“WORST costumer service I’ve ever received in my life buying two simple tyres with the specific details, the delivery was a week delay and one of the tyres were wrong size, I’ve been asking them to send the delivery company to take the tyre and swap for the correct one or make the refund and still waiting, no information provided yet… the workers of the company lies and don’t provide correct information to the costumer, and when they make mistakes don’t take care to give a solution to the problem order number 113221632 I am sorry but I do not recommend this company at all is a waste of time, money and health and if they don’t move ASAP the respective authorities will act by law. “We ordered a tire that would be delivered within 3 days (according to the website). Unfortunately the band was not there after a week. It had to come all the way from Italy to the Netherlands. We therefore canceled our order. Then we had to wait almost two weeks for our money. Because according to Oponeo, the tape had to be returned to the sender first and only then could money be returned.. it took and lasted.. I advise everyone strongly not to order from this company.”

“very pure customer servisce.i have placed my order with them, wrong tires has arrive, when i call them i was told that they will charge me 15 e for collection and they will provide tires i need with out of any extra charge. Next day some one has contact me from oponeo and inform me that there was nothing wrong with my tires and i have what i ordered(tires 3 sizes smaller than i have)any way, also he informed me that the collection is 15e per tiers have mentioned that his buddy day earlier has told me little bit different story. He seed this is his decision and i can return tires or keep them.do not refer that company to any one staff has no clue what they are talking about i was tray to save few quid this days on tires now it will cost me extra 30 e rip off”

“Ordered 2 tyres via Oponeo website with delivery to be at my requested fitting centre in the 48hr period, tyres were in stock so there should have been no issue in getting these within 48hrs. Tyres took 3weeks to arrive and almost daily emails and calls to Oponeo customer service which were as helpful as a chocolate fire guard, could even tell me why these hadnt arrived nor could they tell me courier name or if they were being held up with the courier. I ordered the tyres on the 9th April and cancelled them on the 28th April Oponeo then sent notification of delivery on the 29th April and said if I didn't take them there would be a £30 charge off my refund for returning tyres. Wouldn't use nor would I advise anyone else to use Oponeo, I would advise paying the extra few pounds at one of your local tyre dealers and avoid Oponeo like the plague, in response to Oponeo below tyres were cancelled prior to delivery or notification of delivery however Oponeo still see fit to charge £30 to be returned irrespective of there failure”

“We purchased 3 tyres of the same type from Oponeo online. When received; they did not match. They were all the correct fit for the car, however 2 had a large groove/ridge to the inner tyre wall. We contacted Oponeo to exchange the tyre to match the others. They simply said the size was the same. The tyres look noticeably different and are not as ordered. They were an expensive tyre and very unimpressed with the situation. Poor customer service attitude; very arrogant and dismissive. Could not recommend Oponeo.”

“THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. 22.12.21 I ordered 2 tires for £416, the website said the delivery will take up to 48h. By the 28th of december 2021 the tires still weren’t delivered so I cancelled my order. I was ignored for a week, and only got a response to my email when I mentioned leaving a bad review, but the response I received made no difference to my situation. On the 7th of January 2022 (11 days after the cancellation of my order!) I received a mail which said that the tires I was looking for have been found and if I don’t want them I have to return them to do deliver driver. Today marks 2 weeks since I cancelled my order but I still have no update from your website and still didn’t get. y refund. I’ve run out of patience and advise everyone to avoid this company as much as possible. I recommend you sort my situation out soon because I will continue to write bad reviews unti I get my money back. I will let everyone know that from experience I’ve learnt that OPONEO doesn’t respect or take their customers seriously.”

“attention, nothing good from this company, no shipment after two weeks, the so-called friendly team will help you - nonsense nothing like that exists, refund up to 30 days, or if you want to get rid of money for this time, it's the perfect option, never again I don't want to do business with them and I warn everyone else”

“THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO BE A BAD JOKE !!!!! I have ordered two tyres from them, after one week I got delivery but it was just only one tire, it passed another week and still have nothing from them but just only one excuse from rude person on their phoneline about this tire "it is still in transit but they cant say where is it" !! can you believe in this ? I have to get day off my work to pick up one tire and need to get another day off my work to pick another tire if they delivery it, There is many places stationery tyre shop which can give you any tire immediately (becasue they have in the stock) at the same price tyres which you looking for and nobody will waste your time and money !!!!!! NEVER AGAIN , and SHAME ON YOU at the same price which I can get tyre in Ireland at shops. YOU gave me a headache, stress , and waste of my time and money, TIMEWASTERS nothing else so if you can get a tyres at your local shop go there and buy dont allowed this company waste your time or money!!!!! also it might to be VERY IMMPORTANT INFORMATION to their next customers which is before I bought a tires from them I found information on their website they have delivery within 4-5 working days which was very convenient for myself, when delivery was delayed and then never delivered I was told they have reserved delivery time up to 28 working days!!!! so I think they no honest sellers if they missleading information with their customers!!!”

“Complete liars. Missing tyres - confirmed lost by carrier. Oponeo said I had to wait 30 days. 30 days later they say oh they’ve been delivered. Well they ain’t ! See you in court.”

“I paid for 4 alloy wheels and only received 3, when i called "mick" in oponeo.ie he basically told me that i was lying, i was calling and emailing for 6 months before i got a refund for the 3 wheels and had to wait for another 4 months to get refunded for the wheel that i supposedly "stole". Complete WA***RS, do not waste your time or money with this bunch of fools”

“This is my second time to use oponeo for steel wheels and now alloys,I can not fault them,great prices with free delivery to Dublin Ireland,and they use DPD couriers and and have great tracking service.,I would highly recommend oponeo for steel wheel,alloys and tyres.”

“Ordered 4 x tyres which showed availability. After email from them to tell me they were out of stock they still displayed 100% availability. They suggested I buy tyres at twice the price. Use advertising of out of stock items to suck in customers. Refund issued but not received yet.”

“They sold me used tyres.The tyres had road grain marks and the vent spews are clearly worn off. The tyres have been fitted and driven on a vehicle. On contacting Oponeo and sending photos they simpy refused to agree the tyres were used.”

“What amazing muppets their Irish carrier is! I ordered 4 tyres and their carrier DPD Ireland delivered 2 of them and then could not find the same delivery Eircode again (?) the tyres went to Athlone depot to Dublin to Athlone, to Dublin to Athlone to Dublin to Athlone and then back to Poland? At no point did DPD or Oponeo offer any useful help. Avoid if you don't have weeks to spare waiting. parcel 0134 5006 8223 69 T.”
