Horrible horrible way of trying to get a euro for anything!! Discount codes dont work, asking for ALL access and details while using the app, oblige me to take a trial account for free that I have to cancel within a month even thoigh i really don't want to try it, promo codes only work in app and not on website... EXTREMELY CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY. Fair enough yoy have to make money but try a more honesr way for a change.

They let me make a booking for flights from Catania airport which was not operating due to fire so obviously flights were cancelled and now after waiting for over a month for a refund just under £1000 they charge me £69.99 for being a OPODO member which I will never be a member, I think a number of people won't be aware of this charge and will lose their money, definitely not a professional outfit stay clear.

I am warning EVERYONE NOT TO USE THE Opodo APP OR THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE IT IS AN ABSOLUTELY Fishing COMPANY THAT TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ERRORS AND FALSE INFORMATION!!!!!!! The Opodo app showed me incorrect information about the class of flight (Opodo indicated it was "Economy" when in fact it is "Ecojet" after booking and checking the RF number on the Turkish website !!!!!!!!!) With ZERO baggage allowance!!!!! Now not only do I have 0 baggage allowance, but there is no way to add baggage to this flight at a reasonable price!!!!! Of course, if the Opodo app had shown the real package name of the flight, i.e. "ECOJET" instead of "Economy", I would not have booked this flight! Most of my flights are always with Turkish, and I already knew that 30 kg of free luggage is allowed in economy class. But with Ecojet there is no luggage. Opodo gives you absolutely wrong information before booking to fish and take people's money out of your pocket and takes NO responsibility for it afterwards.Their agents don't help you at all and after many calls and emails they ask you for some unnecessary documents like a photocopy of your PC screen from the last step of your booking before your peyment!!!!!Nobody would take a photo of their booking prices!!!!! The second problem is that if this flight did not have luggage, and it would not allow me to add luggage, why Opodo app showed me a message during booking that: "Proceed with your booking and after booking you can add your luggage!". ????? Their terms and conditions are there to drive, deceive and mislead people to get their money and then take no responsibility????!!!!!!!!! Using absolutely false information before booking, and then blocking any opportunities for a change or cancellation after receiving their money!!!! Such a great fishing company!!! Unsubscribing from this fishing company is another problem!!!! When I use the Opodo app it is impossible for me to unsubscribe from my main account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It does not allow to log out and the app shows another absolutely wrong message when you press the unsubscription button, namely " failed! connection Error" Neither through the website nor through the fishing app can I cancel my subscription. !!!!!!!

zo maar 64,99 euro van mijn rekening gegaan, schandalig, lees nu dat ik niet alleen ben, zoveel andere mensen ook, nooit meer wil ik nog iets te maken hebben met jullie, zal wel het nodige doen dat er niet meer andere slachtoffers zijn, pure bedriegerij.

Two cancelled flights, which I accept happen, but thru withhold the refund money and charge dxtra hidden fees. Absolute joke. Impossible to speak to someone who can answer questions.

We have booked a flight through Opodo December 2022 and paid for the bags too. However on our return flight we have to pay the bags to the airline as the Opodo has booked the flight without bags which we have already paid for return flight too. Never recommend this site.

Soul destroying experience. I can usually detect scam vibes but these guys took my money for a flight they couldn’t book because the airline has blocked them. Do not trust the prices. This company send you in circles with no resolution and no human contact. I have had to buy an entire new flight. They are a scam and the good reviews are likely planted by them. They are a sophisticated scam so don’t be fooled! Book direct with the airline or provider!

This lot are absolute cowboys and scammers. They. Will. Keep. Your. Money. - No matter the situation: you're in deep trouble. No ABTA. No ATOL. No comeback. The only route is a CCJ or get a lawyers. A total disgrace to the travel industry. Any airline doing business with them should be ashamed.

The customer service is very poor. My flight was cancelled due to them , and that was since May 2023, the refund u til now is not yet refunded . Yes it’s true , they keep blaming the airline yet it was opodo who took the money from my account not the airline . It was happen to me twice , the second purchase was. , they make a scaremongering tactics so I paid twice for my airfare sadly .

Booked a flight on 10th July for my husband to travel and find with absolutely no authorisation or reason you have taken £69.99 of my childrens child benefit money leaving us with £8 and no means to eat I will never book through your company again am disgusted!!!!!!

In July 2022 I booked a hotel The Chateau Gold Coast 1035,00 AUD in Australia, without taking the annual subscrition. On July 30 2023, my bank account has been debited without any authorisation from me. I find this intolerable. I would appreciate if you refund my money,euro 54.99. If you dont reimburse me I will publish this on facebook.

Refuses to refund tickets, even if you pay extra for the ability to do so. Takes less than 12 hours for them to just email you that the tickets are now debooked, but they wont pay you anything back. Getting into contact with customer service is a hellhole of automated bots, FAQ's and other delays and hedges for you to jump over so you just give up rather than get your money back. Cant recommend.

In order to attend to a funeral of a dear family member, I booked a flight with Opodo. A 30 day free trial of Opodo Prime was needed in order to get the desired flight rate. I would be able to cancel ONLINE at any time before the end of the trial period. When I tried to do so, the Cancel-button that should be there under my account information, magically seemed to NOT be there. I tried several times with my computer, my smartphone and with different search engines. All to no avail. The chat function (a bot, obviously) was no help at all. In the end I needed to call a French number, where I was helped by a non native employee, which made it difficult to communicate. After sharing a few personal data, I was put on hold for several minutes, TWICE. In the end it would appear that the prime membership got cancelled (thankfully I received a confirmation mail). It's clear that Opodo goes out of its way to make it nearly impossible to cancel a trial membership. Even a phonecall is made as difficult as they possibly can, hoping that the customer will hang up in despair or maybe to make the client pay as much as possible for the phone call. Whatever the reasons... I will never ever return to opodo again AND I will do everything to keep friends and family members from turning tot opodo. What a scam.

In June, I bought a 'flexible ticket' return flight from Opodo. The 'flexible ticket' provisions were sold (for £102) by a third party insurer, Europ Assistance. As this was unusual, I was suspicious, and read the 16 page 'general conditions' policy document to see whether 'flexible' had the usual meaning. It seemed to, so I bought the ticket. Today I was told by an Opodo representative that - in fact - I could only change the return ticket up until 24 hours _before_ my original outbound flight. Indeed, buried on p.11 of the policy document was: "The Insured may complete the re-booking of his/herflight(s) up to 24 hours prior to the date of Travel Departure Time of the Original Flight. If the Rebooking is completed after that time no cover shall apply under this insurance Policy for such Rebooked Travel." I now understand why Opodo/eDreams is not regulated as a travel agent in the UK, so that its customers do not enjoy legal protection: if native English speakers who have tried to understand the policy document fail to, then the policy document is misleading.

Nightmare ... they sign you up for prime without permission and then its IMPOSSIBLE to delete without hours on calls. Opodo is no longer a travel company its lie

Another one scammed into stealth Opodo Prime. Cancelled and will never use again. Customer service and repeat business is about earning trust. Trust lost here Opodo, so another future customer lost.
