I ordered four tires from Oponeo, one of which already had a visible defect before mounting. I took photos of the damage just in case, as I initially believed it wouldn’t affect the tire’s performance. When I finally had the tires mounted a few months later, it turned out that this exact defect caused the tire to lose air. Despite providing clear photographic evidence, my claim was rejected after months of back-and-forth. Oponeo now falsely claims that the damage occurred when the tire was removed — completely ignoring the fact that the defect had been documented before installation. I am extremely disappointed by the poor communication and unfair treatment, and I cannot recommend Oponeo to anyone.

Ordered 4 Kumho tyres on 06/12/2024. On the website it said 3-4 days delivery. Suited me perfectly as it was a time for me to change my tyres. Went ahead and placed order (it was 2 different orders due to 2 different sizes). 4 days later first 2 tyres were shipped through DPD (It was Tuesday 10/12/2024) got them only on Sunday. So total delivery for first 2 tyres was 9 days even though they stated 3-4 business days delivery but it's been more. Then obviously I needed other 2 tyres so I can put them on my car. Around a week later I have contacted them to see what's the story as we are coming up to Christmas and my tyres are on edge.. I really needed to change them. Long story short I got reply from them that tyres were shipped on 6th of December and system never sent me tracking. So I went ahead and check tracking it said parcel was handed into GLS. I checked a week later status of the tracking didn't update. Then around 18th of December I got reply from oponeo saying that they started investigation. On 23rd of December they told me claim has been resolved and told me do I want a refund or replacement. So I went ahead and told them that I was a replacement considering I already got 2 tyres and I needed other 2. So now it's 2nd of January and I'm still waiting for those 2 tyres. It's such a bad experience with OPONEO I would think twice before using them. Im not even 100% sure will I even get my tyres at this point. I feel like I got scammed.

I’m still waiting a refund on tyres supplied, after their courier collected them some 3 weeks ago, and many chasers. Will not use them again.

Shame there isn't a lower star rating for this company, they sell 3 year old tyres and expect you to expect them at a premium price, there customer services is a complete joke, unhelpful and a bad attitude to the customer you'll come of the phone even more frustrated than before.. Honestly please just think twice save yourself the hassle and use a different company!!!!

Selling faulty tyres. Waranty process riskfull, not easy, extra money consumption. Been told to buy neew tyres. Bought premium tyres one of most expensive, and they are terrible. Can't review model whitch I bught, because there is not that option on their website

Complaint handling at Oponeo is a joke. After 2 seasons, cracks appeared on the premium tires after driving a long distance on highways. Oponeo rejected the complaint with the argument that the attached photos show scratched rims, so it was mechanical damage (and the rims were damaged even before purchasing the tires). Oponeo is trying to find fault with the customer. I didn't expect such bad customer service from such a large distributor.

Do not use these scammers no matter what. Buy your tyres from anyone else. Their delivery timeline is false advertising and is misleading. They have no intention of delivering within this timeline. They seem to believe that they can deliver half of an order and that's acceptable (by law it is not) due to their T&Cs. Their call centre and customer agents on email are less than useless, and cannot give you a straight answer. Their selling tactics are those of scammers, and their follow-up is no better. They send incorrect tracking information, and refuse to provide any help with the delivery dates, in-spite of a customer's contract being with them and not their delivery agent. Please do yourself a favour, buy your tyres from anyone else.

4 tyres ordered & only 2 arrived!! Openio could not produce a delivery docket despite insisting they had one! Closed the case after 14 days and told me their delivery company will not process a claim after this time despite me making the claim within 24 hours of them claiming they were delivered!!

they listed tyre out of stock! after order i've received email that my order has been cancelled because item is out of stock! but they didn't refund! because i've opened case on ebay resolution centre oponeo sent an email to me that refund could be delayed because they got 30 days for respond to ebay resolution centre! refund via paypal takes about ONE MINUTE! just click "refund" but they delay on purpose! AVOID OPONEO! unless u wanna be cheated!

I ordered tyres and waited two weeks for the wrong set to be delivered. They acknowledge their fault and arranged for them to be collected. They won't send out the correct tyres until the incorrect tyres are collected. I'm now waiting over a week for the collection to be made. Spoke to them 5 times on the phone with absolutely no help. Best bet is I'll get the tyre 4 weeks after ordering. Their customer service is terribly. They treat you like your the issue even though their at fault. Won't replace/refund until they collect in their own sweet time.

Attention, Attention, this is a company of scammersAttention, Attention, this is a company of scammers and liars. I bought tires in size 265/45/20 on oponeo.uk. Everything with the transaction was ok, I got a confirmation by email (my mistake, I didn't check the email exactly) Delivery was in 5 days (super fast), but I received 265/50/20 tires (incorrect). I contacted Oponeo and they said a nice return on the tires but I have to pay £ 15 per piece x 4 tires = £ 60. For their mistake, I had to cover the cost of returning the tires. I will never use this company oponeo.uk again

WORST costumer service I’ve ever received in my life buying two simple tyres with the specific details, the delivery was a week delay and one of the tyres were wrong size, I’ve been asking them to send the delivery company to take the tyre and swap for the correct one or make the refund and still waiting, no information provided yet… the workers of the company lies and don’t provide correct information to the costumer, and when they make mistakes don’t take care to give a solution to the problem order number 113221632 I am sorry but I do not recommend this company at all is a waste of time, money and health and if they don’t move ASAP the respective authorities will act by law. We ordered a tire that would be delivered within 3 days (according to the website). Unfortunately the band was not there after a week. It had to come all the way from Italy to the Netherlands. We therefore canceled our order. Then we had to wait almost two weeks for our money. Because according to Oponeo, the tape had to be returned to the sender first and only then could money be returned.. it took and lasted.. I advise everyone strongly not to order from this company.

very pure customer servisce.i have placed my order with them, wrong tires has arrive, when i call them i was told that they will charge me 15 e for collection and they will provide tires i need with out of any extra charge. Next day some one has contact me from oponeo and inform me that there was nothing wrong with my tires and i have what i ordered(tires 3 sizes smaller than i have)any way, also he informed me that the collection is 15e per tiers have mentioned that his buddy day earlier has told me little bit different story. He seed this is his decision and i can return tires or keep them.do not refer that company to any one staff has no clue what they are talking about i was tray to save few quid this days on tires now it will cost me extra 30 e rip off

Ordered 2 tyres via Oponeo website with delivery to be at my requested fitting centre in the 48hr period, tyres were in stock so there should have been no issue in getting these within 48hrs. Tyres took 3weeks to arrive and almost daily emails and calls to Oponeo customer service which were as helpful as a chocolate fire guard, could even tell me why these hadnt arrived nor could they tell me courier name or if they were being held up with the courier. I ordered the tyres on the 9th April and cancelled them on the 28th April Oponeo then sent notification of delivery on the 29th April and said if I didn't take them there would be a £30 charge off my refund for returning tyres. Wouldn't use nor would I advise anyone else to use Oponeo, I would advise paying the extra few pounds at one of your local tyre dealers and avoid Oponeo like the plague, in response to Oponeo below tyres were cancelled prior to delivery or notification of delivery however Oponeo still see fit to charge £30 to be returned irrespective of there failure

We purchased 3 tyres of the same type from Oponeo online. When received; they did not match. They were all the correct fit for the car, however 2 had a large groove/ridge to the inner tyre wall. We contacted Oponeo to exchange the tyre to match the others. They simply said the size was the same. The tyres look noticeably different and are not as ordered. They were an expensive tyre and very unimpressed with the situation. Poor customer service attitude; very arrogant and dismissive. Could not recommend Oponeo.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. 22.12.21 I ordered 2 tires for £416, the website said the delivery will take up to 48h. By the 28th of december 2021 the tires still weren’t delivered so I cancelled my order. I was ignored for a week, and only got a response to my email when I mentioned leaving a bad review, but the response I received made no difference to my situation. On the 7th of January 2022 (11 days after the cancellation of my order!) I received a mail which said that the tires I was looking for have been found and if I don’t want them I have to return them to do deliver driver. Today marks 2 weeks since I cancelled my order but I still have no update from your website and still didn’t get. y refund. I’ve run out of patience and advise everyone to avoid this company as much as possible. I recommend you sort my situation out soon because I will continue to write bad reviews unti I get my money back. I will let everyone know that from experience I’ve learnt that OPONEO doesn’t respect or take their customers seriously.
