“They are scammers. They lie in the price of the flights, charge you more, and then it's impossible to reach them. Oh and you get no reservation, so they just steal your money.”

“utterly incompetent, can't even cancel or change my flight, even though i paid for that option, tells me completely the wrong information, and tried to charge me 900 euros to change flight does not even deserve 1 star”

“After reading Reviews on Opodo saying the company is a scam, I could not agree more. Tried twice to book flights, both request were declined as seats were not available at the airline. Booked the flights directly with the airline (funnily the seats were available) but Opodo charged me the amount. Now trying to cancel / get a refund from Opodo for weeks but they just keep ignoring me, promising someone will contact me...nothing has happened so far. My recommendation: never use Opodo and book on other websites!”

“I wonder if Opodo is still booking flight tickets? Opodo does not have a telephone number with human employees to talk to or inquire about an issue. Opodo does not have a real office to deal with customers, Opodo's addresses in London Hammersmith is closed, however there is a representative for Opodo in the 4th floor in Hammersmith who refuses to give you Opodo's telephone number or address. I visited him, he refuses to give me their address in the UK, he asked me to complain go the organisation which Opodo belongs to which is "Vacaciones eDreams" located in Spain. I did but in vain. How can you trust such a company? I paid them £1827.09 for tickets in Sep 2019, my flight was cancelled as a result of Covid-2019, I asked for a refund, the Gulf Airline refunded me, but they sent my refund to Opodo in Nov 2020. Every time I ring Opodo for my money, I get an answerphone machine asking for my reference number and the answer comes as following: your refund was processed successfully an the refund will be deposited to your bank account in 3-7 days. One year has passed and the money was not deposited. I chased them, but did not succeed getting their address to sue them. Opodo is the worst travel agent I dealt with, I will keep chasing them, they have my money. I am still waiting BBC1 Rip off Britain programme to talk about Opodo, I sent them a full report with evidence about my case, I urge every person who has an issue with Opodo to contact BBC1 Rip off Britain to complete their programme about Opodo. I'm sorry to give them one star. Opodo does not deserve any star at all. Mr M I. Booking ref. 487 797 6625”

“Bought a flight from Perth Australia to London Heathrow.. paid extra for flexi travel dates. However tried to move the date forward and they want a further $220 or $550 to cancel and rebook for the earlier flight. Even though I have already paid an extra $80 for the service! The call centre operator was the rudest I have encountered.. told me to open my ears because I'm not listening. Absolutely shocking company. Never again will I use Opodo.”

“The company is a scam. Made me purchase a ticket for a flight they knew was not operational. Refused to refund or rebook. Have lost £996. Very unprofessional customer care employees. Do not use them. SCAMMERS!”

“WARNING ABOUT OPODO /EDREAMS never use this company they are the biggest scammers liars thieves out there 12 months now i have been waiting for my refund they dont answer emails impossible to contact them by phone and they are doing this with countless other people NEVER USE THEM”

“DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked flights to the middle east with Opodo and it was a nightmare. I changed the return date from 15th to 14th but the travel agent failed to confirm/re-issue the date change with the airline. The airline twice sent them reminders, both of which were ignored. Not surprisingly my ticket ended up being cancelled due to not being confirmed. I arrived to the airport with no return ticket. I've been talking with Opodo for a month and they are refusing to acknowledge the mistake instead are blaming the airline. Avoid at all costs!!!”

“Never again to hear from them When Covid started in March 2020, they were nowhere to be found and closed all contacts. I contacted the airline directly and gave me a written confirmation that I will get a refund as a voucher. A few days after, the airline company told me that I will get my refund through Opodi since I booked with them. It's 19 months since and these guys support is 0%. I live in Ireland and they offer support only for the UK and I am charged with EUR 1.23/min. It's useless to talk with anyone as they only know to apologize and to have patience. Their support is that bad that makes you give up your money after some time. I asked twice and today I asked again for an email address of a legal institution to which they report to so I can file a legal complaint and they never replied to it. Save your money and never buy from them!”

“Booking reference 7933534373 Never buy a ticket through their website !!! They don't book tickets, they just steal money !!! Be careful! I booked my tickets through their website and after a few days received an email that the airline had not confirmed my booking so my booking was canceled. Ok it happened ... but I expected them to refund me directly to my account ... but of course they don't! I had to call them and ask for my money ... can't call their line because I'm not a premium member ... after 3 weeks I was finally worthy to call them .... The girls on the line said 3 days ... than another person 2 weeks ... 1.5 months have passed ... I can't call them anymore, contact via FB only with the bot ...”

“Bucht nicht über diese Buchungsplattform!! Ich habe erst eine Ablehnung meiner Buchung bekommen, dann habe ich bei einer anderen Plattform gebucht. Nach zwei Stunden habe ich eine Bestätigungsmail von Opodo bekommen. So hatte ich zwei Flüge und Opodo hat mir nicht das Geld zurückerstattet!! Ich werde nie wieder über diese Plattform buchen!”

“This company tried to take £1500 from my debit card for a £620 booking. Luckily my bank cancelled the card as the transaction was flagged by their fraud prevention system. I now have to wait 5 days for a new debit card.”
