. P.S. We have screenshots of their cancellation promises, refusal to cancel via web-site, phone call logs, etc.
