Do NOT use Opodo. Flight booked 15-04-20. Flight cancelled 2 days later due to Covid restrictions. Contacted their customer service on 17th April to request a refund. 3 phone calls to Indian Customer Services who were useless, polite but useless. 7 emails sent with same reply, your refund is being processed. All contact numbers are now out of use, so is the email address I used before. It's now 29-06-21, nearly 15 months later and I still have not received my refund of ÂŁ333. Tried to use Resolver website but after 5 months of no response from Opodo, they gave up. Asked VISA to try and claim money back but as I was asked after their 120 day claw back rule, VISA have declined my request. Of course I was longer than 120 days as all Airlines and Travel Agents were saying, your refund will be issued within 3-6 months due to Covid. Opodo are a SCAM company. Do NOT use them or e-Dreams, their sister company. I have no way of getting my refund other than trying to use the UK Small Claims Court. From now on, I will pay the extra and only book direct with an Airline. I'll never use an online travel agent again. One final thing, KAYAK should be ashamed as they continue to list Opodo and e-Dreams tickets.

After more than one year I managed to get my refund. All you need to do is talk to your lawyer. Worst experience ever

No contacts available, and non resolution. "My Trip" solved the same problem for me within 5 minutes. Opodo service is really bad, once you need something to be solved. Alternative Travel Agent I used and sorted a similar issue within 5 minutes: My Trip. They gave me a voucher that I can re-use within a year (on a trip booked via the same Airline I booked my other flight with Opodo). I got 'kicked out' of the queue twice when queuing to chat to an operator online, I made the same query twice and my chat was deactivated twice. The same thing happened to me weeks ago with Opodo online chat. Since the online chat bot couldn't solve my problem and when transferred to a human assistant, regardless of how long I wait, I never get a response, I tried to sort my issue online or via the app. When I couldn’t, I wanted to make a phone call which was really difficult as well, since very hard to find a valid contact for Opodo, had to go through all of my emails has there is no contact available on the website. Ironically, the phone call automated message states I can manage my bookings on the website. On website, the only options when I click on manage my bookings are: • Booking documentation • Invoice • Passenger details • Additional Services (nothing to do with booking changes, rather hotels, transfers, etc.) When I try it via the app, the only options are: • Resend the confirmation email • Request an invoice So clearly there is no option for me to request any changes at all regarding the booking itself (only to change my own passenger details or ask for confirmation documents). I then tried the phone service – I could only find a valid contact for Opodo after going through all of my emails, as there is no contact available on the website or the app. 1st Phone conversation: In order to use my Flexible Product (i.e. being able to change my trip without extra fees until 24h preceding the original booking, which I paid extra for) I would have to decide on new date which I have no idea when it would be, since that will depend on restrictions changing in countries, and not my own choice. When I explain this, the operator told me I have up to 60 days to fly again which is “plenty of days”… But since it’s not up to me but up to Covid-19 restrictions changing, I do not know if I will be able to fly again within 60 days…? 2nd Phone conversation: I called again, since I couldn’t solve this online, and asked to be passed on to the team that changes the bookings. I explained the situation again and this operator at least tried to check if I could get an open ticket – i.e., being able to use the value I’ve already paid, but with no certain date of travel. After a while he got back to me stating that Opodo can’t give me an open ticket according to airline policy (TAP). This sounds very suspicious (not putting in question the operator, which were clearly saying what they were told, and they were extremely helpful), or best case scenario terrible company policy towards costumers. The reason I say this is because my other travel agent (that thankfully I got instead of Opodo, for my new returning trip after easyjet cancelled one of my flights), allows me to re-use the amount of my trip (booked with TAP also) within a whole year! Besides all this, in both calls, they’ve asked me about both of my flights (naturally, I had booked a trip to destination and a return trip). I explained I have received a message from Opodo themselves informing that the return trip has been cancelled by easyjet and that the message said “as your travel agent, Opodo is requesting a refund on your behalf”. But upon this phone conversation the operator told me Opodo hasn’t even made a refund request yet. They did it on this call - again, the operator was very helpful, I am extremely displeased about the company itself specificly. The operator then informed me that even if I decided on a date to travel within 60 days, because one of my trips (the return one) was cancelled by the airline this made me ineligible to use the Flexible Product – which, again, I had paid extra for. Do not recommend Opodo. Zero Stars.

Impossible de contacter le support jusqu'à 2 semaines avant le vol que ce soit par courriel ou par téléphone. La demande est tout simplement déclinée. L'abonnement à Opodo Prime est soit disant annulable en ligne... Quand on peut l'annuler. Il n'y a pas de confirmation qu'on n'est pas abonné ou que l'on a bien annulé. Bref FUYEZ cette compagnie, vous aurez plus de problème que de solutions.

People please be careful with this company. I rent the car using their website and they forgot added in reminders and emails that I have to bring proof of address. My booking has been cancelled and I lost money. On Customer Care told me that they have standard email for all suppliers and they don't added others requirements. Bad contact, hidden information in small letters. NEVER AGAIN THIS WEBSITE AND THEIR SERVICE!!! Lost money, lost time and nervous.

now Opodo have a new tactic when i call for my refund status the message says your refund has been successfully processed and you should receive within 3 to 7 working days then they send me a email saying that they are waiting for Qatar airways to autherise my refund to them yet Qatar airways say they have refunded to Opodo this is a big scam travel agent if you are thinking of booking a flight with them please do not you will loose your money be warned

Absolutely beyond useless. My flight was cancelled several times, they never once contacted me, over the course of 10 weeks, i was calling or messaging them most days. I had to start at the beginning every time, explain my issue and wait for them to tell me that they couldn't help. They were unable to offer new flights, I was looking on their website and telling them what was available because they couldn't find anything! They don't update the status on "my trips" online, so you are always in the dark. Honestly i have no idea what we pay these people for. I did all of the chasing up at every stage. I was twice charged additional fees for a flexible flight. Eventually i contacted and sorted it out through the airline themselves. If i could swear on here, i would be writing for another hour telling you what i really think. Just never use them, you will be stranded like I was.

DON’T USE Like everyone else, had a flight March 2020 that was cancelled and still awaiting refund. They are now giving me the run around telling me to wait for the airline to pay when I know it has been authorised for payment by them. They say not refunded. Don’t answer my queries, just send same poorly constructed email response time after time telling me to wait.. wait how longer.. now 15 months after flight date! Appalling company!

Horrible! Been in contact with Opodo for 3 weeks, keep on calling them for hours only to hear that they will get back to me which they never do. I simply need information on my flight as their system printed something wrong on my ticket. Communication is horrible, they do not give me any information and just let me wait in line for ever. Most stressful booking fo tickets I ever experienced.

Absolutely appalling service from this company. Flight cancelled in March 2020 and still waiting on a refund despite the airline (Qatar Airways) saying they have sent the monies to Opodo. Customer service is non existent. Would give a no star review if I could.

I have booke a flight to Portugal with Opodo. Non of their contact numbers work they don’t reply to emails. This is a fraud company that needs to be investigated!!!!!! THEFT!! THEFT!! SCAMMERS!! SCAMMERS!!!!

I have my flights cancelled in March 2020. To date just unable to get through to Opodo. I emailed the airline and was told I should claim from Opodo. Useless Opodo online services and phone calls were not answered or unavailable. Loss my trust in them. Never book any tickets through them
