Be very careful who you booking your flight with!!!! I would NOT recommend booking your flight with OPODO! If there are any issues with your booking or flight you will not be able to contact customer services on the phone or to chat with the agent. You will be directed to Chat robot, Kris. Trying to get my refund for a cancelled flight from September 2021. Still talking to Kris. I am still owed over £150 and still no response. Disgraceful and disgusting. What a terrible service. Avoid at all costs!

Never use or book with Opodo. I booked a flight last year to Africa and due to COVID I had to cancel (travel ban). The airways (Etihad airways) confirmed that they will process a full refund, however, Opodo refused to refund. Everytime I speak with costumer service line cutt and no help! Worst company! Don’t book with them

Never use this company!!! They ruined my flight days and times couldn't get in touch with them to fix it they run you around i had to buy a third ticket from British Airways to fix what opodo screwed up British Airways wasn't that helpful either they point the finger back and forth at each other. Tried for 2-weeks to fix it with British Airways there call center routs to India somewhere the people cant speak English very well and did not call you back. They said they would send it it up the chain of command one person we talk to on the phone said they didn't do anything he admitted it. That's why we never got a call back and that was British Airways..... my opinion of British Airways sunk to a very low new low. and I have used them for 30 years the bottom line is dont use this company opodo. No customer service and customer support at all they will take your money but one something goes wrong you can't find them...

STAY AWAY from them at any cost unless you want to lose your money and sanity!!!! Have been on the calls with them for 2 weeks (10 times) trying to rebook the flights with zero results. They are extremely polite on the phone, but tell lies to you, they promise to resolve your issue within 48-72 hours and nothing gets done. I wasted my money and time with them -just wish I read all the reviews earlier.

I can only echo the previous reviews. Never buy with Opodo. I bought a ticket that I had to cancel. I was told it was cancelled but actually it was not. I have been calling them every day for almost one month. Every time, I have an agent trained to speak like a robot telling me that my issue will be solved in a few hours but I am still waiting. Never use them!

This company got to be the worst of them all, please stay the hell away from these crooks. Good luck getting someone to talk to you live. Good luck getting your refund back,and if you do its only a fraction, even when your trip is fully insured...I think forcing you to give up is probably their game. The best thing is to talk to your bank that made the payment to these crooks, they will help you get your refund. Again stay the hell away

I did not take a Prime membership out but wad charged 59.99. I was promised 4 times for a refund. NOTHING. They are liars. Do not book anything with them. I am now reporting them to the Ombudsman,

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Have been waiting for a refund for over 14 months. You will be lied to over and over again and ignored. I have put very hard to get a refund as that’s the worst option, I still haven’t received a refund. NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE, HOWEVER CHEAPER THEY ARE DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Thanks to Opodo my holidays are ruined.
I booked flights to Cape Town from Berlin with Opodo. The app and Opodo CS bot says that my booking is confirmed without any changes. However I received an email from the airlines (Air France) that the departure has been changed from Berlin to Amsterdam, after I contacted the airlines it turned out that all my flights are cancelled. Opodo app is not reflecting anything, the departure date is coming closer. After contacting Opodo Customer Service I was promised to receive an email up to 72 hours - time passed and still nothing. If I wouldn’t reached out to airlines myself I would realised that my flights are cancelled on the airport. What an incompetent company. As travelling agency you should be the one informing your customers about any changes not other way around. Because situation was so unclear I didn’t want to book another expensive ticket as Opodo said all is fine and confirmed. Now there is 1,5 weeks to my planned holidays, they are still not doing anything about that and it looks like I will have to spend my holidays at home. It was my first and last experience with Opodo, I always used kiwi and never had any complications even in the event of cancellation. I don’t know if I will ever get my money back, as this company looks like a big scum.

It was very good, cheap, they bill what was on the net. Ony bad thing it was a wrong PRN, and the fact that it did not work to check in directly for them, so I went to the airlines.

very bad very bad, they make me pay extra bags more than tickets, i kept trying to contact them to add bags but no one reply and airlines make me pay for hand bags even its included, never book with them they are scammers!

They take your money and run! Shockingly bad practice. Seriously - they’re sharks. I’ve never been stung like this before. They’ve taken £1000 from my credit card and given me the wrong flights. Good luck trying to get past the “chat bot” and trying to speak to a real person. And even if you do they won’t be authorised to actually help you. Avoid avoid avoid!

This is the worst airline company. They lie about reclaiming my money back as they kept cancelling my return ticket. They keep promising that they’re working on the situation but they’re not. All they do is take money and give empty promises. I am a uni student, I’m suppose to be going back to the UK on the 3rd of January 2021. Now it’s the 10th January and still stuck at my home country. They keep saying we’re working on my case since 7th December. How can they see they’ve been working on my case for 24 hours to 72 hours that escalated to 3 weeks of nothing. Their customer service to me just sounds like a bunch of criminals lying to customers faces. AVOID AVOID AVOID this will save your money, time and you will have less stress,
