Opodo is a company which steals your money. I booked a ticket through them and gave me the booking reference with confirmation on the ticket. The next day I called the travel agency for the flight, they informed me that the ticket is cancelled. I didn't cancel the ticket at all. On Opodo website, it shows that the booking is confirmed, but on the original website of the flight, it shows there is no booking as it is cancelled.

2020 I booked a 1st class flight from Paris to São Paulo which was cacelled by the airline. The airline refunded to Opodo. But Opodo does not refund to me. :-(

The Turkish airlines canceled all flights to Ukraine and granted full ticket refund to all passengers but Opodo ignores my right to get a refund. This company makes money on people suffering from war!!!

Terrible service. Not only the website is a mess, but they automatically sign up for subscriptions and take 59 euros from your account, and then never answer when being asked for refunds or communication. Also there is no way to cancel stuff on your own, you always have to CALL. and they never answer. Terrible way to do business in 2022.. They also offer discount codes that never work lol. the whole thing is just a scam. don't book via them, its honestly terrible

Absolutely awful, we cancelled our opodo prime and not only did we still get charged. They changed us twice, when we explain on the phone that they don't want talk once you tell them the situation. Trying to steal as much as they can.

Worst experience ever! Save yourself stress do not book with these clowns who nearly missed my flight. They state they will automatically check you in through their app as could not get online, the check-in form was glitchy. When I got to the airport my return flight was checked in but going was not. The airport staff told me Opodo are the worst they do it all the time. Had to pay £68.00 to check as Opodo clowns did not do it through their terrible app. Opodo booking reference: 9248359333

Didn't realised I signed up for a subscription! Now they've taken 59.99 from my account!! I have emailed them and asked to cancel this subscription that I didn't even realise I'd signed up for! Rip off. Do.not.use

I have now sought to use flight credit with Etihad via Opodo in excess of 20 times. Each time I have been told to wait for 72 hours whilst the booking request is “escalated”. I have never once heard back from anyone which means I have to call again. This is incredibly frustrating. Each time I speak to someone different, they say exactly the same thing and I am yet to speak to anyone who communicates with any honesty. I am never put through to the complaints department when I request to complain. I will NEVER use this organisation again and implore others to avoid at all costs.

Don't use Opodo. They are liars and robbers. They refuse to reimburse me for a ticket for a flight that was canceled by the airline company. The airline company has reimbursed me. At first, Opodo said it would reimburse me. But nothing happened. For more than 2 years, I spent hours on the phone with their customer service. Each time they gave me a different excuse for why they had not yet reimbursed me. Each time they said that they will fix it and call me the next day. I never receive a callback. I have called them, emailed them, contacted them through social media, and even contacted their CEO directly. Each time, the same story. Now they tell me they can reimburse me because it has been too long. They are not trustworthy!

This "travel agency" is a scam This "travel agency" is a scam. Paying for a plane ticket doesn't mean it is in your pocket. A mild reminder for all travellers: no boarding pass - no boarding at all. And it is exactly what these systematic scammers fail to generate. And it is impossible to reach them, they answer no calls neither emails. It means two things: Until the last minute you don't know if you are really registered for a flight, so have a good night before your trip. Also, if you are lucky and the scammers accidentally booked your seat, a carrier will charge you for a boarding pass, which means you will pay for it probably more than a goddamned ticket. Someone should take action to smoke them all out at last.

This company is terrible. They take your money and not book your flights, then refuse to refund too it and offer you a cheap voucher. I can not believe they are allowed to operate. Customer service is non existent

Terrible service. I tried to change a flight and received a one line confirmation email saying it would forward tickets which I never got. The app and website never updated with the new date, so we had no idea which flight was correct. In fact on the original booking date we were being notified of the flight gate and time etc, even though we had flown the day before! No reply to email, tried about 10 telephone numbers and couldn't speak to a human. The live chat is just automated responses, so absolutely useless. After a number of sleepless nights we finally found an airline booking ref and put this in the actual airline website rather than Opodo and sorted it through the airline. If you want to speak to a human and have a stress free booking DO NOT use Opodo. Absolutely disgusted with this company.

Don’t book with these cowboys. They made a mistake with my surname on a BA flight which they then said they couldn’t alter. This was after 5 phone calls, 4 online ‘chats’ and several emails over the period of a few months of no help & exceptionally awful communication from their staff reading from a script that seemed to consist of “please wait 72 hours”. I eventually had to book another flight on the very same plane direct with BA which I should have done in the first place as BA couldn’t amend my name, only Opodo as the travel agent could do this. Opodo then told me my flight was non cancellable/refundable even though the name mistake was theirs. I’m now several hundred £’s down and there’s a few frustrating months of my life I’ll never get back

Booked flights through opodod - went to input passport info with the airline and the airline is not recognising the tickets and will not let me input my passport details - so therefore I cant use the tickets. Opodo simply keep saying deal with airline directly. Sadly I booked flights months ago. Do not use the company.

My flight was cancelled by the airline. The airline told me they could not put me on another flight, I'd have to go through Opodo a the 3rd party needs to organise it... oh dear... that's when the fun began. First of all, it is not easy getting the customer service help number, as you will see yourself. Secondly, they provide no help at all. When you do speak to someone they promise to get back to you within 48 hours... then you receive some nonsensical email with no help or direction. My favourite emails were ones that had been copied and pasted from a template and contained lines like 'INSERT COMPANY NAME HERE'. There were others which contained frequent spelling errors of common words... generally the email writers seemed to be very lazy: 'Kindly note that no avail flight for the date 23 APR to Londra Regno Unito for the same time requested . In case you need anther information regurding the booking ,please call us back .' See ⬆⬆ And so you call back again, for the 4th time that week and are told 🥁🥁🥁🥁 we will get back to you within 48 hours. The customer service operator was amazed when they told me there were no flights on the date that I wanted and I replied that there were... you see I had Opodo and Skyscanner and British Airways open on my screen and I could see that there were flights. Eventually, as the flight date drew near, the customer service operator I was speaking to that day said, and I paraphrase: As the deadline for the flight is approaching, may I suggest you get a refund? Ah! So that was the trick? Although, I notice online that getting a refund from Opodo/eDreams is like trying to get blood from a stone... So, summary? Opodo/eDreams are scammers. Avoid like the plague!

Scam company. Tell lies and take fraudulent payments from your bank account. Tried to canx my opodo subscription within the free 30 days trial. Opodo then blamed me for canx incorrectly???? Have tried to get refund so now its a dispute with my bank. Don't use this company
